The office is so hidden in the Turnberrys resort that I had to ask many people for directions to find it.I called previously and talked with 2 different representatives who told me that I could leave a Walmart return package there. I asked them if they could print the return label on that location (as Walmart says) and they answered yes to me.The first phone call was yesterday and the second one today to confirm.Once I got there the attendant told me he could not scan my return code to print the label. He said that their location does not ship returns.So, why did those 2 other customer service representatives tell me otherwise?I lost like 30 minutes trying to find the location in vain.

Hidden impossible to find. When you do they have extra fees.

It was not a great experience. On their mapd it says that they close at 9 and I drive all the way from Miami with minutes to spare and they close at 6. Not to mention it is inside of a hotel so you can not even visually see it you have to park with Vallet or where ever you can. Just be prepared to get out to go inside of the hotel

Horrible experience, to park you will have to walk 5 minutes and when i got to the store they wanted to charge me for dropping off two express envelopes that already had the label created. A drop off fee.A waste of time. This location should be closed it puts a bad name to fedex office wich I usually love.

Impossible to park and find and then on top of that they charge a fee for dropping off a pre paid package. Fee isn’t mentioned anywhere on fedex website. Don’t even bother

Worst experience I have ever had with postal services. I just had to drop off fedex package with prepaid label on it. Firstly, they are located inside hotel territory, no regular parking, no signs at all. You have to do your own investigation in order to find them. Once I finally got there, I have been told that I have to pay mysterious “handling fee” which is $20 on top of my PREPAID shipping label. Explanation was : this is because we’re located at the hotel territory 🤷🏼‍♂️ Went to different fedex location and successfully dropped off my package without any additional fees. Definitely not recommended !

This location is inside the property. Took a minute or two to find. The staff inside was very helpful. Truly top notch!

THIS OFFICE IS LOCATED INSIDE THE TURNBERRY ISLE RESORT. IT IS NOT A STAND-ALONE BUILDING. PARK ACROSS THE STREET AT THE AVENTURA MALL OR USE THE HOTELS VALET PATKING AT YOUR EXPENSE. OFFICE IS NEAR THE NEW CONVENTION CENTER ACROSS THE BRIDAL ROOM NEXT TO THE OLD SABLE MEETING ROOMS!

Spent thirty minutes looking for this fedex. Why are you advertising as if this service ISNT solely an amenity for residents? Waste of time. Change this.

They charge you to drop of a prepaid package

There is no fedex there. It’s a condo and townhouses community

Just a madhouse, I walked around the building with a box of IM in the heat to make a refund — all the doors are closed at the hotel, there is not a single sign! I never found this FedEx “secret” office. I went to another!
