Great place, great staff. Pawned my I pod classic a few times. Most recently they said the value for it went down but they still gave me the same deal as the previous ones. Definitely one of the more better pawn stores in the Chicago area.

I came in to pawn an engagement ring that I paid $2,600+ for and I was told they would give me $120 for it. Thats not even 10% of what I paid for the ring! I have been to many pawn shops in but this has to be the best one in Aurora. Very nice selection of of electronics, Great prices, Without a doubt the best service they will go above and beyond to help you the best they can. My minor concern is when I call in asking a question there have been a few times that I have been given an attitude for no reason but other that that most of the time they can be friendly. I highly recommend this pawn shop over other competitors.

Great place, I’d never pawned anything before and felt so embarrassed to do so and didn’t know what to expect. I heard so many horror stories but I did it any ways, well they were awesome and from what I tell others, that have pawned before, this is as good as it gets. They are truly in it to stay in business not rip ppl off like the horror stories I’ve heard. In fact I went from never pawning anything to continually using them (always pawning the same thing, a system my son never plays with) and I’ve never had a problem and in fact the opposite, they work with me so well when I have forgot about dates. They are in it to make money of course but in it to stay in business and do it fairly. Don’t go anywhere else if you are looking to pawn something not to mention their great prices on products...... coming from a single mom who they could have easily taken advantage of and didn’t like other places.

Won one of their auctions on eBay for a Chicago Bulls team signed basketball. It came with a certificate of authenticity from 1993. I purchased it for $1,000 and drove the 2 hours round trip to pick it up. I sent photos of the item to PSA/DNA, one of the top autograph authenticators in the world, and they believed it to not be authentic. To really be sure I brought the item to be reviewed in person by Beckett Authentication, another one of the most respected authentication companies in the world. They were 100% positive that it was not authentic. I wasted $130 and 4 hours of driving around to find out the item was fake. Whats more comical is they had the item listed for $3,000 in their store initially. The fact you would sell an item in your store for that amount of money without properly having it authenticated is beyond me. They did refund me on the ball but did not offer to make good on the money I had to waste to confirm if their item was genuinely authentic. Huge waste of time and money.Added 07/23: Owner replied that they contacted the Berto Center and an authenticator and that the signatures are legitimate. A couple problems with this. THE BERTO CENTER HASNT BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR 8 YEARS. How can you call the Berto Center if there is no longer a Berto Center? Also, when I called them after they posted this response they had no response to this authenticator and it was a friend of a friend said it was authentic. So two of the most prestigious authenticators in the world, PSA and Beckett, both say its fake and you still want to argue authenticity? Also, Ryan told me they were going to refund me the fees I incurred for the failed authentications from PSA and Beckett and to send them an email with my PayPal information. I emailed them that information on 06/30 with no response as of yet.

I just want to say the service that fast cash and Pawn has gave to me has been very exceptional. They have worked with me for a long time and it’s really helped me out when I was in need. The older Hispanic lady behind the counter instantly had an attitude with me when I brought in an item in 1 hour before closing. She mentions how I’m coming in so late and then she scoffs when I show her an item I’m looking to get a loan on, saying how it’s worthless.I know it isn’t worthless, she was just too lazy to begin the paperwork for it. Didn’t even bother checking her computer to see its value. Another aurora pawnshop gave me $85 for it the very next day.I’m giving this shop a 2 star review because the customer service was awful but I am giving it 1 additional star for a benefit of the doubt that this was an isolated incident based on other good reviews.

If youre buying or selling; I can assure you that youll get the best quality and price imaginable. My husband and I have sold/took a loan on over 20 items in the last 6 months and we always feel that weve been taken care of very well. Due to recent financial troubles I wasnt able to pay on 2 of my loans last Friday. Even though I was a month late and couldnt pay what I owed J.C kindly and without hesitation renewed both my tickets for another 30 days so I wouldnt lose my items. NO OTHER pawn store would ever do this!! My husband and I are so grateful for this kindness and the consistent wonderful customer service we are provided that we will never ever use another pawn shop besides this one!!! My fiance and I came into the shop for the first time after finding this business on Google. The main reason we came was because they were only one of the few shops open on a Sunday. From our first step in the door to our last one out we received the best customer service we have ever received in a pawn shop!! Ryan and Lily answered all of our questions promptly and politely.
