The chocolate truffles tasted just like in my childhood: fresh filling, crunchy shell, happy end note. It was an amazingly wonderful experience and a very nice confectionery to visit. Always wanted to stop by and so happy that I did. And a customer service made my visit extra pleasant.

This spot has an old Austin vibe. I loved it! Tracy was super helpful. The prices were very fair. Im excited to bring home some chocolates to my family.

It smells just like 1985 when you walk inside! Literally nothing has changed. This brought me right back to my childhood and I cannot thank Lammes enough as I have not been here since my mom took me for special treats in the good ol days.

Went to see if they had covered chocolate strawberry. But i was out of luck. The person that attended me very nice person. Always had a pleasant voice and smile on her face. She helped me with what i wanted. I will always go back to get chocolate from there. Thank you for having people like that to help pleasant and helpful.

This place has been amazing since it opened, way before I was born. While they do all the candies well, the chewie praline is the thing you wont get anywhere else. Chocolate-covered is even better. And the divinity is even better than my great grandmother made.

I usually have a great experience with the chocolate covered strawberries. I recieved an order for Mothers day and was disappointed. The chocolate was great, however the strawberries seemed to be old and not fresh. I hope in the future I wont experience that. They are pretty pricey not to be made with fresh strawberries.

My fiancé bought me a box of chocolates here for valentines three years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. My favorite are the almond crunch, coconut clusters and their fudge! They have so many other yummy things, I really cant name them all. I am currently expecting and this has been my top craving!

The lady that served us was super, super nice, and they candy that we purchased was excellent. You arent in business for a long as Lammies has been if you arent doing something right!

Well I had to go in there and get something for my sister-in-law, an old promise to be kept, she wanted some candy called incredible hash or something to that effect. Anyway upon going into the candy store it was all that that was a kid and a candy store. Loving every minute of it and the experience. Plenty of selection. Cheerful help. A couple freebies. Samples. Excellent excellent! Ill be back

Best candy in town. We used them as wedding favors for our February 24th wedding. They had to go from working day and night to prepare Valentines Day packages, to baking our candies. But they did it all, got it done promptly, and were a HUGE hit with our guests!!! We did a His & Hers favor - chocolate turtle for Hers, pecan praline for His. Guests were asking to have multiple. Also, super nice people.

The owners may be the nicest people I have ever encountered! They are so helpful and have great suggestions. I had a few hostess gifts to give and everything I ended up buying was very well received! They have all the great candy from my childhood and so much more! I guess it is kinda a blessing that I no longer lived in the area...I may have a bigger weight problem than I already do :)

Super friendly people, excellent quality candies, some fun stuffed toys. Parking lot is not big, but it IS free. On Airport close to 35. Worth the exit. Five it a look. A good place for special gifts for the candy lover on your list.

Truthfully i wish i had had a better experience. The line was long, the place was small & crowded, the staff didnt seem to wanna be there & didnt wanna help. Then the candy. I got chocolate covered caramel pieces. The chocolate was hard & bland, the caramel was tasteless & i only ate 1 & threw out the rest. I may try again 1 day. I hear the chocolate covered strawberries are good. Perhaps it was a bad day.

I love this candy shop. Definitely not as quirky as Big Top in soco, but they definitely do not lack in whats important! They make homemade original treats, and my favorite is their version of the chocolate turtle. I used to always make sure to stop in whenever me and my sister needed a treat from the struggles of life, and it would always turn the day around! Also, the big bites I believe that they are called? Are also fantastic. They offer the big one, or a whole bunch of little ones I think. I feel awful for not remembering exactly what its called but its really yummy. Its never busy when I go in, which is surprising because its so delicious!

Is it chocolate covered strawberry season yet?! Lammes usually runs the special around Valentines and Mothers day. Be sure to reserve yours ASAP as they always sell out. If its not that time of the year, rest assured that there are plenty of other sweets in stock that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Almond bark, chocolate covered pretzels, LONGHORNS!!, the list goes on.....Ive never been to Willy Wonkas factory but Im certain Lammes might be the Austin version of it.
