Called again on July 9, 2021. When I selected “new customer” someone answered my call in UNDER 2 minutes!!! I was immediately put on hold when I revealed I did not want to “set up new service” 🤣🙈😂 Eventually, I got a hold of ‘Kayla’ who took my new address (that I updated via email over a month ago) and was told it would take 6-7 days for my address to be updated in the system, at which point, I COULD CALL THEM BACK TO CANCEL!!! 😂😂😂 This is a SCAM of the HIGHEST DEGREE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You are better off drinking Kern County tap water, which, of course you are NOT… but at least it’s free.

Not sure how this is legal. You cannot change your delivery address or cancel service online. I’ve called several times and ultimately had to hang up for the outrageous wait times. Today I committed to remaining on hold until I got an answer... I waited for 1 hour before hanging up. When I signed up the price of a 5 gallon bottle of water was $7.95 and this month I was charged $27.

I signed up for it, paid, but never received what I paid for!

You will get better customer service from a phone scammer. Its amazing how uncaring this location is. Pick any other company than Sparkletts.

Great service, delivery people are professionals and respectful. I am happy I went with sparkletts!
