I just called because I dont live in California anymore and Im coming down to visit next month. I wanted to speak with someone about buying a car for around 8,500 in CASH because they are much cheaper in Kern corny vs where I am now. I asked to speak with the owner and got transferred.... I hear someone breathing on the other line and they hung up. (REAL PROFESSIONAL) WELL Id rather take my business elsewhere.

Would NEVER buy a car from Naranjo Auto Sales AGAIN!I brought a 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ the first month I had it had several problems a couple would be1) service light was on and the said “ it was because the tires weren’t stock and it couldn’t be fixed”2) control arm was broken3) lies on oil changeSo the service light was on because my tires didn’t have sensors so I went to a tire shop and of course it just needed sensors to get fixed and so I told the sales men and after about a week it was fixed. My control arm was broken and they said “ it was a used car and nothing was Guaranteed and that if the only thing they could do was give me the money to the cost of the part and take it to my own Machanic but after going back and fourth for a few weeks they finally fixed it at their cost. After about a month I decided to do a oil change and the oil was really dirty like it hadn’t been changed in a while and the transmission fluid was really low (lower then 2 courts and it takes 4-6 courts). And RECENTLY I traded the Malibu in for something different only to find out that the title of the car had been SALVAGED but when I had gotten the car I was shown paper work or a “carfax” stating that the title was clean. So I’d suggest for anyone looking to buy a used car to go anywhere else rather then NARANJO. But that was just my experience.
