It took 3 tries to get in. Lines were really long and slow earlier this week. Today I went in around 2 pm and got to the desk right away. The service was quick and courteous. Excellent customer service today.

I visited this location in late April for an outstanding matter involving my account that Xfinity goofed on at signup. I worked with store manager Patricia L. and my experience was beyond exceptional. She exemplified the highest standard of professionalism, kindness, and customer service. She was very thorough in the process of addressing my long-standing issue and provided me with documentation and an anticipated resolution date of 4/30. I still have had no resolution and am still owed money from Xfinity. I must clarify that the failed resolution is not Patricias burden, rather it is the specific department at Xfinity that has continued to fail for six straight months now. All in all, this Xfinity location has friendly staff and an exemplary store manager. I strongly encourage Xfinity customers visit here for any concerns or questions; and potential new customers visit to receive terrific customer service.

The first xfinity store did not have the proper equipment I needed nor did the manager want to go the extra mile and call another store to see if the equipment was there before I drove 20 minutes across town. I drove any way to Iron St Xfinity. Thankfully they have the proper equipment for me to exchange out. The places was nice good customer service the second had the right equipment I was told to get and not just given anything.

Rep at this location named Erick tried to bundle a few services I didn’t need. Wouldn’t let me remove them for the services I want. I’ve been a salesman for many years and I’m unhappy with how my interaction went. Not a good look for xfinity. Not a fan of reps who care more for commision then customer service

So ridiculously helpful ❣️ I had the pleasure of being helped by Mona and I do mean pleasure. Its refreshing to see caring honest consultants here. I came in to upgrade my phone thats fully paid off. She took the time to discuss options and really listened to what I wanted. They didnt have the exact phone I wanted but Im still walking away a happy customer & will be back.Thank you ❣️As a side note to those who complained about not being able to call the store directly vs call center: Go into the store & ask for a business card. Theyre RETAIL not a call center.I feel a lot of the negative reviews complaining of this dont necessarily understand the difference between the two.Im asking that people not take out frustrations with Xfinity, Comcast or other stores in the reviews for this store.Again thank you for your help and patience and for explaining the difficulties/challenges MANY stores are currently facing due to the current health epidemic.

Poor customer service from xfinity all around. They sell you a faulty service that doesn’t work even when you pay for the most expensive internet package and then redirect you a million ways until you get fed up. I would like to actually be able to use the service I paid for at least for one day. Do not go with a provider who monopolizes the area and doesn’t care to give you a solution to what you originally agreed and paid for. You will waste your time and money going with ixfinity/Comcast.

Xfinity is not good for internet service. The customer service at this store is also very - sorry but we cant help you come to a solution that works for everyone.I have been a comcast/xfinity customer for almost 20 years and as time has gone on, the quality of products offered has gone down. The equipment that the give you is in CONSTANT need of replacement because it does not work. If you have internet with comcast and items at your house that require 2.4ghz signal or a static IP address to work from home, their service will not work for you.4 months ago I had to stop using xfinity because my house cameras and daughters oxygen monitor would not stay connected to the XFI modem/wifi signal. we had techs out here and spent HOURS on the phone with customer service for them to say it is what it is. Fine. I went and purchased MY OWN equipment and tried to hook it up but was met with an INCREASE in my monthly bill. I called in several times and went to this store to be told that although their equipment was not sufficient for my needs and i had to go get my own, i had to pay more for the same service that i had. Finea few days ago, i talked to a sales agent online and was advised that i could in fact have my Arris modem AND xfinity modem in tandem to make sure all my devices worked and i signed another contract with xfinity under what turns out to be false pretense (a lie). when i got to the store i was told that WASNT the case so i begrudgingly took their modem to give this company another chance, to not suck. as you could imagine, they let me down and suck more than before! my wife, who works from home cant even get connected to her work portal, my daughters oxygen monitor will not stay online and out of the 800 MBPS that i pay for, my modem only kicks out 75! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAso i go back once more, today, to be told by a manager who was more concerned with texting while talking to me, than actually addressing the issue - that i am SOL. they had no helpful solutions, i asked if i could be compd the wifi extenders as a last ditch effort to give them a chance, i was told no and then asked for 240 bucks for the extenders.obviously i walked out and although i thought about changing my phone service over, will definitely not because of terrible product and worse customer service. i will also be taking my internet and tv elsewhere for the same reason.xfinity, you suck

The staff is so rude, and the dont show you any offer to help you I went there to renew my internet contract and one of the staff asked me couple of questions and then I asked her to help me to find a good deal, she just said I have 2 options this and that, I asked if there is any other options she sad No, and ignored me.. So I left with out anything. I f you need anything just call xfinity directly.

Went in to exchange my modem...they couldnt find my 35-year old account and kept asking if Id moved or changed my phone number. I have not. FINALLY got new modem. Brought it home and could not get the Xfinity App to load on my cell phone in order to have landline and wifi service...which I had JUST upgraded. Went back to the store to find out what to do. The young woman was extremely rude and finally told me they couldnt help me and I needed to call the 800 number. I tried to explain that Verizon was dropping every call and I wouldnt be able to get through...she said that was my problem. What kind of customer service is that???????????????????

A young man named Solo helped me get a new remote I damaged. He asked a few questions and before I knew it he saved me $30 a month and got me a couple more movie channels. His knowledge was impressive and he was really courteous.Great store... better employees.

I never write reviews on a business but this place made me so frustrated on several occasions that I had to. Ive been to 3 Xfinity stores, this one has to be the worst one EVER! The staff and manager are completely clueless about the current promotions, even tried to tell me that me spending more money was a great deal. They also dont know anything about the companys policy on upgrading a mobile device and told me that they dont want to even try to figure out how to work the program to get me the upgrade. They said she still cant do the upgrade because they dont know how to do it. I would give this place 0 zero stars if I could, expect service to be horrible and the staff to be ignorant to Xfinitys policies, systems and promotions.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and efficient even though I had a very unique situation. Would definitely recommend this location.

I went to this Xfinity store to get a splitter and some cable which they provided quickly and free of charge. However I thought their people skills were lacking. I tried to follow the arrows on the floor for social distancing protocol but they were confusing. When I asked them for the correct procedure, an employee stated in a stern, gruff, and condescending manner. You stand right there. While Im sure that they have more demand and stress from customers needing parts and services who are now working from home, still I see no excuse for this kind of behavior toward customers.

Seem like one did not want to help the other.They need to fix their issues before coming to work and making customers feel like they are disruppting them.The young man that worked there, being on his phone and laughing out loud, so un professional.He needs to find a job where he is the owner and self employeed so he dont have to care about any customer so he can see what it is like to be homeless for not caring for anyone but himself and what is his phone.

This is the second time I arrive to the store on Tower and Hampden before 6 pm and the store is empty and closed. Yes! It’s only a few (2 minutes) before 6 but you’re sign clearly states you close at 6!!! All I need to do is drop off a modem. A direct number to the store would be very helpful.

The service that I received tonight, was like I was inconveniencing the representative for being there. I understood that they closed in 45 minutes from me arriving, which is why I came in already knowing what I wanted.Then come to find out they cant even service me because I no longer have xfinity internet. Even Though Ive been paying for my xfinity mobile services for over a year and half with no xfinity internet.Guess its time to take my business elsewhere. Super disappointed.And they lost two customers because Im also in the market for my oldest son.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by their spectacular manager with a smile and upbeat attitude. My family has been with Verizon for phones for over 10 years, and while talking about an issue with our cable service their associate Sara helped us save tons of money by switching to Xfinitys mobile service. She and the manager at that location answered all of our questions helping us reset passwords and get our new phones activated with everything working perfectly. They were also very patient as we did not know a lot of the information needed and had to search for it. I cant say enough how appreciative my family is for all of their assistance and knowledge!

Too lazy to print a return receipt showed zero desire to help obtain one rather than tell me I have to wait for an email, girl working there was rude and incompetent. How do you return equipment and not give a client receipt of it. Not ever doing business with Comcast again. Merry Christmas!

I pay 200 a month to these clowns. I go in and ask for additional box for extra room in my house. I also ask them to add the box to my account. I get home, the box was not correct and it was not added to my account. I went over everything twice and the Comcast clown says oh yea it’s good to go. Comcast will now be losing another customer. I know they will never go out business, but I will tell everyone I know and those I don’t, how horrible this company is.

All I wanted to do was drop off our old modem. From the time I walked in the door it took 40 minutes. It looked like they had several people in training.I had tried to drop it off earlier but did not realize they did not open until 10 a.m. I was there at 9:45 and there were a bunch of employees (6-7) in the store. But when I came back an hour later there were only 4 helping customers and two of those appeared to be in training. One little girl was putting people on the wait list and doing nothing else. I cant wait until TING fires their system up in the spring. Xfinity sucks.

The heavy set man was rude. I ask for my brand new batteries out of my remote 3 times. I ask again he said my new remote had new ones. Thats not the case. He said he tossed into a box and couldnt find it if he tried.Need to satisfy your customers better. After I walked out they all were looking at me and laughing.
