Visited Audi on a whim to drive the new e-tron. Unlike Tesla, who we found to be impossible to set up a test drive with, this Audi dealership was amazing. Jaden, our salesperson, greeted us and took us on our test drive. And somehow, 5 hours later, we ended up walking out having purchased the e-tron GT. Throughout our time there, Jaden was attentive and friendly. The GM was also pretty amazing. They somehow sold us on the GT without being pushy, aggressive, or “sales-y”. You leave somehow feeling like you’ve made new friends.

My own review copied over from Yelp:The service departments terrible incompetence is just beyond belief.My car is under warranty, and recently I started hearing grinding noises when I hit the break after a cold start, so I went to their service department for a diagnosis - set me back $189. Then after 4 days, they called and told me there was nothing wrong, and they just cleaned off some dirt. I was skeptical but picked up my car anyway. I confirmed with the advisor that if I hear the noise again I could just bring the car back.The very next week I started hearing the same noise again. Obviously they didnt fix anything. I called the service department and told them they didnt fix the problem, and guess what, they told me its normal. Like, what?? If it was normal, why didnt you tell me the first time around and instead took $189 from me and did a diagnosis that failed to find the cause of the noise? Also, if my car didnt have this problem before and now it does, its NOT NORMAL! I am still wondering what I paid the $189 diagnosis fee for, because clearly they failed at diagnosing it.Also - if you want ANY service, you typically have to book appointments 3 weeks in advance. When I drove a Toyota I could often make same-day or next-day appointments! I just cant comprehend why this Audi dealership offer so few appointment slots. Arent they supposed to have better service than most other dealerships??

Absolutely outstanding experience. This dealership does not make you feel like you are buying a car. It’s a very unique culture of great people. AJ Patel, was beyond fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about him and the overall experience of working with him. It was the first time in my life that I enjoyed myself in a car dealership. I’ve been bringing my 2015 Audi Q5 to this location since I had it shipped to Texas from Hawaii in 2017. I’ve never experienced an unpleasant moment when I’ve brought my car in for service at this Audi location! My service technician Enrique always greets me by name, ask about my family and has a friendly smile on his face! He’s very knowledgeable about Audi’s and keeps me updated via text, email on all the repair work. Maintenance to my vehicle has always been performed in a timely professional manner and there are never any unexpected surprises! Keep up the GREAT work Audi North Austin!

Johnny working in the Service dept has been incredibly helpful the last two visits. I had to leave this review. He swayed my decision to buy an Audi. Also when I went into get car inspection that I had scheduled online and when I arrived, it was clear that it had not registered in the system. Instead of throwing his hands up about not having an appointment, Johnny immediately helped me. Within less than the stated time frame, I was back in my car washed and inspected. Answered all of my questions and I was properly taken care of.Advice: hire more people like Johnny :)

Audi North Austin and Service Advisor Enrique Garcia have been taking great care of my wifes car for the past two years. Thankfully, her car has been quite reliable. Most visits are for routine service and dont require a long wait. Enrique has been good about reminding us to book lengthier services far enough out to reserve a loaner car. I would note to anyone considering buying an Audi that both this dealership and the one on IH-35 South have a limited fleet of loaners. It is typically 3 to 4 weeks out before appointments with loaners are available, so if you have unexpected maintenance issues pop up, you may need to rely on others for a ride or plan to rent a car.

The entire audi team at this dealership is extremely friendly and knows how to put customer at the ease during the buying process! I have been a loyal Audi customer for years, and have had wonderful experiences in the past but my most recent visit left me very frustrated. My primary complaint was poor communication and not the work on my car.I dropped off my car due to an oil leak and a few days later, I was sent a text and email with service options and left on my own to figure out what service options to choose.I tried calling to talk to someone in service about the recommendations for my car multiple times because I had questions and never got to talk to a human until I came in to pick up my car.I left multiple messages to have a callback and it wasnt until I told the operator days later that I was still waiting to hear from someone that I got a voicemail from Tyler Garrett saying that the parts were in for my car and that the car would be done soon. I never got to have a consult, they just did the work.When I arrived I immediately explained my frustration and was told that Audi moved to an automated text and email system and that if I wanted to speak to someone on the phone next time that I had to have a note added to my account for the future. What kind of customer service is this? I know its NOT delivering a 5-star experience for the customers.During my visit, I had conversations with Tyler and his boss, Marc Furrer about my poor service experience. Both seemed to listen to my issues, were professional and friendly. Im posting this review in hopes that Audi North Austin can improve because I love Audi and I know they can do better.

Buying experience was great. Dropped it off today for some items that needed to be looked at, had an appointment, dropped the car off at 9am, Called back at 6pm, they told me the car had not even been looked at because my tech was not at work. Not a good start.*Update-They got someone to look at it first thing the next day.Update, October 30, still no resolution to my issue. Called parts, they don’t know anything and they transferred me to service. Service wanted to transfer me to parts…horrible!

I must say this dealership is the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership I have experienced. And that is not among the luxury cars dealership. Our other car is Subaru and their Austin dealership service is million light years better than Audi.I called in to schedule an oil change yesterday. The lady told me there was nothing for the rest of the month of September. We left at Id call again to schedule later. She called me back in 5 minutes to ask if I could come as a walk-in early morning next day and theyll be able to get it done. I specifically asked how long would it take because I cant leave my car for more than 3 hours. She assured me that should be more than enough.I rush this morning. Drop off my daughter at school and got at the dealership at 8:00. She didnt remember me which I can understand. Once she remembered, she talked to the service advisor if they could take me in. These so-called advisors have extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and borderline obnoxious attitude. I have been at the dealership about 5 times so far and it is the same experience with most of them. I just had one pleasant encounter with one advisor. Unfortunately, I dont see him there anymore.The advisor had the attitude as if I was a crazy person expecting a service as walk-in. Both the lady and I explained that I wasnt coming as walk-in. I was ASKED to come in. I asked about how long would it be, they said they couldnt take. More than likely wont be until end of the day (around 6 PM). I asked for a loaner, they said all loaners are booked until mid-October. They offered a drop off. But I have other errands that I couldnt do the whole day.My bad review is not so much about not being able to service the car. If they had told me yesterday it would take more than 8 hours, I would have declined right away. But more than that, its the attitude and manners they treat you. I have had Mercedes, Lexus and Acura in past. This dealership staff is not even in the same league when it comes to customer service and pleasant customer experience.Bottom line, I am not going back to this Audi dealership any more for service. My wife loves Audi. Thats why we have this car. They do make good cars but Audi needs to set some basic standards for their dealership service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I very rarely leave reviews but my experience here was so totally awful I had to say something. I have always heard pretty bad things about getting your car fixed at the dealership, but I had no idea it would be such an awful experience. I dropped my car off Friday morning at 745 am to get the beam on top of my headlight fixed with the impression I would be getting my car delivered back to me later that day. They send me the estimate trying to get me to buy a brand new headlight, that is literally working fine. I try getting ahold of them all day Friday to discuss the estimate and no one answers from the service department. Then Saturday I try again, no call back and no answer. Monday same thing, and by this point I am just trying to get my car delivered so I can take it to get fixed somewhere else, no answer or call back. Same thing Tuesday. Now we are here on Wednesday, I finally get a call back and they say I have to wait for a manager to reach out so I can discuss getting my car back. The manger finally calls only to tell me that they delivery guy is booked out a week in advance ( which makes zero sense considering they offered me the service on Friday telling me I would have it back later that day) so I have to drive 25 minutes to come pick up my completely unfixed car. I am very easy going and understanding for people who work in service but this was just the worst experience of my life. A huge waste of time and energy. I would recommend taking your car absolutely anywhere else.

Audi North Austin Service Department is by far the worst Audi Service Department I’ve dealt with. Today was my third time choosing them to try and get my car serviced, and again it was a disappointment. Each time you speak with someone you get a different answer, no one is ever competent in their job to give the customer the answer they need. It’s everyone from the call center, advisors at the location and even the manager. Last time I shared this feedback with Mark who said he’d work on his team and seem to take the feedback, three months later the team still gives me different answers and Mark just has the same I’ll talk to the team. Every time you call South Austin Audi they have a solid confident answer and are ready to help you. I live in North Austin but it seems I will need to take the drive to south sadly.

Truly terrible service department. They tried to diagnose a rear door on a q5 which would not raise all the way. Estimated $700 to fix some bent bolts and brackets. Apparently that did not address the problem, so they wanted to charge $2700 to replace the motors. I declined and they simply stopped work apparently and did not reinstall the cover and gave it back to me in much worse functional shape than when it started. And they didn’t even tell me about it so I found out later when the cover is lying on the floor of the rear compartment and the door won’t raise now but halfway. This is after the experience of dealing with the service reps attitude. This service department has me considering other brands entirely after 15 years. Truly awful.

I leased a car back in October, the whole process was so easy. It wasn’t like the terrible experiences with other dealerships where I felt pressured to make a decision right away. Corbin and RG worked with me to understand what I wanted in a car and allowed me to look at and test drive several options. Once I had decided the whole process was quick and painless. They walked me through every detail so I understood what I was signing, didn’t pressure me to add anything I didn’t need, and I was in and out of there in no time. The process was very easy and they catered to my needs in purchasing my vehicle. I bought one of my luxury dream cars from them. My sales representative name was Eon. Eon took care of every need for my purchasing experience. He was accessible through the process, he has a great spirit, and very knowledgeable about cars. Everyone needs a Eon at their dealership. Went in for a tire change and a diagnostic since my very old car was having lots of issues and driving poorly. I didnt expect much good news but I at least expected for a fair diagnostic for the insane price I paid. I pulled off the lot with my new tire and info about needing a new catalytic converter and 10 minutes later my car was smoking like crazy. this didnt happen previously. I called in about it and asked if they knew what it could be they had no clue. I asked if I can bring it back (it has only been 20 minutes since I pulled out the lot) so they can recheck to see what could be causing the intense smoking. They said they would have to charge me FULL PRICE for another diagnostic. While conversing about this on the phone, they seemed a lot more annoyed with me then i was with them because of my concern with this issue.Seems a bit unfair but unlucky I guess.

I was told my car was ready to be picked up and the service department opened at 6 am.I then proceeded in letting the Audi employee know I was on my way with my husband to pick up my car so I wouldn’t need to worry about a ride to work. The employee let me know that the car wash did not open until 9 and he would have my car first in line and that I could pick it up anytime after 9am. Me looking forward to a newly serviced & clean car I said okay I’ll wait until then. I came to the dealership at 10 am to pick up my car and received it back dirtier then when I brought it in. I wasn’t to happy that I waited on picking up my car because it was supposed to be getting my car washed. It caused even more of an inconvenience. I had to Uber to work that morning at 8 and then to the dealership at 10 (all my choice for waiting to pick up after car wash) and then had to go to a car wash afterwards. There is just something about going to Audi for the quality of their services and then picking up my very dirty unwashed car that didn’t sit well with me that day. Long story short please don’t make promises to customers that you can’t keep. That is all.

Part of the annual service is washing the car after service is completed. I was disappointed that my car had not been washed when I came to pick it up. The service advisor had left for the day but the staff who were there apologized that it had not been washed and they took care of it. After waiting about a half hour they returned with my newly washed car which I very much appreciated. I think this was just an oversight by the service advisor who was not my normal service advisor. In the future I will be sure to schedule with my regular service advisor, Mike Loughlin.

Other than the parts department having the parts I needed on short notice one time this dealership has been nothing short of a hassle.Tried buying a car here and struggled to even get a sales persons attention and even then couldnt get their time for more than a few minutes. Drove to Audi South and bought a car the same day.Tried getting service here and it was a 2 day ordeal just to get a tire swapped under warranty.All in all if you have to get your Audi serviced this unfortunately is the closest one for all of North Austin and surrounding areas so its too bad this one isnt a bit more organized but after having three underwhelming experiences well just make the trek down to south Austin from now on.

From the initial greeting to driving off the lot in the newly acquired Audi, the service provided was exceptional and by far exceeded expectations of the auto buying experience. Maria Rockwell was entirely dedicated in ensuring the sale process went over smoothly. With each obstacle that had presented itself, she navigated the hurdles and ensured the car buying experience was engaging and not over bearing in information or setbacks.When first walking through the doors, the receptionist greeted myself and my co-signer within a timely manner. At which point, Maria had engaged us and proceeded to invite us to her desk, going as far as obtaining another chair to accommodate the pair of potential Audi consumers.After going through the appropriate greetings, the discussion elevated to the desired vehicle and a price range which would not stress me. After exploring the option(s) between the Audi A4, A6, and A8, she presented a pair of reasonable options. Once a desired model was selected, the sales agent had ran the possible monthly payments through various interest rates at 4.5% and 7%. She promptly then called for the vehicle which spurred the most interest to display its various features before continuing with a test drive. During the test drive, she demonstrated a keen knowledge of the driving options the A4 had to offer.Post test drive, Maria persistently accepted and overcame the challenges that had presented themselves throughout the car buying experience. She had not allowed the few setbacks to deter her determination in achieving the goal of ours to drive off with our desired Audi. She was ever present at each question and concern, guiding us through address verification and later on insurance issues. Her calm demeanor helped us in maintaining an optimistic attitude throughout the entire process.Finally, the closing steps in obtaining the vehicle was achieved by Kyle in Finance. He thoroughly went into the details of the various plans Audi had to offer before aiding us in deciding on the platinum plan and extending our initial intended 66 month(s) payment plan to a 72 month(s) payment plan. His jubilant demeanor eased over a rather dreaded process.Overall, the experience at Audi of North Austin was a memorable one. The team is more than dedicated to ensure the consumer is comfortable and well informed through each step of the process. I was very disappointed with the lady at front desk name Amy. She was very aggressive and rude. Just because I didn’t want to pursue any more services that she has recommended? I have already spent over $400 on the key service, I did not want to spend any more for now. And on top of that I didn’t even get a clean car wash on my classic 2002 Audi TT! Does someone has to spend over $1000 just to even get a car wash?I almost consider buying an Audi SUV for my wife, but with the experience that I have at your Audi dealer, I rather go buy a Lexus. At least with their simple service such as an oil change, I got a full car wash and vacuum inside my Lexus. If my 2002 Audi TT convertible ever has issues I would never go back to your dealer. I rather go to the Audi on the South side.You need to trained your employees that work in the front desk to be more understanding and attentive to the customers’ needs and wellbeing.

Our visor unit on drivers side pulled out of top of car. I pulled into the dealer and they immediately serviced the car, replaced the visor unit and did it under warranty(auto purchase only 3 moths old). I was on the road again in 20 minutes. They were the BEST!!

We had an awesome experience with Audi North Austin. Right from the reception to appointment to test drive until purchase everything went very smooth. And our sales person AJ (Atish Patel) was fantastic. Without him we would not be driving our new car!! He made sure that we get the exact car we were looking for!! He was very helpful and was always there to address all our queries and concerns. He also helped us with trading in our old vehicle without we having to do anything. And their finance team was superb too and helped us in every way and never tried to sell me something that is not needed. Both AJ and the finance team guided us very well throughout the process. I joined the Audi family of dealerships because my husband has enjoyed his A8 so much. Although my car is new, roadside nails and construction in the area have resulted in visits to the service department. Thus far, those events have been successful; as was my latest visit last week after my check engine light came on. I marched into the service area, incensed that my three month old vehicle needed “service.” Noone laughed when I was informed that I’d failed to properly close my gas cap. My keys were returned to me and I drove quickly away — with a clean, vacuumed car. Thanks North Austin Audi Service Departjent. Next time, check the gas cap before storming the dealership!

I made an appointment for regularly scheduled maintenance and let them know I would wait. When I arrived the maintenance team said it would take all day. I love too far away to get an Uber and they didn’t have a loaner available like I’ve used in the past. After taking the day off work, I have to now reschedule. The only excuse I received was they should have let you know it was an all day service. Please update your policy to let people know what the estimated service time is when scheduling so people don’t waste their time.

Car was not detailed at all. Service was preformed that I didnt request - the advisor took that off. Went to drive the vehicle home, was unable to because of the tires being completely loose. Had to get vehicle towed home. Advisor states that the mechanic drove the vehicle around - when it wouldnt of been possible without hearing the lug nuts barely keeping the tires on. Was so disappointed that I didnt even want to drive back to the dealership and waste my time with them and have to get a ride back home. Not going to Audi North again.

I can not recommend this place more highly. I showed up to buy a car, and Corbin already had a list of comparable vehicles for sale to show me exactly where they landed in price competition. They had a vehicle inspection report, car fax, and basically any other document you could ask for ready to go. They offered and incredible deal, and made the process, quick, simple, and smooth. My purchase was for a used car, that ended up having a minor problem which could not have been foreseen by anyone. I called and they were quick to offer a helping hand and provide a fix even though they did not have any obligation to do so. It’s very apparent that the entire crew here, from receptionist to manager and everyone in between really cares about the people that walk through the door. They’ll have a repeat customer in me. Do yourself and favor and go see them.

By far the worst dealership (of any brand) Ive experienced. They do Audi a disservice and are a disgrace as a service business.--SALES--Theyve lied to me on what was available for order and pressured me to buy a car on their lot. I ended up dealing with the San Antonio Audi dealer over the phone just to get the car I wanted (which they ordered as it wasnt on their lot either)--SERVICE--Every time Ive had my car serviced, theyve:- Lost some of my personal items from the car during cleaning- Asked that I give them a 5-star rating to help them out- Never asked how satisfied I was with the service (which is ironic given the above about ratings)- Provided a phone number to call for updates that leads nowhere in their system- Never provided an equivalent loaner to my car being serviced- Taken an entire day to perform scheduled maintenance (which is basically a multi-point inspection and fluids change)This last time, they didnt even have a loaner, so I was without a car for a full day.

Been a customer at this location for 3 years and never had an issue leaving my vehicle for service and getting a complementary loaner. Scheduled my appointment a week early as usual and they waited last minute to tell me I couldnt get a loaner vehicle. They provided a lyft, but i have a full schedule. Also see lack of professionalism, definitely taking my service somewhere else.
