Buyer beware: if you get something here and its defective, apparently you cant get a refund at all unless you buy a warranty. Which they wont bother to mention to you until you try to return something.Giving one additional star because at least they tried to fix the thing. But overall, wont be shopping here again.

The female manager is always rude when I come in. I wanted to buy 3 DVDs for a $1 each and was told I need to spend at least $5 to pay with debit card. So Im like ok Ill look to see if theres anything else I want. I picked out 2 more DVDs. Turns out one of the DVDS was $2 because it had 2 different movies. I asked if she can cut me a deal since I went ahead and picked out 2 more movies to honor their $5 limit. She was very rude about it and I told her their sign says DVDs are a $1 each and she walked around and shouted at me pointed the yellow sticker means individually priced marked. Which I didnt realize that but she didnt have to be a witch about it. After I paid I told her yall should put a sign up saying theirs a minimum purchase of $5 on debit and credit cards. I guess the jokes on her though the ghost busters movie I bought had 2 movies too Ghostbusters 1 and 2 and only charged a $1.

No wonder they have a 2.6 star rating. I went in there to extend my item with a my receipt of a renewal of a identification card. I did it online so it didn’t have a picture on it... they wouldn’t take my receipt of my ID. They thought I was another person. Completely outrageous. The manager. The actual manager then gave me attitude and raised her voice saying IT HAS TO HAVE A PICTURE.... look I’m going in there trying to hand you money just to extend an item.... I’m not even trying to get the item out... I always tried to be nice to them... it was always so hard because I was wasting my time in there... they have nothing to offer... their selection sucks... their customer service sucks... and their business sucks... believe the 2.6 star rating!!! Not worth your time.... I Would give 0 stars if possible

They had a good selection if hand tools for cheap.

I went in on 02/04/2015 to pick up my jewelry that I had pawned. Frank took excellent care of me. Let me tell you, Do Not Change A Thing In This Shop. From the moment I walked in all of the employees there have treated me with Respect. I couldnt ask for a nicer group of people. I plan on coming back to buy some jewelry for my Daughter. Manager (femail) was very disrespectful and treated my tools like trash. Talked down on us because were in a position of need, and made us feel below her standards. No problem though she will be in our prayers. Still not a place I would recommend to anyone

Had pawned there many times before and had good service. This last time was terrible & I left feeling like the guy whom worked with me was looking for was not to take my game system, even though it had previously been there. Probably go elsewhere next time, so not to have to go through that experience again. Horrible.
