Terrible experience, ordered champagne for bachelorette party to be held in Nashville, ordered on friday expected it to arrive by Tuesday, but no, it was going to be the following MONDAY. was told by company rep. that they could cancel the delivery but I would have to pay delivery fees and return fees. READ ALL THE DETAILS OF THE DELIVERY PREDICTION TIME.

Amazing service. Placed an order from out of state to be delivered to a friend as a gift. Ryan from TopShelf was extremely helpful in ensuring that my order would be processed quickly and personally emailed me confirmation that the order was being taken care of. The delivery driver was fast and made sure to verify identification of the recipient. My friend was enjoying mimosas less than a half hour after I placed the order. Great app, great company, and great people in charge.

Such a great service! My wife and I were having a dinner party and we needed a few more bottles of wine. Since guests were already here this was the PERFECT solution to our problem. Service/Delivery was prompt and the app you can use on your phone was an added bonus. I will definitely be using Top Shelf again!

It took 2 hours for the delivery to get here. The app has no tracking. He didn’t follow my instructions to call upon arrival and irritated my neighbors. I called 3 times and they never gave me an accurate delivery time of when he would be there. He was rude. DO NOT USE THIS SERVOCE

App is so easy to use! My car didnt turn on and was supposed to get beer before my friends came over. Saw the app on the news and gave it a try and it was so easy to use and I got the beer before my friends showed up! Then I went to get my car battery.... haha

I have to say Topshelf lives up to its name. I ordered a bottle of Jack Daniels, a 6 pack of beer and a bottle of wine and it all showed up in less then 30 minutes! I was able to track my driver, text the driver my gate code to get into my complex and received an ETA. The driver was really friendly, verified my ID and then it was a done deal. So simple and painless! This is definitely the future of alcohol delivery!
