I just tried very hard to get the Customer Service Manager (think about the meaning of those three words) to let me know when they had to change the day I was supposed to pick up the glass... for hopefully obvious reasons. No matter how I tried to explain that it was not fair to not notify the customer when the glass would not be ready on time... she just kept insisting that would be impossible... never offering an explanation of why it it would be impossible...??? Is this an alternate reality? The actual customer service manager... not considering the customer???I lose money each time I have to cancel a day because of their lack of consideration for customers.
Trulite is the worst glass manufacturer in Colorado and we work with all of them. Never has a product been delivered both on-time and without flaws in glass. Not once. The worst part is that nobody solves the problems. Nor care - because they don’t answer the phone. The managers hide from the problems at this company.
We use Trulite for much of our shower door fabrication, overall their customer service is better than elsewhere, fab quality is so so at times.
We deal with all the local glass vendors throughout the Denver metro area, and the staff here is absolutely amazing. Always willing to help out and more than courteous throughout the entire facility. Mile High Glass is very appreciative of Trulite!
I think the people working here have inhaled too much glass dust and it is shredding their brains to mush
Excellent service and high quality products.
