This location sells nice products but if you don’t know jewelry, then they will take advantage of you and probably try to rip you off.

I had bought a necklace from them and went back to get it melted to make an angel. She tells me I am better off buying a angel so she showed me some that where like 300-800 I didnt like them so I went to the jewelry place like 2 stores down think its called Bellas jewelry I asked them if they can melt the gold I have and mold it into an angel. She says yes for ONLY 150 bucks.(it was for two angels) So I never return to aurora jewelry they dont care about there customers just about making money which I understand but dont lie that it will cost more to melt it then to buy a new one. So now Bellas jewelry has gotten my business about 4 times.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!I have bought had designed and repaired jewlery there!I walked in and asked them to clean a ring I had designed there normally there is no charge this time they wanted 4.00$ I was like what? I paid it and that is the last time myself or anyone in my family will purchase anything from them.Just bad business!!

Terrible everything they take advantage of customers, they rip you off. not worth a single dollar to get anything done there. thats to keep it simple theyve done much worse.

Horrible customer service. Terrible quality. They dont stand behind their work. Theyre very rude and after all of that they have the nerve to overcharge for the crap they sell. Better off going to the gumball machine.

Took ring here to get resized, did a horrible job setting the diamonds, and three fell out the same day. Took it back to them, and they took no responsibility for it! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! GO ELSEWHERE!

Could have a little better pricing also they charge for even cleaning rings which in most stores its free!!!
