My experience with Ideal furniture was great! I found them after searching for fair priced furniture for days. I went in a bit frustrated and was honestly tired of searching for furniture that wasn’t over priced. The owner was so nice and made me laugh despite the frustrating day I was having up until that point. While you do have to look through a catalog to pick out your furniture, the quality and turn around is fast! I went in during the evening hours so I had to wait until the next morning for my furniture to be delivered however if you go in early enough they will do a same day delivery! Lamar and his team of delivery personnel were the absolute best! They were very accommodating despite my extreme pickiness! I will definitely be back to get more furniture from them. In the meantime I’m enjoying my new queen bedroom suit.

Exceptional beard.. unexceptional service. Spoke with the business owner earlier this week about buying a new sectional with an ottoman. Although I had never done business with him before I was impressed by his demeanor and thought him to be earnest and trustworthy.The sectional was darker than it was online and had several holes in it, but he quickly assured me he would replace those. As well as provide a one year manufactures warranty if any defects occurred within the year. After we came to an agreement on price I was told we would have 7 days to check it out before returning. We wrote it out on a contract and signed, he told me he would deliver in two days time.On the day it was to be delivered I contacted him and asked him what time he would be on his way. He then told me that he would no longer willing to follow through with the agreement we signed and shook hands on because he was fearful we would use it and return it. After two days, he had two days to tell me he changed his mind and did not feel the need to call me.I liked the owner and thought him to be honest. Perhaps I am a poor judge of character, but what I do know is there is nothing more dangerous than entering into business with someone who’s not bound by their word. A word of caution to those seeking a business relationship with this company.

I saw this place on facebook so decided to pay it a visit. I was looking for living room furniture. There was only one couch in there. The gentleman told me that you had to order from a catalog. So, if you are wanting to shop around and browse before buying, this is not the place for you. The shop, however, was clean and the guy was friendly.

I came for a Uhual pick up, which is a service provided by this location advertised in the window, the owner was very rude. He was on the phone taking a personal call on speakerphone and seemed upset that her was being interrupted. Didn’t offer any assistance with my needs as a consumer. I wouldn’t buy anything from this place but honestly didn’t have anything to look at, maybe a mattress or two
