It about $5 to $10 ride by uber/taxi depend on time and traffics.I staied 6 days and 5 nights in September.I am definitely will rebook on my next trip in June.

The hotel is very luxurious with big rooms and all other amenities. Its quite far from the city so a lot of time was spent in commuting from one place to another. Breakfast buffet has good variety for vegetarians too.

I stayed there in oct 2k19 to visit in expo. Cozy rooms ($$) and great restaurants ($$$). Its far from the downtown.P.S. Actually its a four star hotel but Id give it 5 star.

I started my trip staying in a four star hotel in the center because of the location. My hotel in town was under construction so I took a chance on the Hilton (which is 30-35 minutes outside city). All I can say is, stay here when you visit St Petersburg. It is well worth a short uber to town to experience the luxuries of the Hilton Saint Petersburg. I have the impression a lot of their guests are for conventions or people on layovers, however this hotel is more comfortable than home and I would recommend to any family or friends to chose this property.

Absolutely incompetent receptionists, and their supervisor also. So, I arrive to check in, Im a foreigner right. I give them my documents and, well they didnt know what to do with my passport. They go ask their supervisor, the supervisor had no clue also. I had to guide them step by step on the procedure. They had zero clue, of which procedure to follow with my documents. I guess HR is not training properly the employees? Very disappointed, would have expected more from a Hilton. Sometimes, an incident like this can break the whole experience. Plus, imagine, another tourist comes here, first time in Russia, doesnt know about passport and visa stuff. What he/she gonna do, if the hotel itself has no clue? Plus another thing, in their system also my reservation was not entirely there, I had prepaid for the stay and they didnt see it. Had to wait like 20 minutes, for something that could take 2. Very unprofessional. Thumbs down.

I recently stayed here for a work conference. The Hilton offers a free shuttle to/from the airport, but the taxi ride was super cheap (< $10 USD). The hotel lobby was vast, clean, and luxurious looking. I loved the elevator sensor (door opens as you approach). The front desk staff were extremely professional and helpful. My room (512) was right by the elevator (which I like) and totally quiet. The room was fantastic - great huge windows (No, they dont open), awesome huge tub and shower, and very clean. It had a hot water heater, coffee, tea, had a quiet A/C and was definitely 5 star. This Hilton was WAY better than an standard Hilton Ive stayed at in the USA.The SPA. DUDE, you must visit the spa. It was incredible, and very inexpensive compared to US prices. I had Alexander for a massage, a facial, a traditional Russian sauna/body treatment (over several days), and it was incredible. Theres free pool access and a steam room, which makes it 5+ star for me.While VERY far from downtown St. P, it was only a $20 USD taxi ride in bad morning traffic (45 minutes), and a $10 USD taxi ride back. Free wifi. I had breakfast included in my stay and it was AMAZING. I probably gained 2 kgs there.Loved this place. Far but worth it.

Simply one of the best Hiltons i have been to. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the Suite we stayed at was beyond wonderful with a 2 beautiful large TVs and the TV in the living room had a Bose audio system and a very comfortable couch. Large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub...and my favourite a small mattress on the living room balcony to enjoy the view from the room while reading a book..etcA special mention here to Leyla from the reception as she was wonderful and extremely friendly and super organized and gave us all the info we needed with a wonderful smile. And also i want to mention Jamal in the executive lounge for his hard work and helpfulness and also my wife lost her bracelet there and they returned it without us even noticing we lost it.It is a beautiful hotel that is a must check because of everything they offer and there amazing staff.Thanks and we will come again.

Very bad hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and they dont bother to refill basic room refreshments and essential things. Average cleaning and staff doesnt understand English easily. Not recommended. Its like an average 3 star hotel.

Was really surprised by top quality oh the hotel and attractive prices. For business meeting, one night stay close to the airport it is perfect. However if you want to stay longer and see Saint Petersburg you will need a car or a taxi. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the center of Saint Petersburg.

As an English tourist I found this hotel is fantastic. Being new is a small detail.. the service facilities and pure functionality are harmonic and without hesitation the best Hilton Ive yet stayed.. and theres been quite a fewThe spa and pool Jacuzzi multiple saunas are very well structured and very relaxingThe shuttle serves LED airport and the metroWhilst it is not a central city hotel...Pushkin is very close and its good to get out of the centre once youve tried the usual Galeria spots

Took my wife here for our anniversary and really enjoyed this lovely new hotel. Service was quite good, but the facilities were amazing. The single king room was large spacious and included a bay window which was great for reading. The room came with complimentary water, cookies and some trees and coffee. The bathroom was huge and had both a bath tub and a walking in shower. The spa center seemed exceptional, though we only swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic and there was even a chef to prepare omlets. I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly

This is a great, modern hotel with spacious, cozy rooms. It is conveniently located close to the airport, but of course, prepare to be far away from everything else (as the city center is 30 minutes away by car). I stayed here for 2 nights in total. The staff is responsive and accommodated us well.Unfortunately, there was a mix of superb customer service with quite mediocre Russian customer service at the front desk (as the managers changed). This should definitely be adjusted and you have the person who all the other managers should take example from. I wish I remembered her name, hmm, but then again she was the only one there who was empathetic, polite, proactive and who displayed positive energy. You probably know who it is 😉

A newly built hotel, the corridors smell like a new house. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Its located towards the airport side so its a bit out of the way for all the usual touristy places but its only about 600 rubles on an Uber to the Nevsky Prospect.

But disappointment comes quickly ... At the reception we were met by a nice girl, quickly registered us and sent us home, they say the elevator is there and the room is also somewhere there. Without explaining that the room rate includes a living room where you can work comfortably, have a drink and a snack, SPA 1 hour a day. Well, God bless her. Having found the room, the second disappointment came, the wallpaper that is moving away from the steles, the dirty and torn floor covering, the shabby writing desk, holes in the wallpaper, a huge hole in the door hastily repaired. Having found the room, we found that the room is not ready for 3 guests, there is no third set of towels (according to the 4-star standard, there should be 4 of them), no bathrobe, slippers, and hygiene items. There is also no third bottle of water and a mug for hot drinks. Calling the solution in half an hour we received one towel, a bathrobe and shampoo with shower gel.The carpets in the room are all in greasy spots, the wallpaper is peeling off, the tiles are chipped, the glass inserts on the walls are dirty. The door to the bathroom was generally broken by someone and very carelessly repaired. Ive been to different hotels, but this one is without a doubt the best Ive ever been. From the very helpful staff, from the comfortable rooms with huge beds, from the marble bathtubs with excellent fixtures, to the delicious and varied breakfast dishes. Everything is great! Separately, I will note the spa center, with five different types of baths and saunas, with a bunch of different types of showers. In general, very cool. But also not cheap, of course. I note that against the background of the general very high level, the mood is slightly broken by very small things, such as a creaking barrier in the parking lot, or drips on the glass, but this is only because the bar is very high.
