Product came fast. Came in great shape. I ordered a large office chair.My advice to the company: on your active order screen include details that the order is processing and may take a day or two, other than that I had my new office chair in under a week!

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unhappy with our experience and lack for customer service with exchanges or refunds especially since they sent the wrong item to begin with. Will never order from them again.

If you have never heard of it and are skeptical, like I was, dont be. I had a very good experience ordering a new laser printer. Super fast and free shipping (seriously, ordered Sunday afternoon, on my porch Tuesday morning) and the best prices, hence my initial reluctance, but I took the chance and it was great!If they have what you need, give them a try.

Poor customer service, no accountability, products come leaking/missing, orders cancelled after months waiting, they charge you while you wait for months for product availability and no follow up. If you dont email them, theyll take your money and never ship your products. Worst place to shop. Dont be fooled do not shop. Not reliable. And they say they are a Google verified, Google trusted store.

They will list prices and then change them. I dont want to hear about the error as you have to approve anything on your site so someone approved it. I will not shop here and be careful if you do.

Only gave this company one star because it wouldnt let me submit otherwise, I would choose to give them zero stars. I received an order that was not described properly on the website, obtained an RMA to send it back at my own expense, which cost me more than the product itself and then only received a credit for one instead of four of the same item. Sent several emails and response was always they were checking into it. This started in May and still no resolve at the end of October. Would never do business with this company again!

I placed an order for an item as soon as I received the notification email that it was back in stock in early May. The item was still in stock on their website when I placed my order. My order stayed in Pending status the entire time (over 7 weeks) but now they cancelled my order because it was no longer in stock and they didnt know when the item would be back in stock. I think it was already out of stock when I placed my order even though the item was supposedly in stock. They need to update their inventory availability in real-time to avoid orders like mine being placed for items that are already sold out. Ill never order from them again.

With our first order we were a little sketchy but after placing a few orders from them we really like OfficeCrave and have recommended to others for their PPE needs. We love how they give you the option to be alerted when an item is back in stock. Keep up the good work.

I ordered cleaning supplies and N95 masks from office crave. The price was fair, it shipped very fast, came on time and the product was great quality as advertised. I will definitely order from office crave again.

The masks I ordered were great. They came in right on time. I also ordered disinfectant wipes and paper towels. Very pleased with the service I received. Definitely recommend!!!

I ordered Dial Soap from them several times every time the soap came unsealed and leaked everywhere. Most recent order was 8 bottles of gallon size Dial soap but the order never came. UPS returned the packages to the seller before they delivered them to me because the packages were damaged. But the seller never contact me to let me know about it. I waited two weeks finally sent them email to request an refund. About a week later I got a refund for 4 bottles. I sent another email to ask for the rest of refund and its been 6 weeks I still havent got the rest of refund. This is the worst online shopping experience Ive even had.

This company was unbelievable! When no other company could come through with MASKS, GLOVES, HAND SANITIZER and DISINFECTANT, OFFICE CRAVE DID!! I had to wait an entire month after I placed an order (received an email notification that it was in stock and immediately ordered) just to be told that they dont know when itll be back in stock. They Sent Me Fake Disinfectant All-Purpose Cleaner. After waiting for 2 weeks to receive my 1 Gallon Fantastik Multi-Surface Degreaser during Covid-19, I got an unsealed product filled with water! I cant trust this Merchant anymore.

I purchased 2 gallons of dial soap. Ive always used dial never had issue. now i use it from this place my hands start to itch Also usually dial products come sealed. My two purchases were unsealed.

Every product I had to order from them is overpriced and arrives damaged in some form.

WARNING they say they have then wait months and then they cancel you order and never tell you ..... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ...
