I never once felt pressured into buying a dress. I walked away with the first dress I tried on. I fell in love with it and we all were crying. The selections for the sale were great quality, and they had a lot to choose from. Staff was very helpful and dresses are gorgeous. Face masks required but they still made it a special moment. Found the dress! You also get 10% off any accessory if you end up buying a dress. They have great accessories.

I went to numerous bridal shops both in Austin, TX and Phoenix, AZ to find the perfect dress and while many dresses were pretty, I hadnt found the one until I visited Serendipity Bridal. Every single dress was so unique and beautifully made down to the last detail. Sara and the owner made the process so enjoyable and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I would recommend Serendipity Bridal any bride looking for her perfect dress!

After visiting three other bridal salons in Austin before Serendipity, I had narrowed it down to two possible dresses to wear for my wedding.But after trying on the first dress at Serendipity, those dresses were no longer in consideration. I ended up loving all four dresses that I tried on here the most, and as soon as I put on the last dress, I knew!They have dresses of all costs and designs, but what I love about them is the uniqueness and attention to detail! I ended up with a dress that I never would have originally thought about myself wearing, but I LOVE!The team was all extremely nice and made me and my group feel very welcome, and Kayte was so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress AND veil.Here you aren’t paying the for the brand, you’re paying for the quality of the dress. I can’t wait to get married in my dress!!

If I could I would of put ZERO not a 1 on review!!!!!Was not happy the workers who suppose to work with us never talk to us and use gave us dirty looks not even an hi. Send us someone who just works in the front. No seller talk to us Im very disappointed and be careful on canceling they do not let you know they charge you, and they hang up on you . So please find somewhere else better dont waste your time there. Very rude sellers and had to be there being rude eating in the back. FYI please always ask about cancellation

I had shopped a bridal boutique in Fort Worth (where home is), and one other in the Austin area prior to walking in to Serendipity. While there were plenty of very pretty options, nothing was speaking to me. That ended after I walked into Serendipity Bridal. First off - this boutique is tastefully put together, allows you to easily view their inventory and has the most amazing, unique selections. THE dress called to me as soon as I walked in, but I was hesitant to try it on since it was so different than what I thought I was looking for. Kayte was AMAZING! She had my first selections all pulled out based on what I thought I was searching for, and pulled a number of beautiful dresses so I could get a better idea of what I wanted my look to be. But the first dress I pulled, and the last one I tried on NAILED IT! Throughout the entire experience Kayte was just awesome with her patience, kind words, great eye and help accessorizing.Bottom line - If youre looking for something unique you dont see every bride wearing stop wasting your time and head to Serendipity Bridal!Thank you, again Kayte! Could not have had the amazing experience we did without you! :)

Went in to shop with my family. They are above and beyond warm and kind. their designers are cool too. We didnt end up finding anything but I also liked that they are not pushy.

This was my first experience looking for wedding dresses and I had no idea what all it entailed as in basically getting naked lol and not knowing what i wanted and Sarah made it beyond comfortable she felt like a best friend that I’ve changed in front of a million times. She was SO positive about each dress even though I was having body issues she was beyond encouraging and so incredibly knowledgeable about who and where the dresses came from. I couldn’t have ask for a better person to help me navigate through this!! HIGHLY recommend serendipity and sweet Sarah!

This was the best wedding dress shopping experience I’ve had thus far. The store owner does a great job of selecting dresses that differentiate themselves from many other stores in Texas. I would definitely come here if you’ve been searching for a bit and need a breath of fresh air. There are beautiful accessories (veil, belts, hair pieces) here too.

I am so happy that I chose this place for the start to my wedding dress hunt. Kayte was very helpful and made me feel amazing every step of the way! Serendipity has an excellent bridal selection. This was the 3rd bridal store I went to and I was blown away by the options within my price range (1300 to 1500). The staff was very helpful and I found THE dress 😁 Serendipity did an excellent job making the experience memorable as well!

As a first time bride, and first time trying on dresses I had no clue what I wanted. I was fortunate enough to be matched up with Sarah. She listened to my likes and dislikes, really grasped what I wanted to show off and what I wanted to hide. As we grabbed a few dresses and headed towards the dressing room, she turned out her arm and said “I think Roza is the one for you”. And was she was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!! I of course didn’t say yes right away, I felt as though I loved the dresses but it was a little off from what I wanted. The back was to high and the color was more of a blush toned.Fast forward 2 weeks. She told me just to come try the dress on again, so I came back. And when I tell you it was fate, IT. WAS. FATE. And in 15 MINUTES of getting there, they had just received Roza 2.0! The EXACT color I wanted! The back was dropped exactly how I was hoping it would be! Did I mention that that this dress wasn’t even suppose to arrive that day!!I put it on and told Sarah that this dress was mine and to bag it up!!!I really want to say to Sarah how much I truly appreciate her help! I’m not easily pleased especially when it comes to clothes but she got it down to a T! I am so grateful, and no amount of thank you’s would be enough!! I cannot recommend Serendipity Bridal enough! I know there are women who have dreams of their perfect dress, but for me, the thought of wedding dress shopping was truly terrifying. Ive never been a dress girl (always a tomboy), did not have a vision, and had no idea what shape or style of dress I was interested in. From the moment I walked in to Serendipity, I felt completely comfortable. Kayte, who is also the owner, spent time talking with me first to get a better sense of my personality and how she could help bring out the best. I felt like Kayte was a guiding light, helping me explore different styles I was drawn to, providing honest feedback, and suggesting dresses that truly fit my personality and made me feel amazing. I literally loved the first three dresses I tried, and from then on, knew I was in great hands. Her input and knowledge was fantastic, and she even helped style some of the gowns with accessories, all without any sense of being pushed. The service was professional, personalized, and it clearly shows that the team is incredibly passionate.In addition to the outstanding service, they have absolutely gorgeous gowns! The styles are diverse, yet the vision is cohesive. I tried on gowns ranging from classic, to modern, to refined boho, to dresses made with natural fabrics. I ended up with a dress that I am absolutely in love with (never thought that would happen!) and was seriously leaving with happy tears in my eyes. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS at Serendipity Bridal!!! It is the BEST place in Austin to look for your perfect wedding dress!!They have an outstanding selection and large variety of accessories. Lacey was absolutely AMAZING...so helpful and fun! She was so knowledgable and she was happy to take numerous pictures for me as I tried on gowns, and even put my hair up with bobby pins so I could see how they looked with different veils. She knew exactly what would look good on me and after our appointment I knew that I had found the one (after months of looking!!!). They have lovely dressing rooms and offer champagne and small goodies for their guests. When I said yes to the dress they were eager to take photos and celebrate with us-- Lacey and the rest of the staff truly made it one of the most memorable and magical experiences of my life. Wow! The staff here know exactly how to fit you into a gown that you love! We did research ahead of time to ensure the specific designers dresses were here. The kind, helpful employees never pushed ideas or looks, but attentively tended to the bride with respect and eagerness.

Great experience here! I was shocked to find what ending up being my dress in the first round of trying on dresses! We went through about 6 or so dresses before settling on the one. Timing was perfect because it was also during their bi-annual sale (the dress was 50-60% off!) The owner was actually the one who assisted me during my appointment and she picked up on my style VERY quickly. It was her recommendation that led to the dress I chose! Highly recommend going here if youre looking for experienced staff and a fun, low-pressure time!

I had went into Davids Bridal 2 different times, I found good choices but still was not able to make a choice (they seemed all the same). I decided to drag my family one more time but decided to go to a small bridal salon. going in I didnt think I would find anything i wanted just to get a generalization of what i REALLY wanted. I showed the manager (who helped me that day) pictures of what i wanted, this store is a bit on the pricer side so i told her my budget, she knew there was not much in the store for our price range but she did not just give up or say we cant help you, she went with the flow. The very first dress i tried on, I liked it more then all the other dresses I had tried on at Davids bridal. But being the decisive person that I am i wanted to try on the others me and my family picked out. She was like of course you need to try on more, Which i loved about her was that she knew that i needed to see myself in the other ones. The 3rd dress in, I was in LOVE! My mom, sister and mother cried. I went in there not thinking I was going to get anything and i came out with the perfect dress and one that i know i wont see another bride in at all! I am so grateful for this salon. they made my 3rd try that last and the best!

My wife had me tag along here when she was looking for her bridal gown. The staff was very friendly, and made us feel right at home. The store was the only location in Austin that offered a particular designer she wanted, so we were glad we were able to get an appointment for a Saturday morning. Great selection and service.

After having a bad experience with a competitor I decided to give Serendipity Bridal a try, and boy am I glad I did. Unlike at the last place where they stuck me in some room to view the dresses in my price range, Bridgett at Serendipity listened to what I was looking for, offered advice and got me to try on many dress styles, including some that I would have never picked myself. Long story short, I said yes to the wedding gown of my dreams in quick 45 mins. Of course I doubled my budget and picked a dress I originally havent even considered but that just goes to show that the staff at this bridal boutique know what theyre doing. Id like to point out that I was never pressured into buying something I didnt like and no one tried to up sell me on anything. It was SUCH an easy experience. Did I mention I was by myself? I had a great experience getting my wedding dress at Serendipity. The dresses there are so so so beautiful, it was so hard to choose just one. They communicated well and gave me some good advice. I also got my dress altered there by Rosie. Rosie is a wonderful seamstress and my dress turned out really lovely, but I will say that she sometimes turns down your ideas too easy. I asked her about dying my veil with tea to make it a different color and she seemed to think that was definitely not going to work, but it did work! She was so sweet all throughout the process though, that it didnt matter much. Lovely store. Maybe a bit pricey, but not by much. Especially with the quality of the dresses provided.

Where do I even begin? Kayte and the Serendipity team are beyond amazing. Wedding dress shopping is exciting and fun, but it can get overwhelming with so many options. When I had my appointment with Kayte, she began by asking me about my wedding - style, design, location, etc. Then, she asked me about my personal style and what elements I liked about different dresses. From there, she let me, my family and friends search the store for five options, while being cognizant of my budget. We then tried on the options letting everyone get their opinion in. Kayte was so good at explaining options, accessories and all the details about the dresses. The knowledge and professionalism Kayte has is beyond incredible. I got my wedding dress at Serendipity and I had a FANTASTIC experience! I worked with Meredith and she was extremely helpful! She was so sweet and made the shopping fun! I was able to find my DREAM dress! Serendipity was the first place I went and with the description of what I liked Meredith was able to bring me a lot of dresses that fit what I was looking for. She gave her opinion and was very honest! I would highly recommend this place to any future bride! You will not be disappointed! I cant thank them enough for all their help. I waited too long to write this review but I’m almost positive that my consultants name was Anna (I’m so sorry if I’m incorrect). She was very nice and so patient! She helped me in and out of about 7 dresses. She also assisted with many veils! The dress that I ended up choosing was far from what I expected. I couldn’t be more thrilled about my choice and I’m so grateful that they let me come back the next day to purchase it (I had to think on it, it’s a big decision!) She helped me back into the dress of my dreams and I haven’t had a second thought since! Thank you so much to Anna and the entire staff at Serendipity for making this experience awesome!

I can not say enough good things about Serendipity Bridal. After having visited several stores, I can honestly say that the service Serendipity provided was unmatched and their dresses are beyond beautiful. Not only did they put up with our constant can we try the other dress on again, but Kayte is truly a professional. She knew exactly which accessories worked best for each dress, how to customize a dress to fit a catholic churchs requirements, and how to fix any problems with the dresses (i.e. too hot, too itchy, too low-cut, etc.). They were even able to schedule a last minute appointment before my parents left town to let me try on the two dresses I liked, again. I highly highly highly recommend Serendipity Bridal. They were absolutely fantastic, and Im so thankful to have had their help in finding my dress!

I had a great experience here. I had been to 5 places and tried on numerous dresses before finding Serendipity Bridal. They had such a fantastic selection with an array of price ranges. Which by the way, dont be fooled by those bridal shows on TV. Turns out you dont need a ridiculously high budget to find the perfect dress.For the life of me I cannot remember who was helping me, but I have the card somewhere and will be updating this with her name as soon as I find it. She was so helpful and super patient with my indecisiveness. I made the poor woman switch me back and forth between two dresses, I dont know how many times, and she really didnt mind at all. My mom also bought her dress while we were there and she received the same treatment.Oh and the champagne they give you is quite delicious! Cant wait until November when dress comes in!

Serendipity Bridal is amazing. The staff is professional and they carry some of the most beautiful gowns available this year. They are eager to help any bride find the perfect dress and the store is one of the largest, cleanest and open bridal boutiques in Austin. I visited this bridal salon a couple times and always had good service. There was one dress I kept thinking of and when family was in town, just stopped in without an appointment and the ladies there were so accommodating in letting me try the dress on for them! They have a range of price points and start a bit under $1000. Definitely a smaller place, though, so dont bring a ton of people and make an appointment!

Kayte was amazing. I came in not knowing what I wanted and she was able to direct me to the perfect dress. It was everything I thought I didn’t want, but ABSOLUTLY Love. I am so thankful this was my first place to shop and I found the dress of my dreams.

She listened to what I wanted and the vision I had, but with her knowledge and experience, suggested styles and silhouettes that I never would have selected for myself--but that ended up working far better than what I had in mind for myself! Horrible Customer Service! (February 24th, 2018)Today, my sister and I walked in, stood by the door to wait for someone to make an appointment with.The only woman on the floor (that we could see) walked out of one of the rooms. She took one look at us and frantically said Were all booked today and we are appointment only.We understand that she was busy and it is by appointment only, however she didnt bother to say good morning, hello or anything else. We are customers! Youd think we would be important to her since we are there to shop. Either way, we walked out and she didnt even try to speak to us. She was rude and it was the worse experience weve had since we started the wedding planning. We dont know if you have to fit a certain personality or look a certain way in order to be properly greeted. Do not recommend.

This place is something special, and the staff is extra helpful, knowledgeable and they make buying a dress a party, watching them interact with my wife was incredible. Wouldn’t recommend another store in the great state of Texas.

Serendipity measured me and ordered a size that was two sizes two small on a $2000+ wedding gown. Their preferred tailor suggested I lose 10 lbs and buy a back-up dress. Serendipity was unwilling to work with me on getting fabric for the dress, returning the dress, contacting the dress maker, etc. To all brides-to-be, save yourself from this mistreatment and lack of expertise and avoid Serendipity at all costs.

I went to Serendipity Bridal during their sample sale and had a great experience! We were early for our appt. and we were able to start right away. Katye was my bridal consultant and she was so great and helpful. After seeing what kind of dresses I was interested in, she was the one who actually recommended the dress that I fell in love with! All the sample dresses I tried on were in good condition - you could definitely tell they take care of their dresses. They also had a really large selection of sample sale dresses. I ended up buying a gorgeous wedding dress for about 80% off the original price. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience and cant wait to wear my dress on my wedding day!

Terrible customer service. From the second we came in they made us feel unwelcome. The woman who helped me did not assist in narrowing down options based off my feedback. She seemed annoyed we didn’t like the dresses, and was very short with me when I expressed concern that the dresses were swimming on me even when she clipped them. She did not listen to what I asked for. Truly the worst bridal shopping experience I’ve had thus far.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I was the annoying bride who decided on a dress and then changed my mind a month later. The staff worked with me and never made me feel like I was a burden. I worked with Lacy all 3 times that I went in and she helped me to find the PERFECT dress. Best customer service Ive seen! I bought my dress here on clearance the day I tried it on. I got a great price and I feel like a princess when I wear it. The staff treated me like I was the most beautiful bride in the world and when I found the right dress, I started to cry.

I completely forgot to write this review-wedding planning is hectic! I went to Serendipity in January 2019 and worked with Bridgette. She was absolutely fantastic. She didn’t rush me and really listened to what I wanted. I left for lunch to mull it over bc I found a couple of dresses that I really loved. I went back bc I needed to see myself in the first dress again and she let me try it back on even though she had another appointment. I found my dress that day and I honestly think Bridgette had a hand in it bc she didn’t make feel pressured or rushed or stressed. Thank you Bridgette! And thank you Serendipity Bridal!

I had a FANTASTIC experience here. I came to the store for their bi-annual sample sale as I was looking for a dress for my wedding in 3 months. Even though I called only a few days before the sale, they were able to accommodate me. The store was super clean and nicely decorated-bright, light, and airy. I worked with Brigitte and Kayte. Brigitte was my salesperson and Kayte was the manager. Brigitte outlined the rules of the sale very clearly and we got to work. There were only a few left in my size as I was shopping the sample sale but we grabbed a few and tried them on. The dressing rooms are clean and really large with beautiful light up mirrors. All of the dresses were beautiful, clean, and a good price (for bridal gowns!). Brigitte was very patient with me as I tried on gowns and texted and called and texted my family some more about the top contender. Kayte and Brigitte went above and beyond for me, and I am so thankful for them both. Come here; you wont regret it! (P.S. they very clearly advertised the cancellation policy for the sale)

Kayte has hands down, the best customer service I experienced when dress shopping, plus her shop is top of the line. The store is big and open and airy and has great lighting. I didnt feel cramped or overwhelmed. Their decor in there is so cute too and they even had a photobooth so we could take some fun photos for the memories!Kayte is extremely professional and she definitely knows what she is doing. When you arrive, she spends time getting to know you and what you envision and want so that way you have the best use of the appointment. I liked that she explained how the time would go so I knew what to expect. You can tell her experience level on the way she helps you get in and out of dresses. She is so respectful and kindof looks away as you are getting in, to give you some privacy, but carefully helps you get into it so you do not damage the dress. I felt so comfortable around her and not awkward like a half naked girl in front of a stranger. She talks through the alterations process and recommendations. This was hands down the best experience I had dress shopping.

The $50 charge for a cancelled appointment is ridiculous. Do not make an appointment here! This is already a stressful enough time trying to squeeze in and schedule different bridal appointments everywhere and Seredipity Bridal does not help make that a good experience. I can’t help it that I found my dress at another appointment less than 24hrs within the cancellation window. I have never made or skipped an appointment with y’all before, there should be some sort of grace window because the timing of this is absurd. I would have wasted your time today pretending to look then!!

My experience at Serendipity Bridal was perfect!I went in not knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I had an appointment scheduled to look at bridal gowns, and Alison assisted me. Alison greeted me right away and offered me a drink. She has a fun, sunny and easy going personality, and always carried herself professionally. She really made my experience very enjoyable. We immediately started to talk about the gown I was envisioning and covered details on style, color, and budget. Alison directed me to the section where I would find what I was looking for, but wasnt afraid of showing me dresses to get my feedback on them. Im glad she did because I ended up falling in love with a gown she suggested. I loved that she was very sensitive with my budget and never tried to sell me dresses over my price point.After my visit, I had a couple of days to think about the dress I loved. I called the boutique a couple of times to ask questions and she always seemed very happy to help me in answering my questions. During my second visit, I stopped by to purchase the dress. One of my best friends met me there and I arrived a bit late. My friend was greeted, seated and had a drink in hand when I arrived. I love Serendipity and could not have asked for a better experience. Ellen was my consultant and was attentive and personable. I loved the large fitting rooms with the double doors, and she opened them so dramatically every time to display my latest try-on to my entourage waiting on the comfy couches. I found my cindrella dress here, like a work of art, then when I said yes to the dress they brought out a champagne toast for everyone. Linda gave us a super deal for buying off the rack, making it possible for me to have the dress of my dreams. I also got my bridesmaids dresses here and they took care of everything for me - calling, measurements, payments, shipping, and followups. Olga did my alterations and was great, absolutely love her. She got my mother on skype for the first fitting so she could watch, and later saved me from looking flat-chested after my bride diet. I wish I could give you guys 10 stars! Thanks for everything!

This stop felt like a complete waste of everyones time. I felt like I was annoying them. They barely even spoke to me and just put me in dresses and took me out of them. It was just completely different than the fun bridal shop experience I had just had down the street. Not fun at all. Sooo uncomfortable of an environment and I was just trying the dresses on as fast as I could so I could get me and my family out of there. But, they do have some pretty dresses..

If you are a size 6 with a sky high budget, youll be fine here. If you have a bust, hips, or any curves, youll be out of luck. The owner and consultants were snobby and treated me like a second-class citizen because Im not a skinny bride.

After going with a friend to another bridal shop, I was shocked and appalled by the treatment she received while looking for her dress.I have been to Serendipity previously and knew that the my friend would have the experience she wanted and daydreamed about there. It was no surprise when she not only had a day and night experience, but also found her dress! The staff at Serendipity even went above and beyond to make sure she understood the alteration process to help make her dress become her dream dress.Serendipity is appointment only, but it’s appointment only for a reason. The level of service you receive from a boutique bridal shop like Serendipity is unparalleled, that’s why there’s usually a waitlist.I’ve read some of the negative reviews and they seem like “one off” situations. Here’s the deal, do yourself a favor and book with them. There’s no use letting a couple negative reviews sway your decision. You won’t know unless you try it out for yourself. Yes it’s special moment in your life, but it’s also a business, so take that into consideration.Setendipity saved my friend’s dress shopping experience from the atrocity she experienced a week before. I had a card with 2 names on it but unfortunately left it my soon to be sister nlaws car. So .. let me start by saying there was a beautiful long haired blonde and a beautiful red head (😊) that helped the moment we walked in for our appt. at 1pm 4/28/18. The blonde gave us a wonderful tour and did explain certain dresses which was out of our budget from the amount we explained to her but she still gave my sister nlaw the opportunity to try on a beautiful dress, cause you never know... a bride is deserving to go over her budget if the dress speaks to her. The red head kept a great conversation with me about finding the perfect dress for my sister nlaw. We didnt feel out of place. They were very welcoming, respectful, understanding and all in all my sister nlaw found her dress. Thank you ladies for today. Truly was a great experience. Your services was 💯. I will and would recommend this place. Better than Davids Bridal!Ill edit this with the ladies names when I get my card back lol

Kayte was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a genius stylist who helped me with my decision process and picked out all of my accessories with me. She was kind, intelligent, patient, and an expert at clipping the dresses so I could see a good fit (I’m a petite bride).The selection is also really wonderful. The dresses are in great condition and there are a great range of styles and prices. If you’re looking for a dress in the 2-6k range, this is a wonderful place for you. I even went to Kleinfelds in NYC and this was SOOOOO much better because kelinfelds has very few dresses under 5k. I tried on over 80 dresses across seven different stores and really enjoyed my experience at serendipity the most.

My first experience with Serendipity Bridal was great. The person who helped me was the buyer for the store. She was very professional. She made sure my bridesmaids and I were comfortable and having fun - she offered us drinks and made sure they were ready to see each dress I tried on. (In my opinion, this is important and the fun part of trying on dresses). She was great at offering suggestions and made sure I had plenty of dress options. She even suggested a dress that I would have never tried on -- I fell in love with it and ended up buying it!My second experience, the fitting, with Serendipity Bridal was so-so. I brought my mom in for the fitting, which I thought was also going to determine what needed adjusting. I wish SB would have communicated that the visit was just to see if the dress was what I ordered and if everything was OK. When I arrived with my mom, I was very disappointed with the girl who helped me. She skipped over us in line at the front desk, didnt offer much help with getting the dress on and off, didnt offer my mom anything to drink, and didnt give notice to my mom when she opened the door. This was a big deal for me because my mom had never seen my dress before. After all of this, I felt that after I bought the dress, service was no longer a priority. In addition, there was also a lot of miscommunication between SB, my seamstress, Noori, and me. By the way, SB recommended Noori, whom I LOVED! She was great. I cant recommend Noori enough.With all that said, I would still suggest a friend to make an appointment with Serendipity Bridal. Perhaps the girl who helped me was new and didnt have enough experience. If you can, get the buyer!

My experience was good to begin with. My consultant was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful in finding a dress that was within my budget (which was under $1000) and fit my perfectly. She even worked a deal on the dress I feel in love with to make it well within my spending limit. She really made the experience one that was memorable and stress-free.BUT, the ladies working on ordering are not nearly as helpful. I ordered my dress in January and was told itd be here by Mid-April. Naturally I knew it would take a while. Well, they never called me about my dress come Mid-April so I called them. They tell me it will be May 4th now. Okay, two more weeks, I can do that. May 5th comes around and still no call. I called them and they have no idea where my dress is and say they will call the people and call me back. I havent heard back yet and it is May 6th. Since they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday I will hear no news until the end of the week. My wedding is in one month and I am starting to panic.

Loved it!! Serendipity was probably the 4th or 5th bridal shop I went to. When I walked in Kayte was there to help me and after I explained what I loved and didnt like about all the dresses I had tried on she quickly went and pulled dresses. She said she pulled 4 but she thinks I will love one in particular. When she showed it to me, I knew right then and there that was my dress. It was just absolutely perfect and I didnt want to try on anything else! She was so energetic and happy!! I had to come back though because my mom wasnt with me to see it. When my mom and I came back though it was a weekday, Kayte wasnt there and a girl Meredith helped us. She didnt seem to be very happy, and said you dont need help getting into it right? umm I guess not. Then she snapped at me dont get any makeup on the dress I was so disappointed that Kayte wasnt there to make it special. We bought the dress that day and based on my type of dress I was recommended to a seamstress that didnt work at the shop. After I called the seamstress several times and left multiple messages with no response I ended up working with Rosie who works in the back of the store. She was amazing to work with and so very talented. I added what was actually a hair piece to the dress for more bling and she made it look like it was meant to be there! Fittings were quick and easy and I encountered no problems!The store is so much fun to just walk around in, you have to check it out! They have so many different types of dresses and the dressing rooms are so cute!!

They definitely dont work with you if your budget is under $3000. Snooty sales women.
