Solid 4 stars. There’s some great and some improvements needed before it is 5 stars.Good: wild berry milkshake was delicious. Best thing on the menu so far!! Waffle with banana and chocolate was good too! Crepe it self was great. Good flavor in the crepe alone.Okay: espresso was okay, not perfect but good. I would order again.

The place is pretty and usually empty. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The tables are kept clean and everyone has to order and pay from their phones. The food and coffees were great. It was on the expensive side but definitely worth it.

Went here with a friend for lunch today. Never been before, the menu sounded amazing and wanted to try something new !The store was extremely clean and bright, very welcoming feeling.I had the egg & turkey sausage crepe. It had amazing flavor, and tasted very fresh!Raegan was the young lady who waited on us. She was very polite, prompt, and just a breath of fresh air, when no one wants to work, and the ones who do show up have a bad attitude. Give her a high five ! 🙌🏼 🌟

This place is a must visit if you are in the area 😀 the owner is really nice and friendly. Their crepes are the best 👌❤💓 would highly recommend it to my friends and other people who will ask a crepe place.

Took way too long, about 45 min wait for just 2 crepes. To top it off, your sitting with flys the whole entire time trying to swat them away. They used way to much Nutella. Definitely sticking to my original crepes place.

Im always looking for new places to satisfy my sweet tooth and Im very happy to have found this place. The two crepes I ordered were delicious and the scoop of ice cream helped to cool me down from the Arizona heat. I ordered the crepe that had bananas and nutella with strawberries, my favorite combination.

Crepes were decent but cold when we got them. Mocha was good. Wait was a little long for an empty restaurant (literally 4ppl). 15% tip automatically added to your tab at payout. Don’t mind tipping but I normally do cash so I know the servers would get it. I would go again if I’m craving crepes and haven’t found a better spot.

Cute little place, with very good prices! We had the banana Nutella crepe and honey butter waffle. Both were excellent!

Very quaint and upbeat place for breakfast. I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese crepe and coffee Americano. There was a short wait for the food but definitely worth it. Delicious food brought to your table. There is seating outside as well. I would eat here again when Im in the area.

Had the savory lunch crepe (chicken). It was fabulous! The insudewas warm and savory. The crepe was soft, warm with slight sweet note. Comes with side salad and Cornish pickles. Cant wait to try the array of dessert and breakfast crepes!! Its great to have a unique new choice in Avondale, especially when its this good! Support local.

Please don’t waste you time and money this place is nice inside but customer service and food is a -1 the food is cold eggs and patties the crepes are not that good the hot latte is not want you asking forAnd you have to order with your phone and went you get to the point to paid and order they place a 15% tip that they don’t even earnNo good experience at all!!!!

The two times I’ve been have been extremely great service! The first time, I went and ate in with my partner. Definitely order off if the menu, rather than creating your own crepe. We made a custom one to share and feel we did not get the right combo of ingredients. The Nutella banana crepe is great, of course. The one stand out drink for me was the Wildberry Smoothie which I commonly pop by to get!

I purchased the Buffalo style chicken crepe and It had zero spice to it which was a little disappointing. But, it tasted good. The banana Nutella waffle was also very tasty. The young lady was very friendly and informative (was my first time here).

Must try this place out, it was delicious! It was very clean and the staff was friendly and personable.

Such a beautiful cafè with AMAZING food and drinks!! My whole family repeatedly eats here and my mom consistently comes in for iced macchiatos! The staff and owners are simply the best and make sure your experience is A1!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!😊

This establishment is not ADA compliant and the staff is ignorant as well as incredibly rude. We were traveling with our well trained service dog and attempted to stop for breakfast. Please note that my granddaughter’s service dog is a genuine trained service dog, not an emotional support dog or fake wearing a vest. The dog did not exhibit any type of behavior that could legally exclude her from entering this establishment and we were not asked any questions regarding her training or the tasks she performs. The dog was simply refused entry by Jasmine “with a J” (her snotty response when asked for her name). We tried to explain ADA requirements to Jasmine and were repeatedly told that the owner didn’t allow dogs in the restaurant and we needed to leave (polite paraphrasing for what Jasmine actually said). My young granddaughter who requires the service dog was completely humiliated and begged us to leave. Thankfully we were meeting a local friend for breakfast and he suggested going to Richi’s Diner where we were greeted warmly, had excellent food and a pleasant uneventful meal. Hats off to Richi’s for turning an ugly confrontation into a pleasant experience.

Today was my first time going here. Food was great. The staff is amazing. The 2 girls working in the front were seriously so kind and attentive. It is my sons 10th birthday. They wrote happy birthday on his plate with chocolate and even threw on a scoop of ice cream. On his crepes. They went above and beyond what was expected and made his birthday extra special. Its so clean and so cute and I cant recommend it enough.

Sitting here waiting for one waffle since 6:39PM and its 7:10PM. Several people ahead of me waiting. I pray its worth the wait. Stay tuned

Yummy crepes! Be prepared to buy bottled water. No free water here. Call me old fashioned but I always liked choosing from a traditional menu board or book. Scanning the QR to obtain the menu to me just makes the service seem to have less warmth to a customer & for me less appealing. You come to a restaurant to be served, sometimes the interaction with the servers is a plus whether its a cafeteria style or sit down service. They do have a menu board, too.UPDATE: 6/3/2021 Came back today with my daughter so she could try, too. I had the savory eggs, cheese & turkey this time - delicious & just enough for a light yet filling enough brunch treat. Even my daughter got jealous n had some of my eggs & turkey sausage. She loved that the eggs were fluffy. I also had the crepella waffles with ice cream(this is great for sharing). Next time Ill request the waffles to be more crunchy instead of soft. Everything came together perfectly anyway having both savory & sweet. They now provide free water. Their servings are reasonable for their pricing. I now understand why they do QR scanned menu due to lack of staff though they are hiring. It is hard to find help these days in the restaurant biz. But just be patient because it is worth the wait(its not that long).This is such a quaint, peaceful place to eat breakfast or brunch. We hardly have time & breakfast is always on the go. Enjoy coffee or hot chocolate for non coffee drinkers like me if you have more time. They have outside dining as well perfect for cooler days. We will be back to try other crepes & enjoy the relaxed atmosphere!

Crepes are really good but they need better customer service. Went in today on a whim and there was no one at the counter they want everything ordered online now. I just left cause I wasnt about to wait half an hour for one crepe they usually get it out to you in 15-20 minutes when they actually take your order. Doesnt seem as friendly and warm a place now if theres no workers to greet you or be present on the job...

Best hole in the wall in Avondale!!! Crepes are amazing, service is great. Even though the food may take a little over 30 minutes to get to your table, it is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Crepes were so good, as were the waffles. We fell in love with the cranberry juice, and the coffee.I will be coming back here several more times.

Food is great but the service is very very slow. The ordering system is horrible; you have to order with your phone if you are paying with your card or if you order at the counter you have to have cash only. You can’t put in a special order if you order with your phone. After waiting a long time for our food we didn’t get our drinks until we were done eating.

The smoothies were very good, the sweet crepes were delicious, the savory crepes were good but could be improved upon however most savory crepes could be improved upon at nearly all creperies we have been to.

This place is absolutely the worst!! We ordered our food wait for 30 mins and never got anything. We paid and had to leave because it was taking too long for our food to come!!. Mean while it looked like the owners friends walked in got service and came in way after us!! There coffee and food came out as we were still waiting!! Dont support companies like this!!

Fantastic crepes. Nice little gem on the west side of town. We need more small businesses like this. Perfect place to go after waiting in the long line to fill up gas at Sams Club.

Crepes were excellent. Too bad they took so long to get to the table. For two crepes (classic and bananatella), it took about thirty minutes to bring out. I understand that they are short-staffed but at least have a server who is warm and friendly. Our server murmered something to us and placed our crepes and flatware as far from us as possible and walked away without another word.I hope they are able to hire staffers to speed up the orders as their food is very good. Best of luck to them.

Hello once again, stopped by local breakfast spot..Crepella......ordered the creppela waffle.....light and flavorful....ice cream in the morning, the best. Topped offed with a large americana....good place to stop...service and food were spot on!

Very good crepes...little too much nutella

The crepes were actually good but we were done with them by the time we received our drinks. When we got our drinks the macchiato tasted really bad and it didn’t look right at all. It tastes like it was made with old coffee and not espresso. We didn’t see them use the espresso machine at all. The matcha tasted like coffee. I asked about that and the worker said the matcha has coffee in it. I understand it having caffeine but not coffee blended in. I asked for a refund on the drinks but the manager wasn’t there so we asked for water instead. The girls working were very nice.

Waited literally an hour for my crepes because they were too busy celebrating their anniversary with no back up workers. Didnt even get my drinks until my food was almost gone. If I didnt pay in advance I wouldve left already.

Impossible to get good service anymore. They make you use some broken app to try to order your food. Really disappointed in this place.Waitress said This happen last time staff was aware of the issue with the order entry system and took no effort to take out order.

This location is friendly and efficient. Sometimes they can get busy inside, but if you order ahead the mobile pick ups are always quick and easy.

I love this place, its so cute all dressed in French. Everything is new and clean, even the bathrooms. Good mocha coffee, so fancy in a real cup and saucer. I treated my granddaughters for lunch. The sweet crepes and waffles were yummy and fun. Ive been back since my last visit with my husband and I plan to be there this week as a little treat for my daughter.My granddaughters loved it so much they had thier mom and dad take them there for a bday lunch.Oh, and yummy cold smoothies too. 😋

My friend got a fruit crepe with ice cream and I got the lemon crepe with almonds that was wonderful.

I came here for a strawberry cream cheese crepe and a latte and was told it would be a 50 min wait. I called and tried to put in an order before I drove 15 min to get here just cos it had a better rating than other places around. To bad cos this was a huge disappoinment before I have to go to work all day. Get your stuff straight. Ruined my morning.

Great Friendly Service. They were busy and said the wait would be 20 minutes. It took 12 minutes. Food was Great. We had Strawberry and Banana crepe and Egg and Cheese with Turkey sausage. Would recommend both.

This place is fast and great but there are always long lines in the drive thru. This McDonald’s needed more space around it when it was built.

I dont know whos paying for these awesome reviews, but this place was not good and extremely overpriced. $9 for a crepe is insane especially when you factor in the frozen sausage patties. The turkey breast crepe is essentially Walmart brand turkey meat wrapped in a crepe. None of what we ordered tasted good and it was just plain gross.

The place was really clean and with nice satisfying food. Got filled up pretty quickly, and the food was savory. Loads of options to choose from, and NO greasy food at all. Its not horrible, but far from worth the price. I got an egg, cheese and turkey sausage crepe... I could obviously tell the sausage was Jimmy Dean (and microwaved, not stove-top), and the guacamole I got on the side was Hernandez Guacamole salsa. I wonder what other corners theyre cutting. What am I paying $10 for?

This cozy crepe and waffle cafe is family owned and worth checking out! I tried the Classic crepe which has the perfect balance of sweetness and tart with the sugar and lemon flavors combined. Its topped with slicers of almonds and whipped cream. It was perfection.

I had place an order today at about 430ish. I had ordered a turkey crepe with no tomatoes, and 2 kids crepes one with banana and Nutella and the other just Nutella. After coming home and opening my order there was only 1 kids crepe with the banana and the other was a chicken crepe with everything. I was the only costumer in the store to where I shouldn’t had my order incorrect.I wanted to give this place a try and with my order being incorrect that will be my last time going there.

Amazing crepes and waffles! They gave me a small coffee but I paid for a large. When I told the owner he graciously gave me the large on top of the small they had already given me. The food is well worth the visit, highly recommend. Great clean establishment as well.

Not very favorful and expensive

Came in two days ago, super DISAPPOINTED with the establishment... found out that NONE of the ONLINE TIPS go to the POOR CHILDREN working here! If you are going to tip make sure to do it in person, cash, in the tip jar!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this restaurant. The place is beautiful and super clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the Nutella and banana crepe it was delicious and they are not stingy with the bananas or Nutella. My Americano coffee was superb. Will definitely come back and recommend.

I found crepella, quite by chance, walking to a friendly competitors location. My first impression very clean and neat. Was not expecting the meal I received. It was excellent, as was the service. I highly recommend it. I will be coming back with my wife whom absolutely loves crepes.

Ive been there twice, to try an item from their sweet menu and an item from their savory menu. Both meals were absolutely delicious. Not to mention their iced coffee was great with flavor that was neither too sweet or too bitter. I couldnt not write a review with how good it all tastes.
