I was concerned about the amount of time it would take because another glass guy said it takes forever nowBut they called in a couple of weeks and they actually had to wait on me. Not a problem. The entire experience was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. The communication was great and the installers did a great job and were very professional. They did a partition glass door for our exercise room, a floor to ceiling glass door for our shower and floor to ceiling mirrors for our exercise room wall. I highly recommend this company.

High character standards as they patiently & selflessly worked with me throughout experiencing the trifecta of terrible situations which were out of my control. 1) forced to move my business and self from a 12.5 year residence in 40 days. 2) immediate, young family members unexpected/untimely death, and 3) termination of subcontractors who did such terrible work, I was forced to remove ALL of their disaster and redo the tile so that the custom glass could be properly installed.Throughout this 60 day period, GCS was simply FANTASTIC!!!Dr. J. Wife and I wanted to install a custom glass shower. GCS was great to work with. They came out and gave us a good price that was honored all the way through. Installation was very professional, and although there were delays from the glass cutter, the owner emailed me daily to let me know the status! Hows that for service! After about 6 months, the weather swings in CO caused the door to move a bit and touch glass to glass at the top. A phone call to GCS and they were out very quickly and adjusted the door. Great service and great support. I highly recommend them.

We used GCS Glass a few months ago and they were very reasonable. Lots of background checking due to the fly-by-night nature of these companies before selecting them over the other bids we got, and the owner Chance did most of the communicating with us. They came and measured, required 50% up front for the cost of the glass (typical for the industry but leads to scammers for sure), had estimated about 4 weeks for the glass to be done (there are only a few glass manufacturing companies in Colorado and home improvements created a backlog from what I found), but were in and out in less than 2 hours removing old enclosure and installing the new one about 3 weeks later. We are 100% satisfied with their work, communication and the product. They worked with us as we were replacing an existing non-functional shower enclosure on a temporary basis until we are ready to remodel the entire master bath in a couple years, and there was no attempt to upsell or try to change our minds on our choices; Chance actually recommended one of the cheapest options they have to fit what we were looking for after hearing our end goals, and we still ending up with a semi-frameless enclosure that looks and works perfectly after two months of daily use. This is all they do, they don’t do remodels or full construction, therefore, their pricing is lower than others that we found due to the lack of additional overhead of supplies and manpower needed for the do-it-all companies.

Did a great job. The initial sales engagement was all online and via text. Super responsive and fairly flexible with scheduling. 3 weeks time for manufacturing... so not bad. The installation was very fast, super clean and the guys were great. My shower now looks awesome (replaced a builder grade aluminum enclosure with a frameless glass enclosure) and my entire family loves it. I’m happy with their work and the experience. I’ll be calling them again as I remodel my other bathrooms and build my new basement bathroom.

Tom has been wonderful to work with. Our project has been nothing but a headache for 9 months with our contractor. Tom came out and installed a DeamLine shower door in our bathroom. I installed the first one myself for our other bathroom and it took myself and a buddy several hours to install after running into a bunch of issues. I decided to go with a pro for the other shower because I didn’t want to risk going through the same problems with our main shower. Tom showed up right when he said he would and came completely prepared. The price was competitive and he did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier with is work.
