Such a shame we wasted our time coming here (we came from San Antonio to visit this store). The gentleman seemed polite as he greeted us when we walked in, the female couldn’t be bothered to even look up. They both stayed with their heads down on their computers as we browsed the store. There’s so much on display, we had tons of questions. It would have been nice if either of them stopped their computer work for a minute to see if we needed help. As we walked towards the front to leave, once again, the female associate couldn’t be bothered to even look up. The man asked if “we’re good” as we were on our way out the door. My suggestion, make yourselves available to the customers in the store, while they’re in the store. These people act like they’re too busy to be bothered (despite the fact that the store was empty). It’s too bad, because I was in love with Kohler faucets and hardware for our new home. I’ll take my money elsewhere instead. Update - Ferguson is right down the road - AMAZING customer service from the moment you enter, and they have Kohler products as well! Much better option and huge selection.

With all the supply chain issues going on we were pretty down about finding our shower parts until we found Robyn. She went above and beyond in helping us, and this was at the last minute. She followed up and checked in with us until everything arrived. Her service made a huge difference for us in helping us plan and make appropriate selections.

Beautiful showroom and kind staff. I love coming to this showroom and we love our Kohler fixtures. There are special offers and pricing inside the showroom so give them a visit. It’s so beautifully done!

We enjoyed visiting the showroom in person to see fixtures, but we have not been happy with service. We ordered faucet on 2/6 and it has not been delivered to the store yet for pickup. We ordered other products online from the company and they were delivered to our home with a 25% discount and shipped for free within a week. We were told the faucet was delivered to the warehouse last week and we could go pick up, but that is so inconvenient. We asked to have it brought to the store on Friday 3/5 since that is close to husbands work, as of 3/12 it was not there yet. Hope this is resolved soon.

The KOHLER Signature Store give a wide breath of options for bathroom designs. Karen did a great job of guiding us from the conceptual phase to the product specifications. She held our hand through the ordering process and made sure we got our material through these complex times.

I work with this Kohler location often when handling orders for my clients and I cannot say enough good things about this team!I first started working with Laurie and had a wonderful experience. She is so personable and warm when consulting with customers and makes you feel like you are her first and only priority. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that our orders are filled on time, our questions are answered, and we have a great experience each time we speak with her.More recently I have been working with Karen. Karen has been an unstoppable force when it comes to getting us what we need and when we need it. She has worked outside of her normal business hours several times just to help us meet a deadline solely because she knows it is important to us, gone beyond her inner-network of resources to find answers, and accommodated (and exceeded) our difficult requests. While doing all of those things, she has maintained her incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuine character.When I call the store, Robin is often the one who answers the phone. She is always a friendly voice ready to direct your call or answer a quick question. The moment you set foot in that store she will greet you with a smile.As I said before, I cannot say enough good things about this team! It should be illegal to place a store here at 120 day delivery it’s pointless. Recent error would’ve caused a total 240 day process and how dare you do this to your employees, taking away their commissions when clients are left in horrible situations. No customer should go through this

Definitely one of the prettiest showrooms in Austin. I had no idea it was a one stop shop. You can design you’re whole kitchen and all the bathrooms from floor to ceiling in here! The vignettes hit everything from modern to traditional. A little bit of everyone’s tastes. The representatives are extremely helpful and non pushy at all. Wonderful experience!

I am a local builder here in Austin, and the Kohler Store has been amazing for me!! First off I would like to give a shout out to Mark Olson. He is amazing and always takes care of me! I love sending in clients so they can get their hands on the items in the store as it’s difficult to get a real feel for them online. Mark and the Kohler Store have been wonderful in dealing with returns, refunds, delivery, and ETA of product. I HIGHLY recommend!!

We moved into an older farm house, that needed the bathroom remodeled. I wanted to keep the farmhouse feel, but add a few modern touches. I was greeted by Courtney when I walked into the Kohler show room. I had an idea of what I wanted, but she put all the pieces together, to give me the perfect look and function. She has a great eye for design, and even convinced me to go with a different finish, to make it stand out. It ended up being perfect. Long story short, I loved the store, and Courtney is a Rock Star!

Were happy we wandered in here before we finalized our bathroom remodel -- we found not only great inspiration, but great customer service! Courtney and the other salespeople have been in our corner every step of the way, and Brian in the warehouse has been hugely helpful, too. Everyone has acted out of an interest in our happiness and satisfaction -- and they understand how stressful a remodel can be. They even provided some loaner fixtures (at no charge!) to us while we wait for a backordered item to arrive. Highly recommend!

Again, Mark Olson has exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to locate another Kohler product for me that no one else could find and got it to me in record time. His attitude was customer-friendly and his follow up was unmatched. I plan to contact him for all my future remodel needs. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!

After deciding to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen, I first stopped at the Kohler Signature Store. I was warmly greeted by Deb Schrade and was impressed by the beautiful selection of products and display sets. Deb was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest in her opinions and issued no hard sales tactics. She advised me on all the items I was interested in, gave accurate delivery time frames and genuinely seemed interested in my project and making it just what we wanted. She was aware I wasn’t ordering everything from their store, but that didn’t matter, she just wanted it to be a beautiful project for us. I highly recommend KSS and would definitely ask for Deb to consult with!

Ive worked with the Kohler Signature Store on many projects since they opened. Their showroom is beautiful and their product selection & Kohler quality is outstanding. Ive worked the most directly with Courtney. She is very knowledgeable and always very friendly. I highly recommend them for any new construction project or renovation (of any size)!

We were remodeling our bath we shopped other stores. We were not satisfied at all. We came across the Kohler store. Jason our sales consultant was great from the beginning of the sale to the end. He answered all our questions and was in contact with us through our order. If Jason was unavailable the other staff was just as helpful. Thank you Kohler staff

Id have to say Im very disappointed of the visit we made to the store yesterday. Originally from San Antonio we made it our priority to leave early in the morning to beat the morning traffic, we arrived roughly at 9am only to find out the store didnt open until 10.. ok.. so we went around the corner had some breakfast until it was opening time. We walked in to see the first things by the entrance that were just so pretty.. we got greeted only by the male salesman... we walked a few more feet and he asked if he could help us. Our first question was if the store was only a showroom, the sales person stated they were also a sales store.. GREAT.. he asked what we were looking for.. we explained and he guided us to the back.. about 20min later we made our final decision.. our cost would be somewhere around $200.. not a big sale but we came to the store cause we saw they had what we were looking for. So we let the salesman know, he went over to the table where his laptop was at and started to push buttons, then said his connection to the internet was not working.. the female sales person stated she was online.. and he refused to listen.. he grabbed a book and asked for my husbands name and phone number ( he gave mine ) and stated as soon as his computer came up he would call us and run the sale over the phone, we said ok. Even before walking out the female stated again she was online but the Male again payed no attention.. the female never once started shed help us and/or take over. Anyhow we thanked the make and left. WE NEVER GOT A CALL! If our sale wasnt worth it, then why not advertise that a minimum $$ amount has to be purchased? Coming from San Antonio, I truly felt that our trip was worthless. If you have bought from this location and had a great experience, then great for you... if you have yet to visit, please dont use my review to stop you from visiting.. Im only sharing our personal experience.

The Kohler Signature Store is a great place to go when you want authentic Kohler products! The staff are great and very knowledgeable on everything Kohler. They have the ability to put together a 3d rendering that shows you exactly what the product will look like in your home -- and the price for the rendering is VERY fair. I suggest going into the Signature Store and putting together the perfect build list for your next project.

This place is terrible! My girlfriend and I are currently remodeling her house,and we waited over a week for the fixtures to arrive and they never came. This is really bad for a store that is high end like this. Shame on you Kohler! Do not shop here, they keep all their inventory at a warehouse that has shipping delays and they charge extra to ship to your house. They will make you go pick it up. I will not recommend this place at all.

Courtney Forsha was awesome. She helped me out on several occasions.One day, I was running by the Kohler Store in the Arboretum area. I thought that’s cool to have a storefront Kohler store. I thought I drop by and see what it was about. I met Courtney. She was very nice and helpful to better understand what Kohler products were available.She was so patience with me to see what my options were on the shower arrangement that I was looking to upgrade my master bath/steam room. I was looking for some nice rain showerheads to replace the old ones., and install a new shower wand to bath my 2 dogs. We had some constraints to work with. She demonstrated a couple showerheads and wands in the store. That was really nice. She saw what I liked and knew what my constraints were so she did her research and emailed me with several options.She put together a great proposal and was pleased with the overall experience with the Kohler Store.For any future remodeling requiring bathroom or kitchen fixtures, I would definitely go back to Courtney or the Kohler Store to get assistance. They are the BEST!
