Always great sales along with a great product variety. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I miss the 40% off one item coupon, but I think the sales got better so it all works out in the wash.

Found everthing I needed to complete the re-decorating of the lower half of my home. The best part was that most everything I bought was 50% off at the register.SUPER AWESOME

For choice of artificial flowers they are unbeatable. Kids are getting crazy there. I bought paint for small ones, canvas and toys.Its a perfect one stop shop experience.

As I walked in, a young lady looked up and greeted me. Being that I was in a hurry I went to her and asked where an item was that i was in search of. She noticed that i was in a hurry and dropped what she was doing and took me straight the the popsicle sticks that i was looking for. Im all about customer service and she provided just that. I wish I could remember her name.....thanks Hobby Lobby!

As always I enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby. Very organized and clean. Music is very pleasant as I do the shopping. Cashiers are very courteous and helpful.

Great place for the artistic items needed for my project and the employees are extremely helpful, if you just ask. Hesitant at first, but found I was in the wrong section, walked over by an employee to the right area and then she even found someone who could find my item immediately, and did.

I ordered a picture frame in the store and was told that it would be delivered Friday and that I would get a call from the store when it was ready. Friday comes and I don’t receive a call. So, I go up to the store on Saturday to be told that they don’t have the frame and that the warehouse probably didn’t have it.The manager showed little to no empathy for the situation and did not even help me find the nearest store that would have the frame I ordered.Very unprofessional staff and manager.

They have A LOT of stuff for hobbies, naturally. I went in there looking for small decorative rocks for a fantasy scene like a crystal bed or sparkly geode... pretty disappointed to find a very small section of bulk rocks, not much selection.

Not a knock on hobby lobby but this one had its fair share of tweakers looking to fixate on crafts. Theyre harmless but it felt like every random person wanted to small talk when we were shopping. Kinda hated that but it was a clean store with polite workers so Id go back.

I believe Ive been to this store ONE other time, Im not even sure WHY!!! This place is amazing, OMG. I went to pick up a door hanger ONLY, for work, and ended up getting a few other things. This place is the Target of craft supplies. You go in for one thing and leave with ten. They also have A LOT. I went in for the most random thing and they had it! Cheaper than online! I love Hobby Lobby. I gave 4 stars rather 5 because it can be hard to find help. When you do find help they’re great. Pro tip: if you do need help ask the cashiers which if you’re at the back of the store is 1726368 steps away hahaha!

Massive store with a huge selection and friendly staff.

I used to love Hobby Lobby. They have a great variety of good, decor, and really good discounts. But the quality of the goods seems to have diminished. Also the checkout lanes are incredibly slow and sometimes the checkout staff are a bit mean to customers. There are very few staff that run the floor, if you need help finding something.

As a long-time crafter, I love this place. Unfortunately they arent my first go-to for projects anymore because of their near ridiculous price increases. But nine times out of 10 they have what youre actually looking for in town and not online

I dont know what kind of humans work here, but every isle was perfect to a level i could not believe.. So I had to walk down every row..nothing was out of its place. I just dont know how they keep it that way..Hey this is one big giant store..I salute the workers and management...i am impressed

Place is so freaking awesome, I give it 2 stars instead of 5 stars because my son told me when I walked out of the store from standing in line because I forgot my wallet which I told my some ill be right back, the lady employee said after I walked out did yall see that he just walked out with with stuff, my son told her no he didnt he forgot his wallet and went out to get it, so when I came back in it was pretty embarrassing that all customers and employees were eyeballing me when I walked back in for accusing me of stealing.

Hobby Lobby has any and everything that you could ever wish and hope for and everything is nice and clean and neat and the sales reps are amazingly nice.

I love hobby lobby and the vast variety of items they have. But the lines always seem to take forever and the majority of the people working are nice enough and knowledgeable but definatly seem stressed out and cranky. And Ive noticed this way before the holidays..

Cute items but customer service is TRASH! One employee with red braids and a dirty, knock off LV mask refused to assist me completely when I asked the price of an item. An older lady with dark hair looked her nose at me and implied I had pulled off the tags. She called another lady who found the item and gave me a price based off of a similar item and told me to go back to the dark haired, older lady to get the price adjustment. When I went back up to the front, Samantha intercepted me and gave me a price that was three times the amount the other lady provided me. After going back and forth for a few minutes, the manager who witnessed the whole thing finally intervened and honored the price initial price provided to me. After The whole interaction made me feel super uncomfortable. I used to love to come in before my workout and browse to come up with ideas for my home and various projects but Im honestly going to pass from now on.

They are the go to place for craft supplies. But they have a ton of home deco too!

Daniel in the framing department was most helpful in getting me the best option for my custom frame. He even carried it up to the front for me and offered tips on how best to mount my piece of art. Super nice guy who deserves to be recognized for his stellar customer service!

I bought something cheap that broke and they wouldn’t let me return it because they said they can’t resale it. I tried to return it because they sold something of bad quality and the manager really made a scene in front of 20 customers. He accused me a using the the broken things when I did not. I even have a receipt and it was within the return window. I’ve never experienced this lol so ridiculous.I went to another Hobby Lobby and they accepted the return without an issue. . .
