The customer service is a zero stars. One staff member said she couldnt get an item because she is exclusively for one client just because that client had a basket full of items and she skipped the line to pay too. Then the only cashier was saying she was attending other people since they had been waiting. Hire more people if you actually care about customers.

Be careful with your change. Today, I paid the purchase with one hundred dollar bill and the attendant M. gave me back less than it was. My husband saw that she was holding the rest of the change in her other hand, she only gave me when asked for it. Maybe it is because I am a foreign person and fortunately I checked my change. I think that is not nice to a famous brand store credibility.

Was attended to as soon as I walked in all the ladies and gents that work here are phenomenal at what they do. They insure you get help and answer all your questions on a specific product and how it will work for you.

I was referred to the Mac store in Aventura mall after my original MUA cancelled on me the morning of my wedding. I was upset and frustrated at the whole situation and tight on time. Milly was extremely professional, clean and attentive. My make up was BEAUTIFUL! Perfectly blended with the lashes to match. Everyone complimented me and my wedding pictures came out amazing. I will definitely be back to Milly in the future.

To begin I am NOT a person who wears make-up on regular basis... i barely use an eye liner lolWhen I went to MAC i was definitely expecting someone to help me out and helped me to find the two lipsticks that I was looking for my wedding.The first lady that I saw was super rude and immediately dismiss me. I think she is from Brazil (I did not asked her name). I felt super uncomfortable. Yet, after a couple pf minutes I saw another lady (if I am not mistaken her name is Stephanie) she was so helpful and was super nice answering all my questions and concerns and with the help of another guy (white guy with blue hair) helped me to find the two lipsticks which were discontinued. I really appreciate these two salesmen (specifically Stephanie).I do recommend this place to go shopping ONLY when it has the correct customer service!

Baaaabaaaay! Im in love with this store. Everyone was so friendly! Im a chocolate, country girl and since Ive been in Miami (almost 2years) I havent found a good foundation or good customer service until I came to this store. Janelle matched my make up for me so perfect. It doesnt even look like Im putting on make up. It looks like Im erasing my blemishes. And this GLOW is phenomenal. Everything is better than all my other expensive make up. But I really feel like its because of how well Janelle matched my make up. We found gorgeous red lipstick &dark lipliner top with my complexion. She also showed me how to recreate the look. This was the best makeup consultation/purchase. Even at the checkout, the manager and other employees were so friendly. They made me feel right at home. My boyfriend enjoyed himself too (The atmosphere/employees)LOL . Even got in a funny video. I will definitely be back soon. I felt they deserved some praise.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go into this Mac I’m never greeted and I have to wait way to long to even be approached by an employee. I went in today to grab one thing I needed and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to help me, just for them to help out someone who came in after me. Needless to say that was the last time I will go into that store.

Hello everyone, I had the most amazing experience while visiting Mac store at Aventura mall. I was assisted by Paola ( if Im not mispealling her name, shes short hair, tall and very friendly and likeable person ) . While doing a quick stop today I was assisted by one of their make up Artist and the experience was amazing; got helped right away, provided with quick tips on how to apply make, what produts are fitable for my skin, the make-up Artist took the time To show me how to use the brushes, how to move my hand while applying make-up drying thins time Paola expalined things out on a very profesional friendly manner . You can be able to understand everything with one explanation . I highly recommend Paola during the afternoon shift, she will be the right person to seek for help while you learning and getting the products you need .

I cant really describe in words my pleasurable experience at this location, Here from New Jersey starting early to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Rosanna was one of yhe most positive and helpful people Ive come across a a customer in a very long time. If I could I would call tbe store to place my order with her all the time.
