Not very helpful. Have had multiple issues with them not knowing the right parts for the machines. Ordered a key switch for our RT200 trencher. They sent us the wrong key switch 3 times therefore it didnt fix our machine. So we started trouble shooting other places and replaced some parts that we thought could be bad.Called Vermeer in Peoria, they sent us the right key switch the next morning and that fixed all of our issues. Highly recommend the Peoria store over the Aurora one.

Had them look over a used machine to see if there was any problems with it that I couldnt see they went threw machine front to back and explained what would need to get fixed if I bought it. Very friendly would recommend them to anyone!

The old guy there is a dick sometimes he feels hes the owner of the store. Big attitude amigo some times he can be cool too . Knowing my self if he raises his voice at me for asking a part size again I will raise mine .

I like the people the their work can be messy somtimes but they do their best to correct it. A bit pricey but worth it to get it fixed by a factory dealer.

I would give them a 0 if it was possible they rip people off they had my chipper for 2 weeks had $200 in parts and charged me $1600 in labor witch is impossible and everything they supposedly fixed broke in 2 days they dont know what theyre doing i would not bring any of my stuff to have them fix.
