I recently completed a remodel of my home. I never purchased granite countertops. I quickly realized there was a lot of to learn about this process. I want to thank Brittany for her professionalism and patience during this process. The countertop was competitively priced and the installers did a wonderful job. I loved the countertop so much, I decide to place additional granite in my laundry room. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

This 1 star is based on thr customer service and delivery. I ordered a counter for my bathroom. They set a delivery and install for today 9/19/20. They told me 1030am to 1130am. Its almost 5pm still not here. Called them at noon Britney said she call me they are running behind. I had appointments and work dinner plans today at 5pm. She never called back. I called again at 2pm they told me they scheduled to come at 4 to 5pm. I said when was yall gonna call n confirm or let me know that. Ive been waiting all day. Called at 4pm no answer called at 430 no answer. Almost 5pm called no answer and no show. I had to cancel last min appointments that cost me money. No point in going to my work dinner ceremony. If I didnt already make 50% deposit I would have canceled. Ive lost money waiting on them.

The crew went out of their way to get my project done in a nice timely manner, my new kitchen looks modern and beautiful compliments from friends and family all the time. I highly recommend this company!!
