They are the best if you are ever in need of repairing your own appliances. They have all the good parts. They practice social distancing and require masks for all their customers/employees health. Great to do business with them.

Great place to pick up Appliance Parts here locally in Bakersfield. But I guess because of the covid-19 some things are horrendously backordered not their fault. It always seems to be very busy but the lines are always short. Prices are very fair and reasonable

Even though theyre about the only place left in town to get parts, they definitely know their business. Ive yet to find a part they didnt have that was available same day at roughly the same price as online. Dont bother going to The Home Depot or Lowes for parts, theyre not in the repair business, this shop should be your first call or visit. My only wish is that they had a shop on my side of town as well.

Definitely wont be back. I normally like to shop at Ma and Pa style stores but I wont be giving my business to Coast Appliance anymore. The fellas behind the counter are abrasive, abusive, and overall a-holes. If you cant speak their jargon or youre just a do it yourselfer youll get little to no respect here. Next time Ill wait a day and order from Amazon.

Always a five-star experience. 99% of the time they have exactly what I need and that 1% is just a fluke Im sure. if they dont have it they usually can get it. Customer service outstanding. always friendly and helpful. you couldnt ask for a better place to go to forappliance parts.

My father in law asked a simple question and they where extremely rude not professional at all. They did not help and where anoyed at any question asked. I would never go there and it was so unnecessary!!!

Really really really bad service... walked in with part (in hand) that I was looking for and I was asked for model number which I didnt have with me at the time... drove back home 20 miles away. As soon as I got home, I called and I was put on hold for more than six minutes the two times I called!...then I was told that I needed to bring part to store to cross reference number before they could search for part. π‘π‘π‘
The store is difficult to get to. The staff is senselessly rude. Save yourself the trouble and order it for yourself. I ordered the part I needed on Amazon and it was $65 cheaper than what these jerks quoted.

Awful experience. Mistreated from 2 employees. They humiliated me, and did verbal abuse. Those 2 male employees shouldnt be working there, they should be fired. They have no idea at all what is customer service.

I called to order microwave filter and refrigerator water system filter. I was told they would have to get one of them from the warehouse. I was told it would be in the following Tuesday.. I called on a Friday. I called on Tuesday they still were not in. I was told I would be called. Not hearing back I called on Thursday. I was told they couldnt find my order that the last order they see for me was 2 years ago n had no orders for my #. In this phone call I talk to either a Matt or a Mike and he told me to stop yelling at him... I told him Im not yelling at you Im on a speaker phone and Im driving Im just trying to find out if you have my parts in.Over n over he scolded me for yelling. I said no im not yelling im on a speaker because im driving. I told him l placed my order with a woman and she did not ask me for a phone #. I assumed my # came up on ID... He said well l have an ear piece in and your hurting my ears. He got very obnoxious continuing to scold me telling me he had talked to the woman and l yelled at her too. I was at home in my recliner when l placed my original order!!!. He told me to park and call him back or he would put me on hold AGAIN........ Rediculous. I told him Im 70 years old I dont need this... Honestly l told him a few choice words n hung up on him. So in a couple of minutes I got a call back which l declined from a woman leaving a message telling me that they were unable to call me because my number stated it was not a working number !!!!! Interesting though they were able to call me and leave a message and tell me that my filters were in after I made 3 phone calls trying to see if my order was in. I have purchased from Coast several times before with exceptional service but this time very rude service n totally incompetent.

The customer service lady was rude and laughed at me for my mispronunciation of a part. Very high priced . I felt like I was being ripped off and disrespected. There are better places out there . I would not recommend these people to anybody.
They usually have what we need and the price is not too bad. And the people are pretty nice.

This has got to be the worst company in town, since my order has been place since November and now we are in February and my Samsung part has not arrived and when I call no one is able to give me information about my order part, they just transfer the call among themselves, worst company in Bakersfield, CA

They said to get there before 5pm and I arrived at 5pm exactly, when I went inside to pay for the part I set aside they said that they had already shut down the computer. I drove across town and called them prior to heading over there and they said they would wait until 5pm. I just needed one part for my dryer. Ridiculous.
