JR is just having his cheese stick treat after our trip in Walmart. They had some good deals on Western Shirts, needed stain for some Crafts that Im working on for sale. Creamers on sale, and the Meat is about the best you can find around for the price. Halloween candy was also on sale but probably gone by now. Got to make room for Thanksgiving!

Would be nice if they had a little bit more jewelry, but its Walmart...I love it and hate it at the same time! Lol

My favorite Walmart because of the extra large self service checkout.  I shop 1-2 times for the week and buy a lot at once making fewer trips.  When I checkout I feel like I am in a very spacious wide open kitchen with lots of counter space around me so I can spread all the way out.When I am there shelves are usually fully stocked and rarely are there long lines unless I come here after church on Sunday, then of course I get what I deserve.  They are fully stocked right now on Easter candy, Easter eggs, Easter bunnies and other stuff and seem to be the cheapest in town.  If I have to go to Walmart, I go here.

Poorly stocked in several areas. Training new cashiers during rush hour.... With a new and improved, much larger self checkout area, so customers can do all the work.

Well walmart is always my first choice for the best price and they always pull through thanks walmart!

I visit this store 2 to 3 times a week. The store is always well stocked and most of the associates are very friendly. Weve had bad experiences with 2. The manager of electronics is a total jerk. One other in home furnishings a lady, we were looking at a large rug it had already been opened and we liked it so we spread it out to see how big it was. We liked it and were going to buy it. She came along, so rudely said nice picked it up and took it. We had to pick another. They need more training on customer service.

I come here often. Matter of fact I think I come here too much. I’m in here 2-3 times a week. I love the new self check out and a specific door greeter. I dunno her name but she is awesome. Always so friendly and she says hello no matter what to everyone walking in.I will say I do not like the employees who pack the online/pick up orders. Some are ok-I’ll explain. I appreciate the service. I do. I use it sometimes. What I don’t like is when I’m in the store and they’re pushing their cart they will jump out in front of you to grab something or stand in your way and not move out of the way to find what they need. I get it, they have a job to do but there are ways to go about it where you aren’t going to be in anyone’s way. I have came across a few that are pretty good about it but there are some who flat out don’t care and will block the aisle.

The best Walmart in Ft Worth area

While driving through azle, I had a flat on my pickup. Everyone working in the tire shop was very helpful and got me back on the road as quick as I could. Great job!!

Nice save helpfulness of Workers too

The shelves are always bare. Its always a 50/50 shot (if youre lucky being that high) that youll find what youre looking for in grocery. Compare that to nearby Saginaw or Lake Worth that always seem to have what Im looking for, and Ill be spending the little extra to go to one of those stores and get what I need rather than have to go to 3 stores around here just to find the same stuff.

I always love going to Walmart and their online shopping app is great. Very easy to use. I love the convenience of it.

Everything went up in price and they dont have any grapes or strawberries. But they have a lot of Cherrys. And some good looking other fruits and veggies. The asparagus is really nice. And the peaches look good to. The meat counters are full and they are stocked up on everything really.

Wal Mart needs to cross train their employees. I waited for over a hour for someone to get my fishing license. Because none of the other employees knew how to work the computer. And their self checkout is awful most of the time they dont work. Wal Mart needs to hire more check out people too. This would stop the long lines at checkout.

I could give a zero I would. Out of all the stores Azle Wal-Mart is the WORST STORE.Albert the store manager does not have his staff trained properly especially his so called management team.one of his worst managers under him Anthony doesnt take care of the customers or do his job at all. Albert has them tell people hes not there so he doesnt have to deal with any issues.They are the worst in management that I have seen in years.

This store has gotten bad in customer service. They are saying there is new policies in place on returns, which I do understand no issues and I can abide by, but don’t you think new policies need to be posted out there so people will know, NOT JUST AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. Looked at the receipts from my last visit had friends look at theirs and nothing about policy returns. This store has lost my business even though I am one in a few. Went to another one to buy several times, customer service wonderful even the ones on the floor go above an beyond to help you.

My husband and I went into Walmart to look for a black pair of jeans for myself. I found them, and they had my size. I was also able to get some leggings 2 pair, and 2 dresses! I was really impressed with the choices for the plus size women!! However I was very disappointed when I went over to the bra section. 😮 I could not find one bra in my size, especially when the store looked so fully stocked!! I was forced to leave empty handed ☹ I tried on the cloths,, and they actually fit me perfectly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they all had a big smile on their faces 😀 My husband got himself 2 of the sausage egg and cheese biscuits from the warmer in front of the register line, and he said they were delicious 😋 and they were very fresh. We checked out at the Self check out and was actually in and out of the store in about 25 minutes. We will definitely return to this Walmart! I recommend this store for all your needs..

Worst curbside pick up ever!!!! They forgot to put in a family pack of chicken breaststroke, 20 lbs of carrots!!! And a stalk of celery!! My question is how do you miss 20 lbs of carrots?? 4...5lb bags??Then when I called and called only non English employees answered the phone!! This is a horrible experience for my first time ordering online! Never again!!

Well i dont know why this started out; Tell others why I hated this place because I dont hate this place, I gave it 5 stars. Just took a while to be waited on cause she was gone trying to find someone to help a delivery truck driver. Other than that, everything was peachy, creamy. I gave it 5 stars anyways cause she was gone trying to help someone else.

Went above and beyond to make sure the order got to me in a timely manner.

I was forced to wear a mask and threatened with a $1000 fine if i was caught by an undercover poli e that was supposedly walking around the store.

Its gotten easier to get in and out.

1 employee told me wrong aisle for pinwheels/spinwheels. 2nd employee said yall didnt have any. I thought it strange to not have them, so I kept looking & found them

They need more than 2 cashiers open. I will not check out a full basket myself. I dont get paid for it or discounted. I usually do grocery pickup but it took 90 minutes last week. This store really need to step up their service. I prefer Waslmart over.other stores but service has really gone bad. Come on Azle Walmartstep up your service.

It is not my favorite Walmart. It has changed too much. I like the one in Decatur much better. The shelves are always full in Decatur and feels it has more room. I have a hard time finding a handicap parking close to a door. I am 81 yrs and walking is hard for me.

Called and was hung up on by same Hispanic woman 4 times in 5 mins… trying to reach tire and lube. She’s rude and very obnoxious. Should not be working with phone or people. Her excuse was I have phone ring every minute… don’t like your job get a new one!This is a disgrace to Walmart and azle I asked for management she left me on hold until I hung up

I dont like the change of the store, cant find anything. I would rather use a cashier when I have a lot of groceries. Some of the stockers are really nice and helpful. But its not so bad sometimes

When I do have to go Id prefer small town Walmart to a Big City Walmart but even still this one is always busy and seems to always be low on meat in meat department. Still its not crowded or low on staff!

The one star is for their delivery service. I’ve been left high and dry not once, twice, but three times with no delivery! They don’t even call you to let you know your order is not coming. This definitely needs to be fixed for other customers. I will not be using the service again.

I wish I could say youve seen one Walmart, youve seen them all, but unfortunately, they all have different layouts. I kind of miss the M.E. Moses and Gibsons off my 1960s childhood. But Walmart does have more stuff.

Didnt have 4 of the items I ordered, the walmart app didnt work when it said let them know when your on the way, and waited 20minutes for them to bring out my other items.

I hate this walmart. The workers are slow and dont care. The guests are even worse, park way to close, walk super slow or even stop sometimes to cross the street, rude, and the guests cant drive. Never have had a good experience here, sadly its the closest one to me.

Not much of anything in stock and people anxiety attack

Very bad. They chased us out because one of the refrigerated unit for fruit was smoking bad. We had to leave our cart and leave the building.

I ordered groceries to pick up. The red onion was rotten on one side just like the last order. They need to train their people on how to pick produce!! This has happened on several occasions. Yes, I got my refund but NOW I have to go purchase a red onion myself!! Really doesnt help to order online, if they dont know or DONT CARE how they pick produce!!

It sucks they are out all the time with Vanilla Caramel liquid creamer. The shelves are bare, they are out of Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Bread, Lettuce, this store needs a manager that stays on the floor. You never see managers out in the store. All you see is the associate filling online orders and when you ask about any merchandise being in the backroom, they say they dont know and dont even try finding someone to help. I have been an Asst. Manager at Wal-Mart and if my store looked like this one in Azle, Tx. Someone would be coming in from Bentonville to fix the empty store shelves.

Walmart is doing better keeping items on the shelves post shutdown; however, so many people are ordering pick up creating another set of problems... there are so many associates collecting orders they are jamming up the store aisles. Plus they ten to be myopic they dont see the in store customers.

I enjoy shopping at Wal-Mart, however, there always out of stock. Sometimes I can find what Im looking for but when I go back to buy it again they dont have it in stock. Ill wait at least 2 weeks and go by again and its still out of stock. Then Ill go to another Wal-Mart and they wont have it either. This is a constant issue with Wal-Mart.

Bigger store then most. Fully stocked and clean. The staff wear masks and are very helpful. Sanitizer stations for public use. Plenty of self checkout registers available. Auto and Tire shop at location. This location offers delivery service and pick up orders for the public. Great store. Good job.

The quality of Wal-Mart brand is going down hill. I bought 2 cans of asparagus that was Wal-Mart brand and I got cans of sticks.

Typical walmart for the most part. No issue with staff or anything, isles loaded with stock being shelved and no effort to enforce masks are a management problem. Employees helpfulness is only reason I gave the 3rd star.

Busy, dirty, unorganized. But then again, thats most walmarts.

Had issues at the checkout registers freezing up . Was moved 3 times to different other customers behind was allowed to move in front of me and my 80 yr old mother who eventually had leave and go to car due to the tiresome long wait then was asked again to move to yet another line where there was already 5to 6 full carts in front me . Asked to speak to a manager and was timely replied to saying I( I am the manager ) and theres nothing I can do to help you . Go to self checkout if I didnt want to move and wait yet longer to checked out by a person . .

Simple answer. I dont know... yes or no. Will the workers of this establishment have the right to take off their masks and not be forced vaccines? Ill take this off and change the rating when I see the mask come off of some of your employees. I was not asking for your opinion that leads to an argument... you should care about my rights as a customer you should care about people you work with their rights as a worker. You should protect peoples rights either way to wear or not to wear to vaccine or not to vaccine. If you want to wear masks at all times take a shower in it go to bed never take it off I dont care you have that right dont force me and everybody else with your fear and Hate.

Pretty clean store. They keep things organized and folks are always busy working trying to keep things stocked. I feel like their variety of womens clothing has become limited. I can shop in both juniors and womens. There is a trend of clothing and thats all that seems to be stocked. Wish they would go back to a larger variety.

Cashiers need to work on their customer interaction. They also need to work on keeping shelves stocked.

Closing early or shutting down stores doesn’t seem like the smartest way to tackle this COVID problem since this makes it more crowded when and where open....Even though I feel less safe at Walmart, I still give them five stars for their heedless attempt to make their customers safer.Friendly staff.Convenient location.Store is always clean and clutter free.Great prices. Has really gone down hill...use to be you could find things reasonably priced!!! But not any more. They also never have enough registers open. Less workers. Shelves never stocked. Always out of items. During this pandemic, they let people buy out the store instead of limiting quantities for items. And have people their to watch so that they stay at that limit..
