If I could rate at 0 . I would. Never had an issue ever. Except for tonight, and normally Im not a Karen, but jeeze.. Ill be Karen tonight.. Wana talk about extremely rude lady staff and such poor customer service!!!Your cashier threatened that we dont want too see her become ignorant what the freak is that about?!Tonight our wait time was 33 minutes. 33 minutes, as we watched customers come and go that had arrived well after us with larger orders and they ordered food. Your place of business was not busy.. Im sorry I work in customer service and I completely understand being under pressure, as well as I took in consideration that were only 3 workers working .. so.... At 12:28 am we order a milkshake and a smoothie. THATS IT. We stood patiently untill we realized it was 1258 still no drinks . We approached the cashier, said we wanted a refund we couldnt wait any longer.. she refused my receipt . She printed one. Came back around and literally slammed a 10 bill which did not cover the entire purchase and walked away. Ignoring the fact she shorted us. As she continues too ignore us as people are lining up behind us. Then does she come back and give us the rest . Very disrespectful

Great place, BUT is very badly in need of a CLEANING. Sidewalk out front is filthy and the inside smells!

Ive been going here for years. Always great staff and very clean. The food is usually pretty solid except when I get wings with sauce theyre pretty much bone dry. Theres an option for no sauce and I never choose it. Ask for a little extra sauce so they arent dry and you get charged. Its a convenience thing but I just feel wrongs ordered with sauce should have sufficient sauce.

Just got fuel. The pump area was very clean and it worked properly.

As Mahoning county is now in the red with Coronavirus cases, you’d think that the workers would be more on top of people wearing masks, but there are so many people coming in and out without one. I mentioned it to the cashier and he said absolutely nothing. On top of that, they take forever to get your food and milkshakes out to you. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for 2 milkshakes... Don’t think i’ll be back to this one.

Love this place, friendly staff, except for that one guy who wears boots every time he ever works there. Ive said hi or thanks a good few times and his only response is a vacant stare. Everyone else is awesome especially Heaven, who works 3rd shift. She has an Amazing personality and i always enjoy my stop when she is in. My girlfriend and I live pretty close by so we find ourselves in here more often than not. Sheetz has the best loyalty system although speedway has a pretty comparable and useful system, i still prefer sheetz.

Brendon who works 3rd shift is a 1st class worker as well as a person......one night I was at this Sheetz location late at night and had a flat tire....the fact that it was the middle of the night An the worst time to ever have car trouble Brendon came outside to make sure I was ok and helped me change my tire. His help and positive attitude made me feel a lot better and I will never forget this experience with Brendon and I truly feel he deserves a raise/reward because any other person would of stayed in the store and watched me struggle at changing my tire but Brendon did the opposite he rolled up his sleeves and helped me out and went the extra mile. There needs to be more people like Brendon In this world and I hope the store manager reads this and acknowledges Brendon for being a truly great person/employee. Thanks again Brendon I will give this SheetZ location as much business as possible its the little things in life that mean the most. Thanks Again BrendonCorey

This could have been an off day BUT I stopped in on my way from PA to Oxford, OH 3 days ago. I ordered a beverage and a sandwich. My beverage was ready in a few minutes. I waited 35 minutes for my sandwich and finally spoke to one of the employees to ask how much longer would I have to wait. She said she didn’t know because they were backed up. I got frustrated when I saw people who had come in after me were getting their food before me. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what but there was no sense of urgency and no apologies from the servers. I ended up being 45 minutes late to my destination because I had waited so long and I was hangry!The only redeeming quality was getting a full refund when I asked for my money back for the sandwich I had to wait on.

Great not, however watch the food rushes because you may have to wait for a bit.
