Raising prices dont help less stock dont help. Pluse Ive gone to other stores and the have bake potatoes the big one,s on hand so we can stuff then double stuffed also be nice s your produce department need,s a rescue. Ive seen room for them buy the potatoes area

Section is sparse. Not sure if lack of vendors having employees to move product. Or, pandemic nightmare issues. Frustrating to shop as I used to, and be very LIMITED as to supply. Whats up with the Bakery and available FRESH BAKED ASSORTMENT of Doughnuts, apple fritters, and maple bars??

I do online shopping and when I picked up my grocery order the employee who identified himself as william the manager of the frozen foods department was dirty as in his cloths, hygiene and shoes, he smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, his fingernails were black with dirt. My point is that this person is handing my grocery order! Not happy....

A great place to shop.

The one star Is for the Starbucks employee young girl with pink hair. She was very rude. I was so polite and continued to stay polite even after she was rude. Sighed loudly after I gave my order and threw the straw at me. I was the only one in line and she did not make the drink correctly. She definitely hates her job.

Big shout out to the Bakery department! Dawn, I hope I got her name right, made and decorated the most amazing cupcakes for my daughters baby shower today. I had an idea in my head and she made it come alive on the cupcakes! The were a hit! People were surprised they were bought at a grocery store. Beautifully done! Tasted great! Amazing job!! Cindi B.

Albertsons is a near copy of Safeway. Goods are placed differently in the store and there are things found in one that isnt in the other. Shelf pricing varies slightly on various items but seems to balance out in the end. Very good customer service with curbside delivery available.

Like the store but have been discriminated against because of my old rig.there is rigs owned by truck drivers that sit on lot for weeks at a time yet today I pulled into lot at aprox 6 am and was waiting for bi Mart to open.bi Mart and Albertsons property is apparently owned by one person.at 9am police came up to vehicle and informed me that owner had trespassed me and I am no longer allowed to shop at Albertsons or bi mart.i know that if I had newer rig there would not have been a problem nor would I get second look.my wife has cancer and we come into her doctor visits for chemotherapy but cant afford nicer 4x4 at this time.with about 5 feet of snow at our home I cant use 2 wheel drive and am stuck using this 4x4 that dont look the best.after doing chemotherapy for my wife we would bring her service dog to the side of albertsons.a grassy area out of the way of traffic and shade.now we are no longer allowed at bi Mart or Albertsons because lot owner dont like rig.had I stayed night on lot it would be another story but couple house waiting for one of the stores to open.i know my 400 to 600 a month I spend at Albertsons will not be missed but just wonder how many other customers he has to run off before Albertsons notices.really upset right.

Workers are very friendly and the store is well lit. Very clean and they do a good job of keeping up with the check out lanes so I hardly have a trip I am waiting in line. Really pleased with the deals they offer!

Why can t you fix the card reader on aisle 2. Been non operational for over a month. Very frustrating when trying to purchase with a debit card. I have noted this to the checkers, they might not care, maybe management does.

This clean store. The staff was friendly. Its funny cause there is a Safeway right across the street. The location was good just off freeway. They will do up to 200 dollars cash back on debit. I will stop here again if I am traveling through that area.

The staff is friendly and fast. They keep the store well stocked. They have nice meat and produce departments with fresh products. Their bakery sells cakes, doughnuts, cookies, and more. They have great deals and the store has easy access to the freeway and fuel near by. This is a great place to shop.

Stopped by this Albertsons for a few necessities as we were passing through town. Was a pretty typical Albertsons experience for me; clean store, slightly higher prices, friendly customer service. Not an exceptional experience for me, but was definitely average or better. I wouldnt hesitate to stop here again if I find myself in the area.

First time today in the new Albertsons. What a beautiful store! Very open/spacious and loved the lighting. Especially behindthe goods on the shelves. They are the same pricing as Safeway (owned by same corp.) So I will definitely keep shopping at this state of the art new store!! Nice employees too!

I came here to get donuts for my family...when is tarted to eat my donut, there was a bug or a fly in the frosting/glaze! It is the most gross place I’ve ever been to. I would give it zero stars if I could.

They own both stores in baker city or and prices reflect that. Pretty high all around. Produce is always good and firm.

Friendly staff. Not usually very busy. Had issues with their debit/ebt system on one occasion, but the staff did their best to get it fixed.

I always have good experiences at this Albertsons store. For the most part, the employees are friendly! I choose to make this store the one where I do the majority of my grocery shopping.

Love the grocery store, but the Pharmacy earned my 1 star rating. I waited over an hour to have a call telling me my prescription was filled. Then I called to check on it the gentleman said he got busy and to give him another 45 minutes. So we wait an hour to go down and find they are closed for lunch. There is no mention of closing for lunch on the website. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about, but the prices here are not that bad. The problem is that not many people shop smart. They literally throw stuff into a cart and are surprised when it is $450 plus. You literally just have to use coupons and buy things when on sale and you could easily have your monthly budget at $650. Grocery outlet does not accept coupons. Their things are slightly cheaper, if you mindlessly shop.

No matter what issue Ive had this week, and Ive had a quite a few, the people at the help desk in Albertsons have been able to help me. They are always very friendly. Even though a few of my problems have been a real pain for most people, they didnt give up or get irritated they just put on a smile and helped me out. Everything in the store is clean, the produce is always fresh, and so far I havent had any issue finding the things that I need in that store.

Its very, very expensive for a small town. Some of the cashiers dont put a smile on their face and dont know how to say thank you when handing out the receipt. Not a very friendly atmosphere for working in public.
