Earlier today my boyfriend stopped in to the Fast Trac/ BP to grab me a snack because I had a small lunch and was still hungry. He got me a turkey lunchable and not the generic one, the expiration date is not until August 1,2021 yet the meat is still moldy. I’m definitely going to be filling a complainant with the BBB and contacting a lawyer. I could have gotten extremely sick or my children. I think y’all need to do better at checking your food and making sure your coolers are properly set.

Nice and friendly workers, I love their French vanilla coffee. I wish they would bring back their reward card where you can earn points for free gas or coffee.

This store make my morning. Sharon who is the manager there along with Seaira gave GREAT CUSTONER SERVICE. Its good when you shop and your made to feel that your business is appreciated. Thank you!

Yesterday I stopped in to the store to pick up a quick snack item on my lunch break. A moment after entering I hear an abrasive female, I’m assuming a manager of some sort, loudly berating the two female Employees working behind the counter. When the ‘manager’ felt the need to use the F’ word when detailing her displeasure to the staff, I left without purchasing anything. The cashiers looked embarrassed. The ‘manager’ had her back to me, I’m not sure if she knew I was in the store or just didn’t care. Clearly she needs some Customer Service and Leadership training. Not to mention a refresher on why using vulgar language is never ok in the workplace. I felt badly for the staff, I can’t imagine having to work under management like this. Moving forward, I’ll go to Walgreens next door.

Nice new building. The employees are very friendly and keep the store very clean. Coffee is great and fresh all the time.

Every time I go into this place, they have no coffee and I have to ask them to brew a pot. Crazy! They also stop making coffee early in the day and says its the bosses orders. I really didnt understand this concept when they sell donuts, danishes etc. But if he wants to lose money to Speedway, so be it.
