Needed a cake for my kids birthday. Wasn’t sure of the colors I wanted on the cake but gave them a general idea of the theme. They had full creative ability. The cake turned out awesome and tasted great! Will definitely be getting our cakes from here!

Excellent store, and the staff very friendly and helpful, when I told them that I could not find a product that I did not see in the aisles, and they solved the problem for me by looking in the warehouse, thank you.

Decent store with most of what you would need.

I dont know why, but the produce seems better here than in Aurora or Batavia. There are certain things I look for in pre-cut watermelon and the Eola Rd. location seems to consistently have significantly better pre-cut watermelon than other Jewel-Oscos or Woodmans in the area.

By far THE WORST Jewel I have gone to.There was a new employee, Evan or Devin….he was GREAT!!!! Asked me if I wanted a receipt, handed me the receipt very politely, greeted us…The manager or whoever it was with glasses that was training him (NOT Kim) was BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! I had to call the store to complain about how they’re treating their employees.She was snapping at him (A NEW EMPLOYEE) basically yelling at him in front of a bunch of employees and customers. And I made sure to tell them that they have no business being a manager if they don’t know how to properly talk to and act around other people.Especially when another employee tells me that’s how she treats ALL of the employees.

This is by far the WORST Jewel I have ever shopped in. The am staff dont greet you when you come in and they act like its an inconvenience to serve you. The janitor there doesnt acknowledge your presence while you are waiting for him to finish cleaning the bathrooms. Not a nod, not a word as to how long hell be. I asked a cashier at self check out if she could sell me some cigarettes. Mind you, I had just checked out my own purchases. When I didnt know exactly what brand I wanted....I wasnt sure if they had my brand, she BLEW ME OFF and went to help someone else. Rude and condescending!! I usually stop here every morning in between my routes, not justto use the bathroom, but to purchase things as well. AND, live right down the street, so this would be MY Jewel for normal grocery shopping outside of work. Not any more!! These workers are the most unhelpful, rude and dismissive Ive ever come across. Maybe, good manners should be part of their training because they are sorely lacking in that area and customer service in general. Angry and disgusted.

Some items are a more pricey. Good produce. Best to go when theres a sale depending on items youre looking for.

Went to Jewel grocery shopping. They had some really good deals.

About every other day I’m there at 6am. No self checkout. Today line into coffee line from register. Kim and another employee no name tag. They both need customer service training as they are rude. Obviously unhappy and shows to customers. One without name tag..asked about it and went to purse to look. Kept saying can’t find it and forgot it. Made mention it’s not that I want to know if you lost or forget it. You wear to show customers your name. Still did not tell her name.

Clean, quiet and nicely stocked with things were not finding other places.

Most of the staff are very helpful. However, there is at least 1 lady in the Deli that never smiled, showed me how thin she was cutting the lunch eats in my order, and, consequently, the ham was shredded, not just thinly cut. Other Jewel Delis were more engaging and helpful to the customers. Maybe she was having a bad day...

I love shopping at the Jewel on Eola. During the past year and a half (its 2021) it has remained patriotic, friendly, and respectful of medical exemptions, more so than other Jewels in the area. The variety of products is unbeatable. I especially like the produce section, bakery french bread loaves, Gardein vegan meats, non-dairy ice creams, and special deals from the JustForU app.

Bought out the last Aunt Jemima microwave pack mix. Great deals!

NEVER GET FOOLED by the advertisement they sent on your home address. Like free yogurt, signature select pizza or $.99 barefoot wine. When you actually reach there you will see print out Sorry for the inconvenience, we are temporary out-stock. Dear JEWEL OSCO do not waste your customers time or fool them. Adding pictures also. This happen to me back to back 5-6 times. We never get anything the way it is advertise

The store is great in terms of layout and inventory, but buyer beware at check out, live in South Naperville but decided to stop on way home, using the Jewel app changed location added the sales item to list so savings could be recognized, checked receipt on way home and we found 3 errors ( $13 over charge ) had to turn around and go back, this is at 4:30 with all the traffic. Yes a real pain.Sales buy 1 get 1 free ? No charged for both.Bread marked at $1.99 no charged $2.99Cereals buy 4 $.99 each nope rang 3 @ regular price equals $10.81 over chargeAll was made right but having to turn around to correct their errors and only because we were going over the receipt as it seemed highREAD YOUR RECEIPT it was an 18% over charge.

Ordered my grocery for pick up and go. My order pick up time was for 5p-6p. My order was ready at 230 pm. 2 hrs after I placed the order. Now this is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Also this location has a huge variety of things that yhe Oswego Rt 30 location doesnt offer.

Items are well stocked. Never a bad experience and staff is always polite.

This store looks well maintained and cleaner than some other ones I visited. I recommend this jewel as a first choice to shop for your groceries if you are in The East Aurora area or north Naperville.

Great place to shop late at night if you are trying to avoid the crowds during this pandemic. I go there around 10 or 10:30 and I do all my shopping. They have everything I need and it s close to my new home. I usually spend about an hour there and get everything on my list in one trip.

I made a complaint about the customer service I received from a cashier, while I was trying to pay for my item, but he ignored me and started staring at the customers in front of me who had already checked out and were picking up there bags. I waited two whole minutes for him to press pay or to start processing my transaction on his end of the register!!!!!I was also over-charged for a bag that cost $.10, but was charged $.50 by another cashier who kept arguing with me, even though I got verification from the manager! I will never shop here again!!! Ever! None of the Jewels!!!! I have never had one pleasant experience with them!!! They charge too much anyway. I can find better products at other stores. They always have a problem with me and seem to make snap judgements against me! I dont need that attitude, you dont know me!

Washrooms need to be cleaned urgently. Im sorry, that talks a lot about everything. Please take time to clean it. Wow!

Customer service was almost non-existent. I asked a young male stocker if he could help me find possibly more reduced sodium knorr chicken bullion cubes. He huffed and pointed with his box cutter in the air down aisle 5 where he was stocking. I had explained I was looking in aisle 6 and shelf space above the matching tag was empty. I looked down the aisle he motioned with his box cutter, but could not find any. I stated there were none and he simply shrugged his shoulders. The customer service woman, Janet, with short blonde hair I approached never even said hello to me or looked up at me, when I approached her. She was directed to help me by an associate. Just continued her conversation with other associates.

My staple grocery store since moving to unincorporated Naperville. Great variety. Sales prices can be excellent. Be sure to signup for the Just for U program to get local ads and the door buster specials.

This is one of the larger jewels in the area. I usually shop at Mariano’s but love this jewel! Wider selection and friendly staff

Never have I encountered such rude people! Was coming here today to buy some soda and some juice and when it was time to cash out, the cashier was very rude and sassy because the sodas were on sale and she kept saying that the deal was not valid because I had nine sodas and the limit for the soda was eight and i already knew that and told her I was going to have the last soda with the original price. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and told me the limit was eight! What did she not understand!? And she even ripped on cover on the soda and didnt even apologized and give me a attitude! Btw her name tag said demi something

Strange place. Poorly managed. I have been going to this store for vegan hot dogs and sliced vegan meat but they stopped carrying. Hard to get someone to help. Cashiers are supportive. Wish we had a vegan grocery store nearby

This store has it all. Vegetarian baked beans? Covered! Special gift wrapping paper? Oscos got your gift and the wrapping and ribbons. Looking for a special cut of meat? The meat Dept. will set you right.

They are Sanitizing, have disinfectant wipes, the employees are kind and very helpful. Not long to wait in line either.

Jewel-Osco is one of my go to girl stores. Have an amazing selection and almost all produce that you can think of. From fruits to vegetable ice cream to melt all the cereal and beans and rice they have literally everything for your kitchen. I come here because of their prices and choice of produce. The parking situation is also pretty good compared to other grocery stores.

There meats always expire few days after purchase. The cashiers and baggers are rude. They have an attitude if you ask them to double bag. Stop stuffing bags and you won’t have an issue.

At the Jewel store on Eola in Aurora, they have rearranged all the aisles in the store and now you have to hunt for what you are looking for, plus there is nobody on the floor to ask questions on where a product has been moved to....you would think that they would have a directory out so you could locate products. Too me very poor managing on Jewels part.
