Fresh, soft and delicious donuts! I have not had Krispy Kreme is a while, so this really hit the spot.I ordered the strawberry kreme donut and the classic glaze donut. They were both amazing.The staff was nice and welcoming.

I am highly disappointed with their online Halloween promotions and the way it transfers to the store. I ordered the Spellbook dozen online plus a bonus of scary sharies, reserved a time for pickup only to be told they were sold out when I arrived at the store. How does that even happen? What is the point of ordering ahead like the site indicates if they wont be available?I usually get my donuts from Dunkin because its closer to my home but I wanted to surprise my daughter with cute Halloween themed donuts in a Spellbook so I drove a bit longer only for it to be a waste of time. It ruined the surprise, thank you for that. This is nothing against the employees, more so the company that should set products youve ordered ahead aside. Instead, I had the 2 dozen I ordered refunded and took my daughter to Dunkin to get her spider donuts.

Check your donuts before you leave. They must have been having issues and still sold these donuts, look at how tiny they are. 1 1/2 dozen order and I got completely ripped off. I saw from the drive through window that they were throwing donuts away, now it makes sense. What a waste of my money.

Posted hours on the door said open. Google maps said they are open. They are not. You take your chances with this retailer. I am dissatisfied 90% of the time. Great donuts. Abysmal business operation. 9 out of 10 times visiting a Krispy Kreme they make me feel like a fool and dont satisfy. How hard can it be to make a donut? If I can manage to learn how to make as good donut I guarantee it will be hot. And well worth eliminating Krispy Kreme from my life!

Asked for hot and fresh. Received my doughnuts and they were cold, so the guy says they were made today. If you didn’t have what I asked for it’s better just to say that.

Waited IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE 8 deep for the Halloween donuts I ordered ( and paid for $34) ONLINE. They WILL not open the door for pick up. Do not go to DYSART Krispy Kreme if you cant wait 30+ minutes for your online order!!!

I loved the Reeses donuts and Oreo Donuts. These donuts are great, and there is always a wide variety to choose from. Krispy Kreme does a great job of making each donut better than the next one!

We dont usually go to Krispy Kreme,, but our kids wanted the fun halloween assortment they advertise. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered ahead and prepaid online for a Halloween assortment. You would think when you order online and pay ahead your order would be prepared and ready ahead of time. N0, we arrived at our designated time and they were closed inside, only the drive thru was open and the line was very long and slow moving. When we got to order box we told them we had a online order she told us to go ahead and come to window, once at the Window she tells us ( after a 30 min wait, and again we pre ordered) that they ran out out the halloween. Assortment boxes and we can get a refund or pick some other donuts. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! NO we dont want to pick something else, we paid for what we wanted which your website said you had. Not great business practices or customer service. Why have an online order if those orders arent priority. They need to be boxed ahead of time. We wont be going back, reminder why we go elsewhere.

Always look forward to getting my dose of raspberry filled, but apparently so are others that snag it up before I get there. Regardless Isaiah, Xavier & Isaac are always going above and beyond with great service and awesome attitudes any day all day. Keep up the great work gang.. Went very good. Placed my order online and showed up earlier than planned and they got it ready in a flash.

Coffee looks and taste like it’s 75% water. Never once not got hot/warm doughnuts, this dozen where cold not room temp or anything cold like they just pulled them from the freezer.

Food was really good and the service here is top notch. They even have a conveyer belt you can watch the glazed donuts come off of. Plus the employee grabs them directly off of it.

Sat at drive thru speaker 10 minutes with no assistance. Pulled to service window. A guy finally came to window and said nobody charged headsets last night. Asked to buy 1 original glazed donut, said didnt get any donuts. I told him might want to put a sign on menu board. So, I honestly dont leave reviews but really had to this time. There has been multiple times I come by Krispy Kreme from Buckeye, Arizona to pick up Raspberry Filled donuts and they always claim they ran out. So I asked when would the best time to come by and get some. I was told early in the mornings. I believe Ive came by numerous of times while Im out in town in Goodyear and Avondale in the past two monthes and they never have ANY raspberry filled donuts. I quit going there because it seems like they dont keep anything in stock or unless I was being lied too as what I was told from the other Krispy Kreme by the route 60 and I17. Its terrible that I have to drive three times the distances to get these types of donuts, and the bad thing is, everytime I go in to the one by the i17, their always in stock and very clean. I dont know what is going on with the one on Dysart road, I know there is employment shortage but the one on Indian School road and I17 is putting the Dysart Krispy Kreme one in shame. Will not be returning.

The worst coffee Ive ever had. I ordered my wife the iced caramel latte and we got back a ice coffee that was poured over hot with a lot of creamer and zero caramel anything.I ordered a plain iced coffee and I more or less got the same hot coffee pour over that tasted like someone had though of coffee then spat into a glass of hot water and lastly threw some ice into the cup. Took one drink and immediately dumped the contents of the cup.

Went here to get my toddler a donut in 7-22-21 at 7:16am was told the only donuts available were chocolate glazed or strawberry I have no clue how they open at 5:30am and this late into them being open have only 2 kinds of donuts...I ended up just leai will try again next week.I hope they have variety next week

I was excited to try the chocolate glazed donut finally and ordered a raspberry one with it and when I got to the window they said it was on them! The line wasn’t long and I didn’t have any level of bad experience so this just simply made my day!Thankyou so so much!

Mostly all of my experiences have been awesome. The only issues I have is they take too long in the drive thru during the weekends and often are out of the type of doughnuts my family likes.. They need to hire the extra help during peak hours and have all types of doughnuts consistently.

How can you not love Krispy Kreme? I mean just off the line hot, and melt in your mouth.

2:45pm.. Bad Customer Service. Went through drive-thru and the guy didn’t even know what Glazed Sour cream donuts were. He then proceeded to tell me all they have is Original Glazed, get to the window and he asked me what my order was, he walked away, came back and asked me again what my order was. Then, handed me a frozen box of glazed donuts.( aren’t donuts supposed to be fresh at a donut shop?) I take the donuts back in asking why the box was frozen and they said they don’t make fresh donuts until 5pm. One of the gentlemen didn’t even have his mask on right and as the cashier tried to make the situation better, I was disturbed by the language from the guy with the dreads calling him the N word and I left without any refund or donuts. —so disrespectful. Don’t the employees know, without customer service you don’t have a job?

Sorry to say I wasnt impressed drove 3 hours to get donuts and I could have got better donuts in Yuma and didnt have to go as far. Lesson learned

As a business if there are things that happen that prevent the store from opening like today, you need to update your hours or say youre closed online. I drove 45 miles to get here and am very disappointed. Pretty upset seeing as youre the closest one to me.

Some of the donuts did not taste fresh. Most of the donuts were sold out. What they did give me were very small with barely any filling. Two looked like they were dropped on the floor. Also, it wasnt very clean, and there was a guy with a bandage on his finger who should have worn a glove, but didnt. Our last time there.

Honestly if this wasnt a krispy kreme I wouldnt go back. OMG the bug problem SERIOUSLY needs to be addressed. I dont blame the teens working there. Its not their job. But management needs to recognize the SERIOUSNESS of bugs, and the issues they pose. I am a huge fan of krispy. But after this I will start to look elsewhere. I think the state needs to look into this. As the bugs were everywhere. And who is to say they arent in the doughnuts or while they are getting made. I know we all need protein but I would rather choose the protein I ingest and now digest.

They must have been short staffed because I waited 10 minutes to order with only 2 cars in front of me that had already ordered. After ordering, I waited another 3-4 minutes at the window to pay and wasnt greeted to acknowledge me or to ask for a moment to gather my items. I did only see two employees, so this could have contributed to the wait. When greeted, the young lady was pleasant.

I went thru drive thru today and I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and I got a black coffee, she repeated back to me so I know she heard me but still failed to give me what I asked for and paid for, the donuts didn’t taste fresh, I just had a bad experience with them I think I will stay with Dunkin’ Donuts,

Four times that we went to get glazed donuts. Even when they have available to order in their websites, they still said that they were out of it.Pretty sure, managers or owners telling workers to stop doing the free glazed.Pfft.🤔I heard the one in Bell road has a nicer crew.

The coffee there is amazing and the frozen coffees are really creamy and amazing best frozen coffee I have tried yet.

They closed at 5:30pm... This info wasnt given when I called asking about the hours of operation. I pulled up only to be greeted by the person still at the store. the sign they had posted was not visible immediately but I was grateful that person still at the store informed me immediately upon pulling up.

Dont know what they did to their recipe since closing the one on McDowell/103rd, but I used to love these donuts. They dont taste as good as they used to and leave a film in your mouth, not just on your teeth. Ill continue to go to Fresh Donuts, by Frys on Watson, in Buckeye.

I gave it 2 stars only because the location is convenient. That is really it!I went in at 6:40 AM today and it was just a horrible experience! The woman taking orders is extremely slow, and must not really listen while someone is ordering... I had to repeat myself at least 3 times each item. When I got to the window the order was still not correct. So, I waited another 5 minutes at the window. There is no greeting, no smiles, nothing! When I got to work and opened the box, I saw that the donuts were all skinny and looked hideous. Good thing I got the 6.99 deal, because they are NOT worth a penny more. Stick to other donut shops everyone! Krispy Kreme is not as good as they once were. Very disappointing!

I have been to numerous Krispy Kreme locations and this is the only Krista Kreme location that doesn’t give a sample off the fresh line. For 2 donuts it cost just under $2.80 after tax, seems pretty steep considering at the local donut shop I can a half dozen for just a little more. This franchise does not stick the roots of the organization that prides itself in efficiency and an overall experience.

Walked in at 9:30am and they had no doughnuts although the light was as on. Asked the kid at the front who had the personality of a box when they would have more. He replied not until 11 or 11:30. That’s like Pizza Hut being out of pizza. It doesn’t make sense.

Ordered raspberry filled donuts tonight received donuts with NO raspberry filling. Also ordered the new Chocolate glazed donuts and received the regular chocolate frosted donuts. Very disappointed 😔. Used to love Krispy Kreme, not anymore.

Bad customer service.. good donuts. 1 star are for the donuts. Also they were out of glazed donuts.. isnt that like the original recipe. Like going to KFC and being out of chicken.

Came in told me my coupon code was for by one get one and thats not what the manager said couple weeks ago so we bought one and got one and the free glazed didnt even have any glaze on them brought this to there attention and they said that those are the freshest ones they had. Very disappointed wont be going back. Cant deal with the foolery and dissatisfaction. Im totally disappointed.

Tried to order online for delivery. Location delivered wrong order even though the receipt attached was correct. Ordered 2 dozen and received wrong 1 dozen. Website advises to contact store for delivery issues. Store never answers phone and their phone mailbox is full. No one checks messages at this location. Terrible location.
