We love our Toshiba! Our school district is small and we only have one copier/printer /scanner machine. It runs flawlessly and the support Mary Ellen and David give us is top notch. We just signed up for our second machine and we are so excited. Toshiba makes good stuff!

Were very satisfied with our printer/scanner! We have about 35 agents in our real estate office that use it and the only complaint we had, David Gibbs was able to address in 5 minutes. He is good about giving us face-time in the office on a regular basis. I will also say that Toshibas supplies department is also very good. They are quick on the turnaround for toner requests and even helped us setup a recycle program so we didnt have to throw them away. Overall were very happy with our service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Customer Service! David Gibbs came out and looked at our machine making sure everything was working as it should. He was also very informative when i had questions concerning our Toshiba copy machine and didnt leave until all my questions were answered. David also went above and beyond and helped me get a Toner last minute, he personally went out of his way and brought me one saving the day!

Super happy with our printers. My company has a dozen Toshiba printer/fax/scanner/copiers for several years and on the rare occasion we have issues with them, Toshiba is very fast at getting a technician out to get it fixed, most of the time within the same business day. Would recommend.

We started doing business with Toshiba in 2008 and have since purchased 2 copiers from them. David Gibbs and the rest of the team have been great to work with. We keep a maintenance contract on our machines and really appreciate the way they take care of us. Tony is truly the best! He shows up regularly to clean our machines and make sure everything is running correctly. Any time I put in service call, he responds immediately and takes care of the issue.

Great equipment and great staff. David Gibbs is a gentle sole, the only one my little pup could tolerate before she was trained. He worked tirelessly to get us up and running with a purchased machine on a maintenance contract. It has been a great piece of equipment and David represents the company very well.

Our Toshiba copier is everything we needed and wanted. But, best of all, is the Toshiba service and our representative, David Gibbs. Mr. Gibbs is on top of any issue we may have (there havent been many) and I know he will work to get the situation resolved just as we need it to be. And, the service techs are great. They call back very quickly and, in most instances, they come to our office the same day. We cant ask for better than that!
