Its a great place to shop for makeup and skincare. The staff is great especially Juan Carlos, he is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time to help you & answer any question you have. I’m definitely coming back if I need any beauty advice .

I really like coming to this location. The employees are friendly and helpful. I am always able to get in and get out with no problem. The shelves are usually stocked so I have never had problems when it comes to items that are not available.

I had such a great experience at this location yesterday. Thank you to Stacey and another young lady who greeted me on Thursday Sept 2.. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was the sweetest. I only went in for a brow pencil and left with Gucci foundation, powder and a brow pencil. They made sure I was ready for my event and that I was ready to look flawless. ❤️

Sephora use to be my favorite place but there are a lot of brands that are no longer sold here. There perfume section is also lacking a lot if brands. Im just not impressed anymore.

This store has everything! I was so overwhelmed. I was specifically looking for a product, so I just asked a sales associate, who happen to be very knowledgeable and and nice. The line moved a little slowly, but check out was pretty fast. I love Ulta, but Sephora is on a different level. I will be back!

Today I went to Sephora because I wanted a Face wash that unfortunately was sold out but Varinia was so super nice and helpful and helped me to find something super close to the same face wash I wanted she really took her time to go over the ingredients and only showed me products that I was looking for. Just has the WORST experience ! ALEX the manager from Sephora refused to give me an extra shopping bag when I had my receipt of my huge purchase I had made for gifts for my family! I wanted to separate the gifts! This is unheard of and insane! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I got eyebrow makeup

Im surprise that most bad reviews are about not getting staffs attention. My problem was the other way around. Every step I took, somebody offered help or asked me questions. I couldnt shop alone. At first I didnt mind but then it became too aggressive, as if I couldnt walk the store by myself. Maybe they have too many cases of shoplifting or maybe it was cause the store was a little empty and I was one of the only customers but I didnt enjoy my time there and wanted to buy my stuff fast so I could leave. Also, because of COVID, they dont let you touch anything, even when I was wearing gloves. Which I understand, but I couldnt buy a 42 usd lotion cause they didnt let me smell it. Maybe the representative could have offered to opened the sample for me if I couldnt touch it, I mean it was right there and I wanted to buy it but couldnt

I absolutely love the store but a lot of the employees at this particular store can be rude. Ive been coming here consistently for over 5 years and sometimes I get amazing customer service and sometimes I am completely ignored. I love buying my products here though and since I usually know what I want Ive learned to get over it but its definitely something management needs to take into consideration when hiring.

Amazing experience with Alejandra, she was very helpful! She helped me for about 1 hour and a half looking for full face products. She also was any awesome teacher!! Just wish Sephora was stocked up with all the products I needed.

I went to the branch at aventura mall, i was looking for few items as gift and had no idea where to look, i asked one of the ladies there and she was super helpful, managed to find them based on little information from me, great experience and i absolutely recommend the place .

One of the cleanest store Ive visted

The mens perfume section is small, they dont care a lot of brands. But the good thing is that you can try as much as you want without salers bothering you, this is a 5 stars!

Horrible service. If you want to go to sephora, go to any other location. I asked one of the workers for help and she didn’t feel like helping me. She guided me to the wrong area and didn’t offer any alternatives. When I reached out to another worker, the woman disrespectfully interfered and treated me horribly. After not being able to find the product on my own, I gave up and started browsing through the store to find other items and this worker followed me around keeping a close eye on me. I felt really uncomfortable to the point that I gave up shopping, bought what I had and left. Never again will I shop at this location. It’s a shame I didn’t get her name, because this woman was extremely rude. If i could give this location a rating lower than 1 Star, i would.

Went a couple weeks ago. Came in and no one helped me. Had to interrupt two workers from their conversation one was an older small lady and a tall man . She looked annoyed at the fact that i interrupted just to ask where .The line was starting to get long because a lot of people came at the same time. The same worker from the conversation i interrupted screamed out next person that was paying with card. It was my turn so i stepped out of line to go pay and the lady was very rude and unprofessional. All in average of 1 minute went by and i couldnt remember the password to my Sephora account and i tried an average of 3 times she literally snatched the phone of were the payment was connected to because i didnt know how to go back. So i started to look on my phone but it wasnt loading fast enough because the internet connection was poor. She was annoyed up to the point that she told me i shouldve had it ready and so i told her nevermind. As i passed her my credit card she proceeded to snatch the card and threw the card and receipt in the bag when the transaction was over and yelled next. If you cant be patient with customers in general then retail isnt for you.

Customer service does NOT exist here... it’s a shame to see how awful this location has gotten over the last seven years ... unexperienced staff that is completely clueless... long wait line always ...

This is absolutely the worst Sephora I have ever been to. My aunt arrived late for her appointment and they did not try to accommodate her whatsoever. Not even when I asked them to please just do a mini makeover on her eyes. And we were told all the beauty advisors were busy even though they were just standing around talking. Such a disappointment.

Fake deals!!! I am so disappointed with this store. I received 15% off on my mailing address for my upcoming birthday, but they didn’t take it because they don’t have my mailing address on my profile. This is horrible customer service, they cannot treat customers like that. I was shopping with Sephora many times and it’s never was perfect, but this situation is the worst ever! You guys sent it to me for what reason if you are not taking it? So upset!!!! It’s deceptive marketing!

We visited yesterday with my mother-in-law, we drove for 45 minutes to get to this place and received no help. We were told that all the make-up artists had left at 8 p.m., on a saturday night. Ridiculous! The girl that was helping us wasnt interested in what was being asked and in the middle of a sentence she turned away to talk to someone else. She clearly didnt want to help us. Due to the rudeness and horrible customer service experience, I seeked professional help elsewhere. Thanks for the experience! We wont be coming back. Chanel has our business now and we are happy to spend $200 dollars in each and every visit.

The sales rep in aventura mall, by the name of Linda was exceptionally nice to us. So nice, I ended up spending 120 usd. Thats not normal.
