Theyre usually OK about how things run over there, but tonight, I wanted to pump some gas in at PUMP7 and there was a puddle of BLOOD. They said Avondale PD just left but why wasnt there an associate to tape it off so someone wouldnt use it??? Its UNSANITARY, ITS A BIOHAZARD!!! By the time I went around to a different pump and left, there was someone already there. No one was out. I am DISGUSTED.

It would be nice if they actually have pumps that work so you can get gas. Do not rely on this gas station to have pumps working. You might want to call ahead or so specially if you really need gas.

The place is clean, but the staff is kind of questionable. I mean, 99% of the time I go in to get some quick-pick lottery tickets, its complete and utter confusion on their part. Can I please get 5 qp on the fantasy 5 and 5 straights for the pick 3? That seems like a simple request, right? Apparently not. I constantly get stuff like, soooo...do you want quick picks for the pick 3?, or soooo... thats 3 on the pick 3, right? How in the world is this so confusing? I constantly have to repeat my ever-so simple request a good 3 times. Did I give them a ticket to play custom numbers? No. So, of course its quick picks. Heaven forbid I ask for something like 3 quick picks for the fantasy 5, and 5 straights for the pick 3. Id be there the whole day! For a place called Quik Trip, the staff isnt too quik.

People allowed to enter without masks very distasteful I go again today some new Yorker with a car worth more than my life with his Karen shout for gas money while I walk and imagine drinking my beer when my fiancée sleeps UN bed

We Finally got a Neighborhood QT and it is Very Convenient and great, most of the time it is Great but today was not one of those days. Placed an order on line with the App, have used it several times before. When I got there it was not ready and I was ignored by the blonde haired lady that was behind the counter she was rude, I asked to speak to a manager so I spoke to Sal he was polite shortly after speaking with him my order was ready. Was 2 of the WORST PIZZA EVER . and we love there pizza . Will give it one more try .

I love having this new location right at the edge of our housing community. Nice walks to get ice cream or other treats. I stop by on my way out to work almost everyday for coffee. This location makes the coffee well. Inside always seems to be clean and kept. Ordered plenty from the kitchen and its all really good. The soft pretzels are amazing.

Great location for cutie, gas pums are usually not too busy to be able to find one, staff is friendly and fast, the area is nice, and the place is almost always spotless clean.

Always great you want pizza by the slice or whole. You want to feel safe and eat in the car. Great, grab a hotdog and one of their many other items and enjoy. Get a lottery ticket while youre at it.

QT Has really taken over. I love there cheese toast and their chicken on flatbread. They have a variety of condiments to top it off. I like a fountain Coke with mines

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went to get some chips and a drink for my daughter and my brother got down to buy a black & mild which they didnt sold to him because due to the fact he didnt have his ID on him. Which before us there was another customer a guy and they didnt even ask for his ID at all and sold cigarettes to him. The point is my brother understood and started walking out to leave while I paid for the things I got. And as his walking out one of the employees a young kid with braces yelled across the store telling him if he was going to take out of his pants what he had put in his pocket. Which my brother came back since he couldnt hear him and asked him again. My brother told him your accusing me of something I didnt even do. Than the employee told him he had him on cameras my brother told him are you really accusing me of that. And told him he didnt have anything in his pockets than the employee told him he was going to call the cops for stealing. My brother than pulled out everything from his pockets and showed him he had nothing which was true and the employee kept being really rude telling him to call him after work and that they could solve it outside. What kind of customer service is that?? Screaming across the store and arguing with a customer and accusing of something totally false. Really childish honestly!

Fairly large for a convenience store. Has a good variety of almost everything youd need. Clean. Gasoline is a couple of cents higher per gallon than other local places...Several pumps so less waiting.Handicapped parking with a wheelchair accessible entrance, plus aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair.Not much more to say. I didnt use the restroom so cant answer questions about that. Sorry.

Their Air works!I went to the Circle K and the other QT on 99th Ave, and both of their tire Tire stations were disabled.Happy to report that even though the air pump parking spot may otherwise be occupied by a person on their cell oblivious to others needing to use the air station - if you park creatively and then drag the air hose out several feet you can still inflate your low tire!To those who may need to pump up their tire, you can do it here! To those who park next to the air station - please accept that the rest of us would like to put the air hose directly somewhere which could affect your phone call.They also sell beer. High five :)

I got cash back and lost it from the register to the car and when I asked them to check the cameras to see where I dropped it. they only when as far as to when they handed me the money and said yeah we gave you the money but wouldnt check to cameras outside to see what happened to it. They Just wanted to not be blamed which I didnt in the first place. But not really helpful with the situation

We really like QT. We make our way here for ice cream once in awhile and it’s an easy place to pick up a quick fast dinner on the go.I don’t get gas here often but when I have it seems to have lasted me longer than the gas I bought at Frys.

Ive always thought getting gas from any QT it just doesnt seem like you get all that you paid for, watch the pump when you squeeze the trigger it starts out on like 3 or 4 cents. It will be the same price at circle K and always get more, funny how that works

Gave them a $50,amd the gave me change for a $20. The manager said a new guy was working but he couldnt see from the video if it was a $50 or a $20.. Which is useless cause the till would have been over. However, the guy at the register pocketed it. They fired him and did not give me my money back. Go to the Chevron across the street, just as fast, better gas, and honest people at the register, and managing the place. Clearly.

This store is going down fast. The management is absolutely clueless to address customers concerns. Multiple times I’ve filled up my gas tank and the receipt dispensers on the gas pumps are out, so I’ve politely reminded them...and still every time I fill up they have not been filled. The kitchen girls are absolutely rude, when they’ve incorrectly made our order and we politely asked for it to be corrected, we just get lip, how do you mess up an order that’s literally written out for you? And then get upset at the customer because you screwed up. On average between gas & coffee stops we spend $100 or more a week. We won’t be wasting our time or money anymore here which is a HUGE disappointment, management needs to start caring about the little things. If I wanted mediocre service I would go to places that didn’t have a good reputation and set my expectations as such, but QT’s had always exceeded them. Treat customers like you’d like to be treated and things will turn around! Until then I will drive out of my way to not be utilizing QT’s anymore.

Gas is good, my mechanic says to use QT or Cheveron. Store is amazing. Every drink imaginable. Coffee is good too. Plus the pizza. Better than Dominos and Pizza Hut. The breakfast pizza is delicious too. And the pretzels. Soft and yummy. Store price is high, but the store and bathrooms are clean so i figure it’s a trade off. Pay a little more, get clean bathrooms, courteous employees, and lightning fast service.

Pizza was terrible. 1/3 of it was nothing but crust and was cold even though we picked it up eithin the designated timeframe. Well avoid this QT in the future.

Went in to buy a red bull in the am before work, paid with my Wells Fargo debit card. Someone took my info and took $100 at QT $100 at circle K and another 150 and another 80.. didnt notice because I was at work. Avoid paying with card

Horrible employees, unwelcoming atmosphere. I have never had as much trouble as I have seen at this QT. Such a shame. A male and female.employee were mocking and dismissive. I dont believe that Ill be coming back any time soon.

My kids and I visited this location for the first time today, everything was very clean and well stocked! Excellent customer service...its now my boys favorite QT to go to because the cashier was so friendly with them talking about football!!

The womens restroom here was disgusting. Toilet seats had not been cleaned anytime recently there was a film or something on all 3 seats.
