Joseph Perkins and Kara Powell team are always on top of any situation.They have been the epitome of good customer service and I have been throughly impressed. MSI products are good quality and their software is user friendly which enable us to keep happy customers.I sent an email about a product out of stock and immediately had someone come by to help and do a little one on one product training.5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this MSI team from Cruz Flooring in Columbus, GA.

Amy was fantastic- she listened closely to the design goals and needs, and quickly helped us to find exactly what we were looking for! By far from safety, cleanliness, and organization, and expertise, this was the BEST materials selection experience Ive had!

MSI was extremely helpful in our search for the perfect granite. They provide high res photos of every bundle on their website. You can select several bundles for viewing at their facility outside Atlanta. I had a Saturday appointment and worried there would be a lot of waiting. Nope! We were in and out within 20 minutes - and I was able to find the exact look I wanted for our new kitchen. All of the granite I viewed on their website was gorgeous. Their showroom is spectacular and I wish Id had more time to browse. (My husband is probably glad I DIDNT have more time, as it would inspire renovation ideas for the rest of our house!)

Truckers!!! Avoid! Keep away! Very very small room for trucks with 53’ and sleeper.Absolutely unprofessional!Too much different garbage, trailers, pallets, equipments on site, on your way to dock.No room for u-turn.No legal parking.Very slow!Never come again.

I can’t brag on Josh Dorn enough. We came in to the showroom without an appointment on 5/26 and he was SO helpful. He helped us visualize our flooring by laying out material and dealt with our indecisiveness like a champ. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any surface materials to go see Josh at the Austell Rd. location. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

This place is not open to the public, but it has amazing stone like granite, marble, quartz and the like.

We had such a pleasant experience with the help of Amy Dailey. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we picked out countertop samples. The receptionist were also kind, helpful and very professional.We did experience a very unpleasant experience when the HR director, Princess, walked into the show room as we were getting ready to leave. She was rude to my elderly father who had just taken off his mask because we were finishing up and ready to exit the showroom. Instead of her coming up to him or even me she went to the front desk and spoke about us to the receptionists as if we couldnt hear her. For her to be over the HR department her professionalism was very appalling . She needs to be reprimanded for her behavior! She was rude and obnoxious and didnt set a good example in from of her colleagues.

Staff were very nice and helpful but was disappointed in covid safety procedures and did not feel as safe as I would have liked. Not trying to be a Karen here, but when I see that a business requires mask wearing, I assume that staff will follow basic safety measures. Multiple staff (front desk and guide) were not covering their nose and as soon as our guide led us into the showroom area she immediately removed her mask and leaned in close to talk to us. Posting this in hopes that management can reinforce safety measures that have been put into place.

We were told we could pick up the slab before going there. They didn’t allow us to do that when we arrived. The attitude of lady in the front desk was so bad and they didn’t care about the customer at all. The only good thing about it was the security guy was very enthusiastic.

We should have walked away the second they missed our first in home measuring appointment but we decided to give them a second chance since they did get someone out to measure the next day. We then find out that they measured incorrectly and we owed them more money. Then we find out the quartz we picked out a month prior is back ordered which delays the process over 2 weeks. Finally the day before our installation, they call and say they didn’t order a big enough slab so it will be another 2 week delay. The customer service this company has displayed is the worst we have ever experienced. They have made the whole process a pain. Every aspect of our countertop process has gone wrong with the company at fault. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Christine is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all the products and inventory. She provides superior quality service compared to all other suppliers. She made the experience of selecting my material enjoyable and stress free. Christine is a pleasure to work with and the reason why we purchased from MSI. We were highly satisfied with the experience and look forward to working with Christine again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is not an attempt to encourage anyone to do business with MSI or not to do business with MSI this is my opinion based on my experiences with this company. First I love the showroom. I think they have great products and I love that they have nice displays and the showroom where you see the slabs is actually organized. Christine! Christine! Christine! I cannot say enough good things about her. Since day one she has always treated me well no attitude and haa always gone over and beyond to give me information. Dejah NO! Shannon H. NO! Dejah sits up front with Christine. I guess Shannon fills in. Both of them have bad attitudes! Period. I guess Ive visited the showroom one too many times and theyre tired of seeing me other than that I couldnt tell you what the attitudes are about. Ive been nothing but nice and patient. All I can say is if you have a bad experience take the survey and share your response with management. I give 4 stars because of my experiences with Christine & their showroom. I took away a star because of the bad attitudes & unwelcoming attitudes I have encountered with SEVERAL women here.

Very nice place with lots of samples. Customer area bright, clean, with nice displays. Their covid procedures: first you must wear a mask; upon approaching the greeters, you scan a QRcode with your cell phone to check in; the check in also asks you 5 covid questions; then you are added to the list to be helped by a CS representative. Everyone was very nice, professional, helpful. We enjoyed our experience. I gave 4 stars because there werent samples of group 1 granite to view, except for 2. Need more for customers to see and choose.

Reception service is very poor, warehouse pick up service is poor, but the security attitude is very good.

They were all very nice. Very positive experience we had.

Avoid this place if you have a 53ft trailer.

I also had a horrible experience with the front desk girl who is rude, not helpful, dismissive, uniformed, and not knowledgeable about basic product information. Yikes. Good luck getting what you need from them! Service is not the top priority.

Wonderful customer service! They really have their act together. Great showroom and wonderfully laid out warehouse. Everything is marked well and easy to understand. Didnt have the selection of granite we were expecting, thus the 4 stars, but appreciated the free samples on the way out and the overall attention and help from the staff.

We traveled over 2 hours to MSI in Atlanta to look at the granite for our new home. The showroom is unbelievable. It is so welcoming and the staff was incredible ~ very friendly and helpful. We were greeted immediately, signed in and had a representative take us back to where the slabs of granite are displayed. Joey Perkins was great! He was knowledgeable and helped us define what we wanted. Overall, a great experience.

Very very very unorganized. The workers were telling us different directions. And even those directions werent even clear. They told us to wait in our car, then go to the next door place, then the people at the next door place told us to wait 10 mins for us to load our stuff. Then another person told us to go some where else. Then once we finally found the place to load in our stuff they said that there was no info on our order even though we had the receipt that stated we had already bought our order!!! And keep in mind that the office people said that our order was ready to go. So we left without our order that we paid nearly 1k on!! This is a very very unorganized company. I do not reccomend this to anyone. DONT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS MAKE YOU THINK THIS IS AN ACTUALLY GOOD SPOT TO BUT YOUR STUFF, EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNORGANIZED. I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH. We worked with Melica Bennett and she was wonderful. Huge selection of granite. The ability to actually look at samples from specific bundles was great. Highly recommend visiting their showroom. Everyone working there that we encountered were very pleasant and eager to help.

Shocking! What an awesome showroom; everything is so beautiful that youre never certain that you have picked the best for your project. The ladies that welcomed us could not have been more helpful. We were treated like family even though this was our first visit.

Wow! Showroom is beautiful. Had to put on a hard hat and vest and was then escorted by Denise to look at the material. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this place. Denise was a gem..friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me. MSI is lucky to have her! The options for countertops, flooring etc was impressive. I was even given samples to take home of options I was considering which is a huge help when decorating an entire home. I was was extremely impressed. Needless to say, they will get my business!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MSI PRODUCT EVER AGAIN! I WILL NEVER USE THEM OR THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS AGAIN! I WILL ALSO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO ENSURE EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS THIS ABOUT THEM AND THEIR ATROCIOUS ATTEMPT AT CONDUCTING A BUSINESS! ABYSMAL SERVICE AT BEST! THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE EXTREMELY ACCURATE.Quite possibly the worst company for buying ANYTHING from.... Ordered 14 boxes of tile and was told it was sent on Dec. 10th. A week later its still not shipped and no hard date on when itll be here. Distribution center is 5 minutes from my work, 10 min from my home, and 45 min from the store I ordered it from and they have 500 cases of it in stock, on hand, and they cant even get the order to the vendor within 2 weeks from ordering. I volunteered to pick it up since its 5 min from me but they refuse to let me pick it up. Incredibly horrible customer service, shipping department, and for a company thats a distributor, they arent very good at distributing their products. I will in the future bend over backwards TO AVOID USING their products. Home Depot needs to fire you and find another company to order tile from.

I visited MSI yesterday to find countertop material. Really, I was very impressed with first of all how nice everyone was. I noticed that immediately and it seemed to apply across the board. They were organized, efficient and so very helpful. I told Amy what I was looking for, generally, and I found 3 candidates in a very short period of time. I was very happy with my experience.

The place is awesome and the selection is without a doubt the best I have ever seen, if they do not have what you are looking for it probly does not exist. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitly recommend this place. 5stars without a doubt.

Was told they have no bathrooms for us truckers. That is disgraceful. For some one to provide you with a service and to be told that they will not be facilitated with a restroom for themselves and their child is a disgrace to all humans. Even death row inmates are given access to restrooms.

MSI is has a great selection of granite and quartz slabs for countertops. you must have a fabricator for pricing. The staff was very helpful and I was able to bring home many samples to make a final selection.

As the marketing director for Floors to Go in Anniston, I took one of our clients to the Atlanta showroom to hand-pick her granite slab and backsplash tile. We had such a great experience! The showroom is beautiful with so many different tiles to choose from, and the granite selections are unparalleled! Our sales person, Melica, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Awesome experience at MSI Atlanta!!! We first visited the location a few months ago to preview the vast granite and marble selection. We returned this morning to make our final decisions. Each visit the team provided great customer service, even on Saturdays! At every turn the team members asked if we had any questions or needed any assistance. We would like to especially thank Melica B who assisted us during our slab viewing appointment and helped us choose the perfect slabs. She provided great customer service and went out of her way to pull additional slabs for us to ensure we were happy with our selections. Awesome job MSI and Melica!!!

MSIs showroom is like a candy store full of natural stones, quartz to choose from. You cant buy directly from them, but your retailer or designer will work with MSI. Its conveniently located near I-20 and I-285.

The showroom was a pleasant surprise since it is in an area that I have not been to in over 20 years. Nice lobby/reception area and a decent selection center for tile but by all means not a large selection based on other places I have been in the past 2-3 projects. Not sure they have the largest selection for solid surface which was the main purpose for this visit. They do not seem to carry Ceasarstone or Stilestone or Zodiac. Not sure what brands I was shown. But I feel like something in the selection was missing. Specifically I wanted to use 2 different quartz colors as I have 2 different colors in my kitchen cabinets.I liked our Sales person Melica. She was professional and helpful. We received most samples on the spot but later learned that to get 2 additional samples that I had selected, I needed to go online to their website and order them myself so MSI could be assured that I pay for the shipping costs for those 2 additional samples...one of which was not available to order. Not sure how I am supposed to make a selection without a live sample. Not what I had experienced in the recent past projects that I have completed. So it was unexpected. I rated a 3 but 2.5 is probably more accurate rating.

I have Worked with this company since I started my Business. I have worked with Kevin there sales rep while he worked at MSI During the time they decided to charge me for materials that was never delivered to my shop. So of course I will not pay for something that I have not recieved and I simply told them show me the proof that you delivered the materials to me and they gave me this bogus signature of an employee signing the paper. I then told them please take me to court! they never did they never had proof So my Secretary which is fairly new was looking for a material to purchase that our client chose at MSI. Her not knowing anything about the issue I have with MSI she simply did her job and asked to purchase the material. Little did she know that MSI took the payment lied to her telling her she will receive the material tomorrow so what she did was pay for the material full price with a card. She calls right back the next day and they tell her sorry you have call corporate office. She has no idea what is going on she calls them they still do not answer. So she tells me she ordered materials from them I told her dont worry I know what they did to you.And just as i thought they took the payment and did not put it towards anything they just took the money and now they are just simply saying Call Your Lawyer. What great service so Basically I was robbed $2700.00 until We settle this in court. Before all this i was threatened by there sales rep that if I do not pay They know where I live and if they catch me they will cut my ***** off.

Amit, Every single time we go to this facility in Austell it takes hours to pick up product at your dock. We have a small order of Autumn Slate to pick up. Our driver arrived at your dock paid for the purchase at 1:15 pm eastern time it is now 4:17 pm and after my 3rd call to ask for someone to please check and see why it is taking so long to get 7 cardboard boxes of stone, I get from Andy...I will go right now and see what is going so long. My driver calls at 3:45 to tell me he never showed up....I call back and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes, a very nice NEW employee apologized to say that within the next 10-15 minutes we would be loaded. I am a small customer of MSI and I have your materials installed in the floor of our showroom and I cant even get a small amount of customer service from your company. I have determined that I can buy this product elsewhere and I guess this is what I will have to do. I cannot afford to do business with your company.

Really good customer experience

They are the most unorganized group ever! I was told several times they would have granite out for me to view and I would show up and they didnt have the slabs I requested out or didnt do it at all. Then I selected 2 slabs and now they cant find the second one.I would not recommend wasting your time here.
