The baskets delivered earlier than expected and even when a customer reported they were working remotely and needed the basket re-routed, Laura took care of it right away. Austin City Gift Baskets helped my company get over 200 gift baskets made and delivered for a conference we held in Austin. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I gave them my budget and they were able to put together wonderful baskets full of local goodies! They were even able to brand the gift baskets with different logos I needed to have on them. The customer service here is great and so are their gift baskets. We were looking for two (thank you) baskets and went to this location. Even though this is a production location and not a retail storefront, they took the time to walk us through various options for the baskets. We were very happy with their products which are made by local vendors. The Longhorns chocolate were especially delicious!

Customer Service is not just about delivering as expected, but how a company responds to an issue. We received pancake mix instead of coffee in a gift basket for our office. After 1 quick message, we received notice that coffee (and some more candy) was on the way. The package arrived less than 2 days of letting company know of the difference in goods in the basket. And there was more in the box than we would have expected. Laura Brown and her team went above and beyond my expectations for issue resolution, and as a result we will certainly use them again in the future for our business

They have moved - do not go to the location by Kerbey Lane! That being said, the quality and care they take in making their baskets is PHENOMENAL! I have used their baskets for years and they just keep getting better and better (Im not even sure how, but they do!) I would highly recommend using them to any individual or company.
