I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We’ve had issues since day one. This place will scam you like you wouldn’t believe and charge you an insane mark up for low grade quality product claiming to provide a high discount.

Mike did an amazing job at fixing my wedding ring. My dog (beilieve it or not) chewed my ring to oblivion. Mike restored it so well that it looks better than the day I got it!!! I will always keep going back to Doerner! Seriously outstanding service and quality of work!

Doerner Jeweler’s is wonderful! Michael, the owner, is just amazing! He has made several custom pieces for me at incredibly reasonable prices. I’ve brought him gold to sell and I have gotten great prices for all of it! He and his staff are very friendly and courteous and I love his dog! I have also gotten some lovely pieces for myself at very reasonable prices. He knows what he’s doing and he treats you with respect even when I walked into his store to get one earring from a pair $18 silver earrings fixed. If you wanted incredible jewelry at competitive prices with courteous people who know what they are doing, then you definitely need to go to Deorner Jeweler’s. I visited this place sometime during the summer to trade in or sell my diamond engagement ring. I did have all the paperwork to my ring. Granted I know diamonds lose value and you do not get back the money you purchased the ring for but I wasnt going to get ripped off either. The ring was originally purchased for 16, 500. I asked the gentleman, who was absolutely rude, how much was it worth. He looked and it, checked out the diamond and explained his B.S. rip off story. He offered me 2,000 and told me that was all I was getting for the ring from him and most likely anywhere else. He even said he was being generous. I told him it was ok and left the store. A week or 2 after, I went to a pawn shop in Naperville and they offered me 6,000. What a difference. Anyways I def do not recommend this place at all. He was rude, unprofessional and clearly thought I was an idiot.

They sized and cleaned my wedding and engagement rings. They look brand new again, actually nicer. So pleased with the results. Thank you.
