I came to White Cap for some concrete stain material and sealer and due to some unfortunate product compatibility we had to make some flooring adjustments. All I can say is that the manager Richard was extremely willing to help us in any way possible. I am beyond impressed with the level of service and care he provided for us. I mean he really did just go above and beyond to do whatever was within his power to do. When something goes wrong and a customer is left scratching their own head thats as much as we could wish for is someone trying their best to help us out and not leave us in the dark. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for other projects I have and will 100% always recommend this company to other contractors I know and homeowners as well.

Great service and pricing, they had what I needed in stock and the price was $28 lower than their neighbor the Hub.

Went to the will call area in the back. I stood back there for a good 5 min and nobody from the front even acknowledged me. Even though they made eye contact. They were busy talking to each other and not attend to the customer.

Shame on WhiteCap for price gouging! $75 for the cheap paper face masks. Normally $10. Somebody should turn them in. It is against the lawJust saying

Only one clerk, the store wasnt even busy yet I had to wait 15 mins because the guy was talking to a customer about countertops... annoying they only have one person yet a store full of people stocking.
