I don’t know if the drive up employee was having a bad day or what, but they did not even care to check to make sure this was the order even being picked up. He was rude and did not acknowledge anyone when being spoken to. I also think it’s a very bad look on office Max’s part to have an employee just drop my pick up order in the back of my vehicle this way. It should have been put in a bag or a box, plain and simple.
I went to fax off papers for my mom. The fax is very slow. About a min a page. I had 20 pages and $28 later. Go to the library if you arent in a rush.
Customer service rep was absolutely ZERO help. Placed an order Thursday (2/18) for ONE certificate to be printed on 110 card stock, went up Saturday to pick it up and was not ready, called on today (2/22) and was told when you place the order online it can take 4-7 business days for the order to be ready. I use Office Depots all over GA and AL for work and have NEVER heard of such thing! When asked if they could check receipt of my order, I was told they could not as they currently had a line. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous!
This stores is trash so unorganized, Barely enough employees, Management everywhere the company even think they are helping and tries to show up here and their which is no help, The chain of stores are horrible in general
Self service print stations are well maintained. Store is kept clean and tidy.
Picked up some prints. Mark provided excellent, friendly service and answered all our questions. Kevin at checkout was cheerful and most helpful. Will always return to this location because theyre great.
Love this location. Xavier helped me look for my canon laser printers toner cartilage. He stopped what he was doing and looked high & low on the shelves and offered to have the items shipped to my home. The other sales consultant, Witchel, stepped in to help as well. As a team they ordered my items and Witchel explained the difference in quality of items I could have ordered. I didnt feel rushed. I appreciate them for putting customers needs first, and working as a team to get the job completed. During this pandemic a nice gesture & great customer service goes a long way and is never over looked.

Most of time they take too long to serve you, last time I went to get some copies I requested 500 copies I think The guy was to lazy that he decide to give me only 240 he tough maybe she won’t notice but I decide to count every single copy so I went back I made a complain about it and looks like they did not care that much but definelly this location has a terrible service
Service center? Be ready to wait forever. Manager doesnt even care, theres people waiting that long, he has an excuse for it.
The fastest experience I’ve had in this place. The girl Isabella and the tall man were so nice and sweet . She did my labels so quick I was shocked mostly because she told me she just started working there that’s why I don’t know her that well. Good customer service and conversation. I’m very pleased with this location and willing to drive a little extra. Both of them need some type of promotions
Love this store, everyone is so nice and they let me drop my fed ex packages off without having to wait. Always helpful and polite. Can’t say enough good things about the employees there:)
Wow! Whomever is working the print shop this morning at Akers Mill in Atlanta was so rude to me. On two different calls! The first call I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I called back for a second question, as I was rushed off of the phone on the first call, she was even more rude acting like she did not hear me and hung up the phone. Great start to a beautiful Saturday, as I am trying to use your services to do something nice for someone in need.
I am here at the moment and I have been waiting for almost 25 minutes to get a copy made.This is the second time that I have visited this store recently and both times it was a long wait.It seems that there are not enough employees to handle the customers. In the past, when I have frequented this store, there have been two employees and service was much faster and efficient.
Horrible customer service and they dont know how to help anyone. I have done what I need sone several.times and these people just need to be trained better than they are. Im so tired of going into places to get help and not get it. You have one job ... help people. Do it!!
The clerk remembered me from before and that made it a very personal experience. He was great. A happy guy to be around. Kudos!

Not enough people work there. I went in to buy a printer ... had to go to Walmart because no one was available or willing to assist me. They didnt have much inventory on the floor - frustrating. The check out folks are friendly but the employees working the printing area are very chilly.
Quiet, calm atmosphere. Great customer service, these people take their time to listen to your concerns and your wishes before doing it the way you want it. Thumbs up!
Well...my husband had my birthday present sent to them. He went the one on Atlanta and they didnt have the canvas he wanted the picture on..they called East West store and apparently they have it. Ok, no problem right...wrong. He is in a rock band and he had practice for a very important show coming up. The YOUNG lady said she did not have an order (in which he had already paid for) so he had to call Atlanta store and all she had to do was to check her email. The girl didnt know much of what she was doing and long story short...he was 1 hour late for practice because of her negligence and helping other people making him wait. Me, I would have just about exploded to her..and I am not that type person. Get people that care and know what to do.
Went to purchase binders & was happy to find a good sale on them. Store is clean & well stocked.
This location is always so understaffed. I have walked out many times because I couldnt get anyone to check me out. Now, I have tried store pickup 2 times and both were not right. The workers are trying, they are always nice when I actually see them. They need to hire a few more hands.
The only person that is helpful is Dominique... She was the only one at the service center and had a line full of people and no one came to help her. She works with a smile on her face and seems to be the only one that provides excellent customer service
I went to buy another name and number stamp at the Lithia Springs location, I was advised that the stamp machine was broken. The store suggested that I go to the Austell store, I had them to call the store to make sure that the stamp machine wasnt broken. Once that was verified I drove to the Austell store and once inside they have the red stamp that I needed. I had to get a bigger stamp in green.
Helpful staff. Good selections of computers printers and much more.

Unbelievably long wait at the print center. Only one girl working at the print center, and the manage looked over, saw the 6 customers in line and went back to the office. When an Assistant manager came over, they dropped all of the customers concerns to discuss a scheduling issue for the next week. The girl doing the design work seemed interested in listening to the customers but was so slow that it was a waste of time. I waited for 40 minutes in line to get one small notebook spiral bound. Just unacceptable.
During my visit here. I witnessed many customers leave disappointed. Either their order wasnt ready or the new store machine didnt have ink etc. My visit took 3 hours. More training is needed especially in the printing dept.
Again, we left frustrated and mostly empty handed. Was told the wait would be long for a price on an unmarked item since there was only one person doing that today and the store was under staffed. After waiting way too long, left without it. Wont waste my time there again.
Very helpful customer service, they went out of their way to ensure that I got exactly what I needed.

I call ahead for a specific product. The chic even puts me on hold to ask a manager. She comes back and say they have it, its between $6-$15. I drive 20 miles out of my way for this product. I get there, its raining super hard and their parking lot is flooded, so not only were my pants soaked...THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DARN INK!!!!!!!
Really impressed with this location. I ordered a desk online and received an email stating that it was ready for pickup an hour later. When I came to pick it up, I was helped immediately and they even loaded it into my vehicle for me.
Printer wasnt working. It seems when your busy is almost 100% of people wanting special printing, the printer should be checked every day The 2 stars instead of one is because the staff was nice.
Waited for 15 minutes at the printer counter without ever being acknowledged. These people are obviously here to collect a pay check and go home bc they definitely are not here to service the customers. Will never return. Take your money and go somewhere else.

This is the slowest office max I have ever been to. They don’t get a lot of traffic but the employees are so slow. I only wanted to fax some documents and I was in line for almost an hour. Terrible store. They don’t care.

Office max has everything you need as in supplies and other things. You can go there for school things and they most likely have everything

Terrible experience here at this location. I ordered some business cards and they were made with some errors on them. The supervisor refused to make any refunds or issue any credit at all. The only thing offered was a 50% discount on a new order. When I returned to make the new order they did not honor it. I will never return to this location or any other Office Max with my hard earned money. I will discourage anyone to shop here if this is how they treat their customers. I will be taking my business to Office Depot or any other for my business or personal needs.
Not only was the customer service great, but after purchasing a chair in a box much bigger than I am, a young gentleman even put it in my van for me. Now, thats Customer Service.
