Great experience! I realize now I will never buy a new pair of boots again. Why would you when his are already broken in. Charlie was very accommodating and personable. I told him I was on an early flight that day and he met me at the shop at 7am. My advice? Take your time. I was sort of in a rush and had 2 pair already picked, one for dress up and just everyday. At the last minute he said to check out a pair of handmade he had. They were just what I was looking for. Love em! Great prices and cash or check only. Hell let you know there is an ATM across the street.
