Great place, friendly service and affordable pricing. They took care of my flat tire in under 30 minutes. The mechanics were clean, the service bays were clean and the work efficient. I strongly recommend this store.

The people here will scam you so make sure you bring along someone knowledgeable in automotive repairs before agreeing to any services or repairs. Took in my Silverado for an alignment after I installed new upper and lower control arms and had marked my camber and caster bolts before taking it in to know they were actually adjusted and turned. After the alignment was done and paid for, I opened up my hood to recheck my marked bolts and neither had been touched. I requested a print out of my alignment specs and the printer happened to be broken. I requested for them to put it back on the machine to show me the readings and to no surprise it was not within specs. 3 and a half hours later the job was finally done right. Who knows how many others they have scammed before me, but I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone for any type of service.

Mounted the new tire on our RV, did a thorough job on a leaking extended valve to insure we would be traveling safely. Very positive experience!! Cant say enough good things!👍

I took my Tacoma to have the front tires rebalanced and to get a front end alignment. I went there because of the convenience and because I have purchased tires from them previously. They balanced the tires but would not do the front end alignment because they claimed that I needed $1700 of front end repair. I was skeptical and decided to get a second opinion. I took it to another shop that did a complete inspection and front end alignment after being unable to find anything wrong with my truck.

Bought tires a year ago from here that were constantly going flat. Tried to come in for help and repair and they said they didn’t accept walk-ins? So I walked out.When I initially bought new tires it was because I had a flat and the manager TOLD me next time I didn’t have to drive to the store, THEY would pick it up for me as long as it was in Bakersfield area.I got another flat today on “new” tires and called and asked about the flat tire service and was told very condescendingly by a man on the phone that he’s worked there for seven years and they have not offered that service.

People working in this place they are so cool and good prices I buying 4 new tires for my 🚗 car....😂😅🤣

Always fast friendly service at a reasonable price. Quality of work is second to none. Have bought 3 sets of tires had 2 alignments and have had a few sets of brakes installed. Battery that failed under the warranty period and was replaced with no charge or hassle. Easy financing if you need it. Free tire rotations and flat repairs. Knowledgeable staff and make you aware of upcoming concerns but never try and sell you something before you need it. (Arturo is the best!!!!)

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store can get busy but they will let you know if the wait will be long so you can decide if you want to wait. I lost a tire that had 50% tread remaining and they replaced it at half the cost since we bought the tires there.

Had a flat tire just outside of town and drove in with the donut on. Before I could even get inside I had been greeted and asked what I needed. Arturo was extremely helpful and friendly. Decided since both rear tires were near the end of their life span to replace both, and they were able to get me back on the road in 30-40 minutes, much quicker than Id expected!

I love this tired ah2op they are so nice I love it ai will be going back they have free popcorn free hot cocoa free coffee, kids can draw they have table for kids with crayons paper for them to draw.

Fast service always greeted promptly after pulling up in my car. Have yet to have had a bad experience here prices are not the lowest around but you get what you pay for I dont use any other place to buy tires for my car. Really good warranties I have had several tires replaced for free if the were not repairable. Overall great tire shop

They fixed my tired with a nail in it. The person was very courteous, he said since this is my first visit he would repair free of charge. Then I told him that I just received news my aunt had died. He then replied shouldnt be worrying about a tire at a time like this. Went I got there he was very prompted and friendly. I had tears in my eyes and crying. He was caring and hospitable and he offered coffee. Very caring place to do business.

The customer service here is awesome. After going to Big O Tires and them trying to get $400 out of me for two tires and an alignment. I decided to try my luck over at Les Schwab. To my amazement they were able to fix my car for under a hundred fifty bucks. Talk about a savings with great customer service and it didnt take him any longer than 45 minutes because they had other customers. the guys talk to you and tell you what you need and what they can provide for you and thats what you want service from people who are experts. I would recommend these people before going to any other tire shop and I have a credit card for Big O Tires and they lost me as a customer

Fialed a report with the B.A.R . Sent my mother inlaw for a flat repair. A $1,000 dollars was stolen from the glove box that was in a envelope. She didnt notice until a few days later. Contacted management they denied everything even said the security cameras didnt work at the time of service.
