I KNEW this guy did repairs to my car that it didnt need. But it was my fault that I trusted him. I ran into someone who used to work there and they CONFIRMED it!! They confirmed that he orders repairs that are not needed or necessary just to drive up the sales order $$.DO NOT TRUST this guy -- you will NEVER know that he did work and charged you for repairs you didnt need. He is an untrustworthy salesmen. Dont be fooled like I was. AND Im sure hell have his friends leave 5 star reviews to drive his overall rating back up.

Five stars isnt enough for these guys. Competent and reliable.... and i drive Fords. These guys traced a short that Jim Burke caused and couldnt find... Im very pleased.

We have made 2 appointments already the first time they had to reschedule us, the second time they told us to drop off any time, my husband asked the lady if we could have an appointment time for that day and she said no, to drop off any time during the day. At 3:00PM they told us it was too late and they would not take it anymore. That we would have to wait another week and a half after already waiting for over 2 weeks. This is very unprofessional, if they tell us one thing they need to stick to their word. Good luck just trying to get in.

Great customer service, reliable, quick turn around time. I was in a pinch to get the breaks on my Jaguar replaced. They could have done the brakes the same day but they didnt have my brakes and rotors in stock, so I opted to wait till the next day. Dropped the car off at 8am and I received a call around noon saying it was ready to be picked up. I Will return for future service.

Euro auto works is amazing!!! What an amazing group of people!! So we had such problems that were almost unsolvable for our daughters mini cooper.. but alex at euro auto works took his time to figure it out.. then after that then he found another thing broken.. they went above and beyond to take care of us and careful care of the car.. we appreciate the great job they did on the car!! We finally got it back and my daughters dream of her dream car came true!! Thank you euro auto works for your expertise and love for the vehicle! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a true mechanic who knows what hes doing and will take care of the customer!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Took my car in for a routine maintenance. Got sparks plugs replaced (which probably didnt even need replacing as my car is a 2017, but thats a separate issue). Mechanic broke something while replacing the spark plugs. Car barely runs now. Had it towed to Dealership in Fresno. To fix the problem the CORRECT (meaning to Land Rover specs) way is a $5000 job. Euro Auto works says they have a cheap simple solution and I need to bring the car back to them. Obviously ZERO trust in this shop at this point and they will never touch my car again. Im sending them the bill for repair and taking them to court if they dont pay it. I have also filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive repair in California. Just go somewhere ANYWHERE else!!!

This guy Greg is a con artist running an automotive repair shop, they tell you that things needs to be fixed that actually doesn’t and then stick you with a bill for 2k-3k dollars. Avoid this establishment at all cost believe me you don’t want the headache!!!

Went there a few weeks ago to get a smog really fast and excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable and the owner is fair on pricing and very helpful when explaining what is wrong.

We where on our way out of town for a family emergency in Santa Cruz California half way to hwy 5 something went wrong with altanator turned around and called Greg at Euro Auto repair got us in right away ordered part an hour later back on the road!! Thank you so much Greg and Shirley for getting us back on the road quickly.

Rude and misleading. They told me they could fix my car, but after they spent 2 days on it, they told me it couldnt be fixed and charged me $250 at Christmas time. Very unprofessional.

Awesome company. Another repair place wanted to charge me a lot for a door issue which created an alarm issue. Turns out the part they wanted to replace was wrong. Euro fixed the entire system for less than the crooked quote from the other Jag repair shop.

I received fantastic service from Greg at Euro Auto Works. My VW TDI suffered from a High Pressure Fuel Pump failure and Greg went above and beyond to determine that the local VW dealer would repair the problem at no charge to me despite the fact that the car was out of warranty. Greg and his team were quick with their diagnosis and impeccably honest in their dealings--I would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend you take your car here if you need major repairs. They didnt know what was wrong with my car so they troubleshot by ordering a 600 dollar part that I did not need. My car had the exact same problem after they charged 900 dollars parts and labor. After the final time that I called to tell them it still wasnt starting, they never returned the call.I brought my car to a mechanic in Oakland and after doing some basic tests, within 24 hours, he was able to determine that the reason my car wasnt starting was that it needed a new crank sensor. It was an 80 dollar part.I felt incredibly ripped off by this shop and I am sorry I dont have anything positive to say about my experience...except that they will give you a ride to work from the shop after you drop off your car. At least the first time anyway.
