The young lady that has checked me out has been the sweetest cashier I have seen, during the craziness of the holiday shopping. She has asked me about my mask, instead of assuming Im sick & contagious. I appreciated it very much. She has had a smile on her face anytime I seen her. Truly a pleasant experience.

They have great deals. The staff is really nice. The store is a bit small but they try real hard to keep it nice and tidy. The bathrooms could use some work though. Hope they have the same great deals when they switch it to a Gordmans.

I love this store! They had some awesome sales. I bought over $200. (Regular price) but after the sale prices and applying for a credit card, I only had to pay $80. I just love shopping there.

Lived in Azle for almost 3 years now and some how overlooked this place until recently. I am mostly impressed by their staff friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customers. Their sales are pretty incredible too. They may not be a huge store but I would go here over Kohls any day just for the convenience and the friendliness. Its just a bonus that the sales are a lot better.

Friendly and warm staff. You can always find a good deal. Convenient and quick when youre in a pinch. Great hometown store!

Oh the rules in this place! They will make your head spin. Ive walked away from an entire purchase, more than once, because this~ that~or~the other didnt meet the coupon criteria.They really need to simplify the process. It shouldnt be that difficult.

Good variety of clothing. They have coupons but they dont work on items that end in. 98 which was everything I bought except 2 items. ( of course ).

Small. But packed full of stuff. Firstbealls that I ever had an associate ask if i needed help. I guess its cause Im male generally this store is focused on female.

The stmos was good. Im do disappointed in the lack of dresses and skirts. I only found two skirts in size L. All ladies do not wear pants .nor dresses that look like they are for bedroom use. I understand trends but the stored are leaders in trends. I love being a modest lady.

Definitely getting a bit older and doesnt have a lot of selection but it works in a pinch so you dont have to drive into Fort Worth

I can usually find good deals on clothing there. The staff is froendly and the racks are orderly. Thats really all I look for in a clothing retail store.

Dont know if they are unorganized or they are dishonest/crook. Because they kept their regular prices items along with their major-sale/doorbuster items which makes costumer believe that these are also on sale. And in the end costumer happen to buy the items paying full price. ( And I can say this is not done by other costumers- because I went there early in the morning, everything was set nice - then I wanted to buy a piece of clothing on doorbuster, but later I found that that clothing was actually a Yes item and I happen to pay full price for it. Now I cannot even refund because I used my rewards for the item and the store wont refund my rewards or the money. They only refund back the remaining balance. Not a good experience at all.
