The workers were nice but the quality of the “wine” they put in the slush is terrible and sweet. If you like sweet, cheap wine then you’ll love it… however I was expecting it to not have such wine aftertaste, you can barely taste the other flavors.Also, my husband ordered a hurricane and they definitely gave him straight cherry (which is the one flavor he didn’t want). Unless the hurricane tastes like straight up cherry, then that also only deserves one or two stars. Good experience, not the best drinks… thank god we got triple shots of rum or else I would’ve thrown it out.

Showed up to get a drink and there was no response. It says open, the lights are all on and my partner and I were waiting for 10 minutes along with another customer - who had been there for who knows how long - until she called the building, no response and left a message. There was no sign to say if they were on lunch, break, nada! Pretty disappointing. 😕

Went in to order, only to be standing around for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. Guy at the register was clueless and didn’t know much about the drinks. While there I seen a roach crawling on the wall (gross). Received my drink with a long hair on the rim. DEFINITELY will not be back!!!

I usually enjoy coming into Eskimo Hut but things have changed recently. There was a man by the name of Michael who I asked about a specific drink and his response was “I don’t know ma’am, alcohol is for the devil”. I was completely taken aback by this. Personal preference is cool but as a customer that’s the last thing I was hoping to hear, and from an employee. The drink was good. Service mediocre. Probably won’t return.

Was to sweet like ask her I didnt want cant taste the extra shots but she was ready to put that dollar in her purse that she took out of the tip jar 😏 will not be going over there anytime soon terrible daiquiri.

Girl at the register was rude for no reason. Her overall customer service was horrible. Other then her the drinks slapped, and the place was nice and super clean. Customer service will make or break any experience.

I was going to put 4 stars due to the video board menu kinda easily throwing you off but I cant knock em there. Its extremely clean smiling service and great frozen drinks and much more... do yourself a favor and check it out

Longhorn daiquiri is wayyyy better!! This place gave me stomach aches and drinks kinda sucked. Too much syrup not enough alcohol.

I normally don’t right reviews but I went in today and the Hispanic dude that was taking orders at about 4:30 pm was very rude. I asked him something about the drink I was interested in but never had before he was very short instead of explaining it. I feel that is bad customer service simple fact is us as customers may have a few questions about the different drinks as well as which ones are stronger and what’s in the drink and wouldn’t mind a little explanation if we have questions. Good customer service takes you a long way. FYI if you don’t like your JOB it’s nothing to find you a new one instead of treating people that are spending their money like POOP......

Lowest prices on beer.Update from 5 stars to 1, the new guy working at the register wont scan the products from the freezer and will type his owne price I have prove from purchases made regularly, and the laddys will tip themselves even after saying no tip.NEVER COMING BACK.

Service is great and the Sunday Funday special is always a go to. Jell-O shots are good as well as the gummy bears.

This is the place to go. The workers are awesomely friendly and out going. Im totally sprung on their Tiger blood margarita!!! They have my business 4 days out of a week.

We were trying to make a quick trip but that did not happen! Literally 30 minutes just waiting on our daiquiri to be made. The bigger guy in the back had NO sense of urgency, gave 0 fs about his job, and just acted like he did t want to be there. The poor guy on the register was in the back trying to help all he could. Worst experience EVER! 2 customers left because no one at the register for over 30 minutes to take orders was enough for them. We nearly ask for our money back. I made a joke about adding a couple Jell-O shots because of the wait ( another customer was like yeah for real) and he didn’t even say anything and turned around. I can not stand lazy!

Quick and kind service. Got the bluebonnet and the little mermaid along with the sour popper and gummy worms. Everything was delicious! Will visit again.

The daiquiris are made with rum which totally overpowers any fruit flavor. The prices are cheap but Id rather pay more and have a higher quality liquor in my daiquiri. The rum would probably go with anything with pineapple or coconut and still taste ok.

If I ever move outside of a 10 mile radius of this establishment I will be so sad, because this place is great. Service is never bad, drinks have been consistent for almost a year now and the price is right for the convenience factor.

Well lets start with I really developed a taste for Daiquiris in louisiana, having said that, these are the closest Ive found in Austin ! Great taste, great flavors and perfect smooth ice ! Plus lots of extras goodies to be had !

It was pretty good! We got a few jello shots as well as a drink. The one with peach rings felt like the rings were too globby and big but otherwise the drink we got (pina colada and blue coconut mixed) and the other shot (watermelon) were good. There isnt this longer list of drinks online so Im posting it here.

This place has to definitely be my favorite place to go for daiquiris! whenever Im in the mood for a quick drink or near by. The service is friendly, fast and always neat and clean inside the store. I wished they had more than one location because unfortunately I live at least 30 mins away so I dont really get to stop by as often as I would like to. Today I order a large drink which cost be a bout $8.74 with tax which is for sure a better price than Paradise on ice or 11° degrees. The drink overall was great just wish it had a little bit more liquor in it but overall it always gets the job done to give me the buzz Im looking for!

These are great, but they’re wine based and the flavoring can be a bit strong for me personally. They’re best if you stick to a single flavor or maybe 2!! Cherry tastes like cough medicine tho :/

If I could give a 0 star I would. My husband and I went there arriving at 11:29pm and the door was locked. The employees looked at us through the door and said they were closed. Google and the business door stated they close at midnight yet they would not let us in. There were 3 cars of customers that were turned away while we were there. Who’s to say there was not more.

They guys always make sure the client is satisfied. Someone picked my order on accident and they made sure I got mine right. I was mad at the customer who left in a rush with the drink I had ordered, but the employees were very nice to make me what I wanted! Take care of them they are very helpful

RUDE staff at this location and the alcohol is Wine based aka terrible hangovers even without catching a buzz. I recommend a Route 44 ( Ocean Water) from sonic and a bottle of real Malibu rum you bring yourself. It will be alot cheaper and way better quality in buzz/flavor and value for you dollar.

This company been a favorite for 20 years. I moaning about there not being an eskimo hut in Austin, and lo and behold they put one in. Adult sno cones. What more could you want from life? Tuesday is the best with the triple shot special.

I’m always craving the daiquiri bar experience. I’ve always been disappointed that no where in Austin provides this service until I found the Eskimo hut. This place is smaller with limited seating, which is no problem because most everything is to-go anyway. It’s always clean. The staff have always been super helpful and keep a good vibe in the place. There are so many options! I honestly wish there were more of these places. Totally recommend!

Man, the frozen drinks are off the chain good! Just stopped in on whim to get a drink to go... couldnt wait to get home since I dont drink and drive. When I got there I expected it to be melted and not get good but it was still thick and delish..and it had some serious kick. Will go back for sure

My sister told me about this place so I had to check it out. I ordered the pink frost and it was delicious! All of the drinks are flavored and have a wine/rum base. It was pretty good and I loved that I could take it home to enjoy instead of sitting in a bar. Ill have to try it again just to taste the other flavors.

If youve never been to Eskimo out youre in for a big surprise... The place is amazing and funny enough right next door is a public monument where you can go and have a drink... What I recommend not ordering anything bigger than a medium on your first visit

The daiquiris tasted like cough syrup. Very nasty. I bought two different flavors & literally both tasted like medicine!! Im not sure about the quality of other products (jello shots..etc) but I was not satisfied at all. Waste of money. Not worth the purchase. 😞
