Excellent service - Stephan went above and beyond to help me out with a ton of packages (even though I inadvertently arrived just a few minutes before closing!)

Its a small office but they are taking covid precautions as best they can.I stopped in to get some documents notarized and mailed overseas, the employee was really helpful and quick.

Rudest staff ever kid named jeremy working there is surly, mean, abusive. Do not ever go to this store.

I mean they got the job done, but customer service could use some improvement. I would not go here if I needed help with anything. I was thankfully just picking up an order.

Mike was very helpful and helped me get a package out right before they closed!

UPS Franchisee that seems to forget theyre part of the UPS delivery Chain - Wanted $5 to utilize UPS MyChoice (which automatically diverts packages to a location of your choice for free). The problem here is this Franchisee doesnt make a dime on MyChoice and will attempt to hold your package hostage and extort $5. There IS a service many store offer where you dont need a mailbox, but can register, and have stuff shipped to their store at $5 a box. My stuff was sent to my home, and MyChoice automatically diverts it to a UPS Store. The guy working there essentially claimed the owners wants to discourage that. Shady. Beware.
