This is a great place if you want a demonstration of the worst customer service this world has to offer!! I have purchased thousands of dollars of gas here over the years and they dont have to worry about money because its a great location and always busy and convenient. That may be the case, but it doesnt have to be my money any more. They never have paper in their card-reader printers, they never, ever say Thank you when you have to walk inside and wait in line for a receipt and the tellers are so busy socializing and carrying on, that they often dont even notice that youre in line. I refuse to support such a slap in the face of any semblance of reasonable customer service for my privilege of purchasing $60.00 in gas. Goodbye...and those that chose to do business here, get exactly what they paid for. Nothing!! Cant I give less than one star??!!

Fastrip at Gosford & Whitelane June 1st 2021 after trying to pay by debit at the pump I walked inside the store on the east side to pay cash since pump 23 had failed to accept my debit card. I entered with a $50 dollar bill in my hand, it should have been an easy transaction, unfortunately the cashier Krystin proceeded to exhibit extremely rude behavior towards me as I stood with cash in hand. I said very little to her in return except that it I implied there was a problem with the pump and walked out. I drove to another Fastrip on Ashe and walked in with the same $50 and received perfectly friendly service from the cashier lady at that location.

Horrible experience on the graveyard shift especially with 2 young ladies by the name of Mercedes and Berenice. They were very rude when I asked to talk to a manager they refused said a manager wasnt on site and due to me asking to talk to management I was refused service and had my cash tossed at me. Never again will I go to this fastrip Ive spent thousands of dollars here and never had a worst experience at a gas station then this. Definitely going to social media to share this experience about this horrible customer service

I would give a zero star if I can. Some of the staffs in this store are super rude. They feel empowered because they can deny services to the customers. It is probably miserable to work at a gas station and making minimum wages. Therefore, refusing services to people and make others suffer will make these staff feel worthy. Well I guess cheap gas station comes with cheap services. I will take my business somewhere else for sure.

Some of the cheapest fuel prices in town, quick trip if you need basic food and drink items.

Just left there, and 2 young employees were too incompetent to make a transaction! I asked for 4 packs of cigarettes (with the 50 cent off coupon) they refused to give them to me, because they said those are for single pack transactions only, otherwise Id get $2 off! Seriously??? How smart do you have to be to work here?! Im calling corporate now! Smh

Everyone is really nice here but Rosa was helping me out and she was the best. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service! (:

Please don’t waste your time here at this Fastrip. Save your money and go down the street to a different place or another Fastrip. Negative stars if possible. A lot of homeless people wondering around before you can even get to the door. They do not seem concerned about it. Also they don’t care to help if gas is on the wrong pump. They’ll fix it with an attitude!

Cheap gas but merchandise inside is pricey. Beer cave has a large selection but its also expensive. There is a homeless element that gravitates to this store as well. Dont be surprised if a person with a gas can but no car approaches you for money (or gas).

Absolutely love this store great and fast service. Shout out too KK, Rosa, Melissa, red & Irene they are always so niceYOU GUYS ROCK !!!!

This place has to worse customer service ever! I will post and tell everyone I know and use my social media to tell everyone about my experience! The manager is completely incompetent.

I was refused service for looking homeless. Yes my bibs were dirty, but thats because I just got off of work. Ive never been so offended in my life.. going to buy my 60 gallons of fuel elsewhere. Even if I was homeless its ridiculous that they wouldnt sell me $200 of fuel, a carton of cigarettes, and a bunch of overpriced food items. Avoid this place.

Wish I could give negative stars ! Bought cigarettes b/c of $1 off 2 packs. Charged me more than normal price. Wasnt given a receipt. Was told they couldnt do anything because I paid cash. No management on site to talk to. Wont go back to this location ever.

Its where I buy my gas. I prefer Fast Trip because you can pay at the pump, the prices are usually cheaper than anywhere else and I always get good gas mileage.

Spent thousands on gas here over the years... ummm usually has competitive prices and decent selection inside on random stuff. Has a beer cave which is great.Also they air compressor is free if you just ask inside. Can be busy at times and it can take a while to get through the lines.

Pro: Cheapest gas on the west side of townCons: Rude service, homeless people everywhere, constantly busy and hard to get in and out of the parking lot.Stay away from here if you feel saving 10 cents per gallon isnt worth the hassle.

Ive been going to this gas station for about 4 years now. Fast and friendly staff. Love that they carry items that I always seem to forget when I go to the grocery store. Bread, milk, eggs, dog treats, tortillas, tortillas? Yes they even have tortillas. Lol.

The manager is rude. Unprofessional people.

I stopped in this place late one evening, a little after midnight. There were three employees, two female, one male, hanging out at one end of the registers chatting, very loudly I might add. Im not sure what they were talking about because the whole conversation was in Spanish but they were all three chatting and laughing loudly as two other employees, a male and female were ringing up customers. Both of their lines were quite long and other people in the store seemed a bit irritated about the wait and the fact that these two were working while the other three were standing around doing nothing.

Fast. Convenient. They never disappoint. You may run into a few transients, but its just because so many people use this place.

20 product expired, I asked the worker she said so what you dont want it leave, the product for almost 4 months
