Giving a low rating based on the Geek Squad alone. I needed my iPhone fixed and to no avail was able to be helped. They ran a diagnostics test, but was showing that my phone doesn’t work. I explained to them that my phone worked, but I needed the screen replaced. I knew ahead of time that I’d need to pay $329.00 for having no insurance on the phone. They told me that it was against Apple’s policy that they weren’t allowed to fix my phone without the proper diagnostics test. (That’s fine) I explained to them that my phone does work because I had someone else from an “I fix phones” service in the mall swap my screen for an “iPhone” screen and my phone worked, but it wasn’t the actual Apple screen so I put my original back. They wanted me to pay money to have the other screen put back on, just to come show them that it worked. Let them run the test they needed, take the phone back, get my broke screen put back on and then they could go ahead and fix it. (Very time consuming). I left, called Apple at Arrowhead Mall. They got me right in, but told me that Best Buy is good for turning people away when it comes to certain things involving apple products. Long story short, Apple did fix my phone and the screen and phone does work! I just wanted to say thanks a lot for no help today. Because of the inconvenience I was put thru today, I will no longer go to Best Buy for any iPhone problems nor will I recommend them to anyone with Apple products. BIG ONE STAR, and a thank you for not helping me. I found the right people to do that.

I always order online and pickup and the staff are always very friendly and more importantly very helpful and patient. They have something here for anyone regardless of interests or age.My wife got a good deal on an open box laptop for school 5 years ago and the thing still runs like new. The Geek squad are very helpful and knowledgeable, more often than not Id rather go to them than a company specific support center.Id say a lot of what they offer is quite expensive but they have a very wide variety, whether its something in home audio or youre looking to setup an office or gaming lounge.

My first time at this location and it was great! Although they were out of stock with the item I wanted, I was able to get an alternative. I received help with what I was looking floor on the floor and the guy at the customer service desk was really patient and kind! I appreciated that because I bought the wrong item at first from another store.

Is not like it use to be before. Shelves are empty. Cannot find hardly any one for help. Employees will see you looking but not ask if you need help. They use to have a nice gaming room in the back with surround system to try out the stereo back in the days and that is gone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty good selections of merchandise and sales, depending on what youre looking for . Only downsides are going to be selections for video games, they looked pretty depleted and console accessories were commonly in the wrong location. Not a huge problem though. Still reccomend.

During my visit, which there wasnt many people in the store, there wasnt much help available. A young gentleman at the front end helped me in another department. Everything worked out for me, thanks to that young man. I feel it shouldnt have been left to just him especially because other employees saw me there and didnt ask if I needed help

Their online is kind of a joke. When I say joke I was told my order was ready. Then I go to check in so they can bring it out and the order got cancelled. so I purchased it again while waiting there. When they brought it out they brought 2 because the first order wasnt cancelled. I then had to go in and return one of them and the wait was forever even though there were only 3 of us in line.

I placed an online order. I have done this before at different best buy locations. And I get down and its quick. I stood in line for a while, about 15 min before anyone came up to help. There was no one around to ask. Online at this location is a no no.

Sales ladies were good. The delivery men that came to hook up my washer & dryer and fridge were completely useless. First off they refused to install my appliances giving me a false story about my washer needing 2 drain holes when there was only 1 hose and two water supply holes. So that is completely not true. I feel they didnt want to do the work. I will never use bestbuy delivery again. I do not recommend them. Over priced appliances. And their customer service is pointless too.

The Avondale Best Buy was terrific. Miguel and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Miguel went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, and explained why other attempts at buying a new phone had been so difficult. Now my son has a phone that works with our provider and the cost was in our specified price range. A great experience with wonderful customer service.

When you catch items on sell becarefull Best buy sell a warranty to product that is discontinued so you will never use the warranty at all. Now I brought 200 ear buds with a 25 dollar warranty the case is mess up tried to use the warranty best buy said go pick out something thats 100 dollars when the original cost 200 so my point is this dont by the warranty now I know why people go to Walmart. They dont sell product that discontinued after you buy it. I lost 25 dollars

Its impossible to get real customer service here. I didnt even get a hello from any associates walking in or around entire store They dont know how to queue customers and then youre asking and asking for help and all they can do is call people over THAT NEVER SHOW. there are other stores where the employees make EFFORT to HELP you to find what you need. If its busy I dont mind waiting but let me know that youre aware Im here waiting and youll be with me soon. I went to buy a TV and was never contacted once. I also needed a router and when I found someone to finally help me they rudely told me it wasnt their department and theyd call someone over. The someone never shows up. So... There goes that. I was then in computers and if I couldve gotten help then I wouldve bought a new macbook I like that theyre metal again. But they lost out on all my money because their service is terrible. I already called another store and I will be there today buying what I need. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I am willing to drive right past this location to get to another Best Buy.

Out of stock on a lot of electronic items and accesories. We were able to get the last iPad Air but they didnt have any accessories in stock. The gentleman working told us our best bet of finding what we needed would be Amazon. They did fix my husbands iPhone screen under warranty with no questions asked so that was a plus.

This is my first visit to this store with my husband. The store was clean and everyone was seemed helpful.I came here looking for a laptop. After I did a lot of research and since my husband already has MacBook and mine was an iPad, I then decided to choose willing to give a try to Microsoft Surface.Thomas was a very helpful to us. He explained very detailed about different kind of products of Surface.He seemed very detailed and knowledgeable regarding the product he explained. Though the parking lot was a very tight but I love the environment of this store.There was a lot of room to walk. Products were placed nicely and pleasantly in the eyes.

As almost everywhere in the Phoenix area the customer service is below average especially compared with other locations of the same brand name and franchise in other states... Im puzzled constantly to see how come this people still have jobs with such poor customer service...To this location Ive been just 5 minutes before closing at 5:55 PM looking to buy just one single HDMI cable nothing else but this cable...They refused to let me in stating they close at 6 PM and thats it... Ive asked the guy to get the cable for me and Ill pay it and be on my way...no such thing who do I think am I to receive on demand Royal service with delivery at the door 5 minutes before closing...OK, so I left...came back next day during open business hours...it took me over 10 minutes just to find a sales person to ask for help to locate the HDMI cable I need... and excuse me for disturbing them and interrupting them from doing something presumably more important than my $29 cable...I cannot believe those people work in sales and customer service...Its OK to buy whatever you want and need its OK to drop your money there...but dont ask for help and assistance as they move to a DIY (do-it-yourself) sales strategy...But dont get me wrong this is not happening in other states I live in Utah and its unheard there...it appears to me that customers in Arizona are used already with this kind of treatment everywhere not just at this Best Buy location...Either way I cant rate this location more than 3 stars, I found the item I needed kind of pricey but it was available ready to pick up however I had to make a second trip to the store and look around for about 10 minutes to find someone to help me locate the item I needed and he looked quite bothered by me daring to ask for help... not really a great customer service experience...

Dont let the stars fool you. This is an amazing store though I did expect more items on the floor. My curbside pickup went quicker than expected but also keep in mind the store wasnt all that busy. The products inside are amazing and great prices the store truly sticks to its name! I cannot wait to replace my home appliances so I can utilize the full potential of this store. My rating may change. It is the only Best Buy I have been too.

It was horrible as I approached a sales associate where to find Motorola unlocked cell phones she then replied theyre kind of all over the store when she finally helps me turns out that all over the store means that theyre not in the store on display they are in the back and the only way I could see them is when she pulled the pictures on her cell phone and even then she wouldnt let me clearly see the phone to see what she has and the whole time she tried her best to rush me out

The workers here are so nice! They have great customer service! Last time I went and it was so easy to get help from one of the workers. I bought a camera here and the employee who was helping me suggested so much and was also so polite. He helped me choose what was right for me! He put me on to some deals that they were having and I can say they do good at marketing and sales because they convinced right then and there! 😂 I left with more than I expected but also didn’t spend more than I thought I was! My go to :)

I ordered an item online for curbside pick-up, I was told on the app that it would be ready today. I was waiting around all day to get a notification that it was ready to get picked up. It’s been getting closer and closer to the stores closing time so I figured I’d call the store to get an update on my items status. I called the store about 8 times and i got no answer. I don’t understand why not one of my calls could’ve been picked up. The line was ringing for about 10 minutes one instance. Which is ridiculous. I finally decide to just go to the store and try to pick up my item and when I show up there are 3 workers standing outside under the tents so as I approach them none of them pay any attention to me and keep on with their conversation. One finally asks me what i needed and when i told her she said items were still in the truck and I’d have to wait till tomorrow. Which is understandable. But it would’ve been better and time saving if I could’ve gotten an answer for the many times I called the store or at least gotten an update through the app. It’s ridiculous that an electronic and technology store can’t update their technology to keep their customers updated.

Not a whole lot of variety product wise, and we did have to go back a week later to pick up something that we ordered. That being said, everyone was very helpful and kind. They had a lot of sales going on, and we were offered protection plans on the 2 monitors that we bought. Much better quality than walmart, so I would come back.

The prices are great, customer service is acceptable. Make sure to look up and know what you’re going to buy before you get there. If you want to know for sure that the product you’ll need will be there, place the order ahead of time and go when it’s ready for pick-up.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received - Tanya really made my holiday season! I had made a large appliance purchase online, and the set went on sale before they even arrived - I thought no problem, I went with Best Buy because they price match. Right off the bat, calling the customer service phone number is an absolute joke - every time I tried to call, I got transferred around India; sometimes I would be on hold 30 minutes to get transferred again, one time I was told my case would take 48 hours to review, twice I was told it would take a supervisor 3 hours to call me back - all lies. Over the course of 3 weeks, I made 12 calls for a total of 2.5 hours, and got nowhere. The online chat app is just as bad - just loops you in circles and makes you call the number. Even went into a different store by work, was told I had to call the number for an online purchase. Decided to try asking my home store, and she literally just went in and fixed it - no excuses, no nonsense, no waiting period - just fixed it, saved me $1500! If your purchase matters, skip the website, skip the app, and just throw your phone away before calling their hotline - forget all that noise and just come to 99th. Thank you so much, Tanya!
