Curbside pick up was fast and the lady was super friendly. Would definitely do curbside pick up again

I went to pick up a curbside order and they tried to sell me an opened item. I better start going into the stores and pick my own stuff out. I guess that’s what I get for being lazy. But still not okay.

I use to love shopping here. They use to have so many options on what you were looking for and also so many new and different things. Now you go in there and they either dont carry it in store or the answer is always it is online.So whats the point of driving all the way to the store? I just dont get it.

Really enjoyed shopping here! Will definitely come back. Wish I could reach all of the high shelves to get the products myself though.

Always a good experience at bed bath and beyond. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. Got what I needed and got out quickly before I bought up the entire store. Lol

I brought a product a couple months ago from bed bath & beyond and it went out 59 days after I bought it. I came in to return it and since it was electronics you only have 60 days. That was no issue for me since it was 59 days. The customer service was exceptional they could not locate the exact product I wanted to exchange it for but I was able to upgrade to a better product for only a few dollars more they even applied the coupons that I used for the initial product that I bought. They help me save quite a bit of money and everyone was very polite and helpful.

Looking for curtains had one panel left and 5 on display. Asked the the little pimple faced kid that worked there if he could sell one panel. I not sure if we can sale display then went on talking to coworker. I asked if he could ask someone that might know. Same response. Like 5 of the same is needed. Guess they didnt need my business as well. Carry one zit boy ill never go back

Love coming to this store and wandering around. I always find something I love. The associates are helpful and friendly, the store is always clean and carries a large array of products for every room in the home. I have even been able to order products in the store that I find are only available online.

VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED

The store was very clean and well organized.I had a few questions on a product and received great customer serviceWhen one employee did not know the answer to my question she pagedanother employee who quickly came over to help out.That showed excellent teamwork.The only downside was that the inventory was low in some areas due to Covid.And of course I had a stockpile of my 20% off coupons. So that savedme a bunch of money in the end 🤗

When we got there my grandkids asked for water so I went and got water and some candy for them paid and Continue shopping at the store got the stuff I needed when to pay and the cashier kept looking at me and the girls like (Arent you going to pay for that) so I informed her that the water and candy were paid for but I should of had to do that but she made me feels uncomfortable by staring at me the way she did.

Just moved to a new home in another State and shopped at Bed Bath & Beyond. A little over 3 months now we just took the drinking glasses out of their wrapping that we purchased and saw one glass was cracked. I went back to the store, not even the original BB &B we bought the glasses at and without a receipt or within the 90 day period, the manager was kind enough to replace the cracked glass. We have been dealing with BB&B for many years and they have never disappointed us with the products we purchased or if we had any returns. Great store to shop for all your home needs.

The store was well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The promo placard promoting 20% off was a bit deceptive. But we had a pleasant shopping experience.

I love their kitchen section. I find exactly what Ive been wishing I had and didnt know where to find, like an extra shelf for my fridge or cabinet, or bottles for my bulk spices. The rest of the store is great fun, too. Theres always something beautiful, clever, useful, etc. there. They sell just about anything you can think of for your home except furniture. There are quality items for every price range. I always come out with more than I was intending to buy, but I never feel shoppers remorse. If you shop there frequently, youll want to join their Beyond program. It works like a Costco membership. You pay up front, but you save 20% on your entire purchase.

This Bed Bath & Beyond has very friendly people working there.I came in looking for a gift for my girlfriend because it was her birthday. I was already frustrated because I couldnt find what she wanted at the other stores.I walked in and within a few minutes a woman asked me if I needed help, and she was able to point me in the right direction.Then she made sure I found what I needed.It was a very pleasant experience shopping here.Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond!

Fine place to get some things for the home. Be sure to take your 20% off coupon. Its a little pricey but you might find something perfect not available at another store. If you can get the kitchen electronics at Sams or Costco it will be cheaper and just as good. If they dont carry it then bed bath or even Williams-Sonoma will have more variety.

Extremely poor customer service, management was even worse. There are plenty of places to spend my money and the only way to cause change is with your spending power, I will be wasting my money at the store ever again.

Had time before my Dr appointment, so I decided to walk around Bed Bath and Beyond. I wish now I had more time. I made a purchase an ionic Crystal salt air purifier. I been wanting to get one but always too busy. It really makes a difference with having pets. And it was on sale! I going back to purchase 2 more for in my home.

Got some comfy shoes on cable for only 3.50 and was so happy about it. The store was very clean and organized.

We visited this store on the last day of the year just five minutes before closing. Even with all that against us the employees were awesome and help us find what we were looking for and even the manager help us check if there was a special price we could get. We ended up buying more that we had planned, but very happy of the service despite the day and hour.If you ever need something for your home, this is definitely the place to look for.

I used to love this place. Now it seems they only sell the cheap stuff and I cant find what Im looking for. Turning into a high end dollar store with prices that are too high for the quality of items being offered.

Im giving this location 1 star because they have bad customer service. I needed to do a simple exchange. I called ahead to verify the item I needed was in store and I was told it was. After driving all the way to the store I was told its not in stock but it was available online & could be shipped to me. I was than passed on to a new sales associate who didnt know how to do an exchange than passed back to the original person. After being in the store for over 30 mintues I couldnt get them to make it an even exchange. They wanted me to pay shipping and a difference for a coupon that was on the original transaction that they didnt add in. I left and went to arrowhead where they did the exchange in 2 minutes with no problem. Never going to this location again.

Customer service was great. I purchased a Quick Pot on sale and a 76 piece plastic storage container set. Always happy with the items purchased from the store and online.

They didnt have a broad variety of sheets in stock. They do have little bits of quite a number of things though. Prices were a bit high. but I did find a clearance rack along with my coupon managed 1/2 off.

I will give it 3 stars because of our history at this store raising the rating. Currently I was not impressed. The staff did not even greet us, tales of facebook were too important, and seemed quite disinterested in checking us out at the register. The one in charge was not engaging and was appearing unapproachable. Other than that the products are decent, overpriced, but decent. We will probably continue to shop there, unless Amazon gets what we would normally buy there and can continue to get it there in a day or two

Pretty much anything you could need for the home except furniture. Store was great, parking lot a total ZOO at 11:30 on a Friday!

Not impressed with this BBB at all lately, prices are still high, which is okay, but product quality has seemed to go down as well. Still a bit interesting to look around, but only purchased 1 item (we didnt plan on) none of the several items we went to look at.

Had a really good experience at this store, took back a product that did not work and they refunded me no questions asked. The staff was very helpful and help me find another item that fit my needs.
