Stopped by to get a leaky tire repaired, removal and inside patch. Big O was very busy because it was Saturday & if you do great business you must do great work. My tire was repaired in a couple hours due to many customers ahead of me. A great repair job and at a reasonable price ($24.00). If you need tires or even vehicle repairs done right, Id recommend you check this place out! Highly recommended to friends and family.

Called ahead to check availability on my tires, they did not have on site, so they ordered from warehouse, had my tires there within an hour, had my wife take vehicle in once they arrived, (tires replacement and alignment complete) she was in and out before she knew it. Good job Big O team! We now feel safe and ready for our trip

I made an appointment in advance to have my brakes looked at/replaced at this location (since its closer to my house) after receiving EXCELLENT service at the Rosedale location with tires. Well, two hours after my appointment time, I was still sitting in the lobby and they hadnt so much as touched my car. Asked the guy how much longer it was going to be, and he had no answer, just when a lift opens up, and when I asked if the appointment meant anything, he said it didnt. Dont waste your time. This is the worst service.

Ask for something and get job done for something else....never going to this shop again.....very expensive too....

Do not go here if you are a female. Do not even attempt to call. They are extremely rude. And if you have a question, they try to make you feel dumb. Im making sure to inform everyone i know.

This place is awesome. Ive been looking for weeks to get an alignment for my 2016 challenger with no luck. I guess not everyone can do alignments on newer cars. I actually went to their neighbors first, they sent me to these guys. I made an appointment for 8 am for the day after. They were nice and did the job in 30 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone who doesnt know much about cars.

Over priced and lied about my oil pan having issues. Wanted to charge us 250 dollars just for the part when O’ Rillys down the street charges 125 dollars. What a rip off.

Dropped my car off on a Saturday and they kept it over a week. It was a rear engine seal replacement which I was told took 15 hours to complete. However, Omar suggest it would only take two to three days and and now my car has been there for 10 days. Each time I spoke with Omar, he would say it was almost done. I have had to rent a car because of it. All I wanted was some honesty about how long it would take. Almost done suggests one or two more days not 6. After the first 4 days, I never got any updates. I had to call them. For small jobs, they are great. Anything else, take your car somewhere else. Not worth the headaches

I drive for Ubereats and was required to update my car’s inspection paperwork. I came to this Big O on white on because the others were busy. Now I know why this one was not. The guy did the inspection and said I needed tires and breaks (which I had replaced only a few months before) and he would not pass me but could sell me some so I would pass. I said no thanks and he charged me for the “fail”. I went somewhere else later that day and passed no problem. Will never go here again. You shouldn’t either.

I usually dont write reviews but I felt it deserved it. The guy who helped me was able to match the price of my previous tires. Things are tight and Im only able to afford 2 tires at a time. Besides that he was very friendly and fast

Got recommended by my boss had a hard time looking for an alignment shop brought My Chevy Impala in and they did it for a Malibu..they fix that for a impala and when I left,my car was going to the left ..complete off! Dude told me he don’t know, that’s how it is, took my money and left me with a bad alignment smh never coming back..Latino guy in the front was on his phone as I’m talking to him no eye contact. disrespectful

Been a customer for a long time. Because of past problems with them stealing my chrome lugnuts and stripping wheel lug threads as well as leaving things loose. I decided to try somewhere else. I am glad to say I just purchased a new set of tires from Carolls Tires. They gave me a good price and great service.

I come from out of town just so I can go to Big O on White Lane . They are also nice people that work there. Person at the front desk showed to be too little interest in helping me find good quotes. Gave me the feeling that printing those quotes was too expensive or too much work when I was planning on spending hundreds on some good tires. I would never come back here.

Got four new tires on my car. They were very competitive with the online price for the tires I wanted and didnt nickel & dime me. Very nice, prompt service. The only reason I didnt give excellent on quality was that a balancing weight came off soon after I left. But I went back and they apologized and put it back on for me. They also replaced tires for my tent trailer, again at as good or better price than I could have gotten from the internet.

WORST PLACE EVER!! DO NOT COME HERE. AC issue. Oil change. Tires. Cheap & over priced. Spend over $1000 on trying to fix the AC since last year. Every time I Re Take the truck to be checked its 2 days without a vehicle & time loss. THE WORST OF IT ALL is That they dont know what it is & they charge for everything. I use to take my business trucks & personal vehicles. No more. Sal the manager does not care at all. This is how they treat long time customers. I can only imagine what they do with new customers if any.

Had a nail, they pulled the tire and wheel from my truck and stuck in in the tank. The nail did not penetrate. Pulled the nail. No charge. Great guys White lane.

Just had an alignment done without notification that it was going to get done . They never called to let me know it was going to be done and I asked them to just check if it needed it and let me know they said they would call me. Then I asked if tires had been rotated and they said it had been but I checked and the same tires were in the same place and one was showing threads. This place is a joke.I just got off the phone with district Manager and I was offered to get this taken care of. This may not be as bad as I previously posted. My apologies and we will see how this turns out.

They were able to put air in a tire that had deflated overnight. Very helpful.

I had a coupon that states ONLY so much for an oil change. It didnt set a limit on how much oil, it didnt say charge extra. However, the guy behind the register said IH because its a truck its going to cost more...NOWHERE on said coupon did it have restrictions. I think this company is a rip off and I would never give my business. Be leery of them.

Its not a very honest place. I took my midsize car in for an aligment($89), my car came out pulling to the right when i drove it. I took it back a few days later and after putting it up in the aligment machine they said it was still perfectly alinged. They tried to sell me 4 new tires to get ride off the pulling. I took my car to a smaller shop they did my aligment for $50 a no new tires. My car is straight as an arrow! I will no longer do Buisness with Big O tires.

I went to big o to get a tire patch which is only $25 but they told me it would take 45 minutes because there were a few cars ahead of mine. It ended up taking an hour so they did it for free.

Came in to repair a nail, then they broke my tire in the process. Trying to force me to buy a tire. Thanks a lot. Not doing business with these guys.

Wow,they are open on Sunday. Im from out of town and needed assistance with my Mortorhome. I called and a man answered, said please hold. Thats the last I heard from him, I waited for 5 minutes, thats my limit. In the future I will call someone else.The second star was because he did answer.

This place tends to have really long waits check other big o tires locations before coming here as they can sometimes be so busy that a simple tire rotation could take hours

Always a good experience and Sal will make sure you are only getting the work you actually need. Only deal with Sal is my advice.
