This is me and my family favorite store to buy our phones! We pay our bills here too and theres a reason we keep coming back, the service is outstanding. Veronica helped me upgrade and the change was so smooth. I take care of my phones, rarely buy new ones buy when I do, this store is the only one I feel my moneys worth. Best staff I have ever encountered for this type of industry. Special recognition to EDDIE who was very friendly to the gentleman that came in with cerebral palsy and wasnt even there to buy anything. We all made conversation while we waited for the awesome manage Eddie to get back from the backroom to bring back the free phone we were activating since they were out of stock. They even interacted with my 5 year old and helped keep him happy while we finished up. Highest recommendation! Thanks again Eddie your amazing!!!!

I have to say, good customer service is rare these days but the representative veronica sure is the best one Ive encountered in years. Im not from the austell area however, she was so helpful that Ive chose this location to pay my monthly bill. My phone was off completely and she managed to get all my information to the new one I purchased, was kind enough to help me renew my email password and set up all my apps in the process. Im very happy my daughter referred me but I have to say that now I understand why. Thank you Veronica

I normally dont like going with my wife to buy anything because she takes too long and last time we were at another metro it took us about an hour to leave. This time was completely different though, Veronica was so quick and helpful with our upgrades that I still cant believe how easy it was to change our phones. I dont have words to describe it. The service is excellent. ** is loyal honest and very professional I have been with them more than 2 years. But I made lil mistake switching to Sprint which I regretted and cancel it right away within 10 days. Now I am back to Metro and will never leave this company. The service is excellent.. Satellite works perfect. Im a long time customer at this metro by t mobile location on riverside pkwy AKA six flaggs .Eddie has always been the one to help me. And I just want to say I recently visited around March 10th and he has once again given me excellent customer service. He has always helped me and gone above and beyond taking care of my needs as a customer not so much maybe the cell phone service. However the customer service that Eddie provides definitely keeps me coming back. A lot of times people received negative feedback. I went to 2 different locations and I couldnt believe that I was going to get charged to transfer my information from phone to phone, I dint like it but I was ready to pay for it. I went to this location by recomendation of my sister in law and Veronica helped me and my kids get 3 phones for the best price and she was kind enough to transfer the information to ALL 3 phones and to my surprise it was FREE!!. Shes a magnificent representative and really took care of me. This store is a hidden gem, so clean and and neat plus THE SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR!! Thank you again

Not only am I happy with this phone company and their prices, but the one thing Ive always felt Metro has lacked has been knowledgeable employees and consistency. This store solves all of those problems! (As long as I go no where else lol) if you are thinking about signing up always go to this location If you want EXCELLENCE . I want to praise a big key manager MR Eddie!! recovered my email address that had locked me out and the only way I could recover it previously was to remember the month/year that I created the account... Who knows that?!? EDDIE worked his magic and recovered a years worth of missing data in 5 minutes.he activated my phone from an insurance claim and was so pleasant to talk to,he was efficient, humorous, and provided amazing customer service. he put my phone together for me, (case and screen protector)and it is PERFECT!!!! he want to MAKE SURE im 100% satisfied. Eddie took a good amount of time to explain the insurance process to me and explained it so well that I was confident and without worry to do the process online and on my own. My previous experiences with the insurance were so horrible that I never even submitted a claim and just bought a new phone (I cannot for the life of me understand why now, other stores made things soooo difficult.) Anyway, Eddie made the process a breeze and I can definitely understand why he has the Masters badge on. He fully made me understand the companys dynamics and responsibilitys in comparison to the insurance companys so that I fully understood the process. Eddie is the manager and you can tell why he is the leader, full of energy and focused on supporting all of his employees it was clear that he is good at motivating others. He also didnt hesitate to help me first hand and relieved me of the task of calling the company because that saves me money. I had my phone and wallet stolen and he said that I had been through enough and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Its amazing how much that can help someone. BEWARE! This Authorized MetroPCS Store ripped me off and you could be next.Less than 30 days from the date of this posting, I signed up with Metro PCS and purchased an Android smartphone.Unfortunately, from inception, I experienced many issues with this smartphone and with 30 days drawing close, I felt that refunding/exchanging was needed. After all, the salesman named Abe pitched that if I experienced any issues with the phone, all I had to do was bring it back and he would take care of it.As it turned out, DIShonest Abe did not take care of his customer, nor did this store. In fact, in my opinion, DIShonest Abe & this store are crooks.Here’s why;With all the issues I was experiencing with this smartphone, I gathered up everything, including the receipt and brought it back to the same MetroPCS location and the same representative, DIShonest Abe.The only thing DIShonest Abe did was take off the protective phone case and looked inside my phone where the SIM card goes and declared my phone water damaged. As such, because it was water damaged, any warranty I might have had, was now voided meaning he was unable to do anything for me.WHAT?!?!?! Water Damaged? This phone was never exposed to any water nor did it ever exhibit any consequences of water damage. What was going on here?  I began to smell a rat.If it showed water damage, it was exposed to moisture before I acquired it. Furthermore, I did not de-package this phone. Maybe DIShonest Abe gave me this phone already having this damage? Maybe passing off this phone to me was all an effort to cover up a prior mistake by DIShonest Abe? I dont know.What I do know with 100% certainty is that I did not expose this phone to any type or amount of moisture. I can confidently make this declaration.At this point, Im asking DIShonest Abe to summon his boss. His response was that there would be no need in me speaking with his boss, the proprietor, because he would certainly give me the same answer.I kid you not, this was DIShonest Abes response.Lastly, notice the prior reviews for this business. Its no surprise to me that the first reviewers name is the same name as DIShonest Abe’s. DIShonest Abe sure does think a lot of himself.If you take out the self-reviewed reviews, I think one would get a clearer picture of this businesses character. A tiger can only hide his stripes for only so long.At this point, I would like to challenge this business to reach out to me and make right. DIShonest Abe claimed repeatedly that there is nothing they could do. For a non customer centered business, that assertion is true - nothing can be done. But for a customer service driven model, there is much that can be done. I look forward to hearing from this store.  Caveat Emptor.
