Worst ran gas station in town, rude manager who leaves a single cashier to run the place while she’s in the back doing nothing! She needs to be fired don’t ever speak to my father like that again! Comes out and yells like we are doing something wrong

The night cashier is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were out of gas and went to the Murphy’s Orr of tower road cus we figured that it was close enough to a Walmart that we could use our Walmart gift cards, well of course as nature would have if we could not so we sat there and we’re going to continue to sit there for hours until I got paid at 3AM well the night attendant was so awesome that not only did he make sure we were good and that we only needed gas he took care of us he gave us not $5 but $20 in gas and told us to have a good night and to not worry bout it! With gas being almost $4.00 I was literally speechless!

Morning employee was very rude . Poor customer service. He was very slow! It’s a good location to stop by for shopping . However, after this morning shopping experience that I had . I will not stop by here anymore! Last thing I want is the deal with RUDE employee early in the morning!

Mistake to come here. Bathrooms under maintenance, pump doesnt print receipt, forced to wait in a slow moving line of 10 people to get it. Keep going, theres a better place just down the road.

Literally no gas when I needed it, on all pumps. No indicators that there wasn’t any gas from the road, which I had to fight to get to. Would not recommend if they won’t consider updating a sign when this happens. Only diesel.

Came to this place around 9pm, its disgusting. Trash outside everywhere inside and outside. The staff there two very friendly ladies. I think they need more help at this place.

Shaniqua has the nastiest attitude you could’ve ever come across! She is very standoffish she never wears a mask and she doesn’t greet people this is not the type of person that needs to be in customer service!

Dirty facility, paper towels dispensers and the wash fluids are never filled !!!!!! Gas pumps are always out of order !!!!! Long wait lines !!! ( both inside and outside !!)

Mid-day, weekday visit, no lines at the pumps.Also went inside the convenience store and was the only customer, was in and out in a jiffy.Store was clean and not cramped.Overall, ok.

Here on a weekly basis. Love the rewards program. Downfall is, its always busy.

Cheapest gas in town. So many drinks and snacks to choose from. The parking lot is always a madhouse but what do you expect - the gas is like 40 cents less than downtown.

Their fuel prices are pretty reasonable and they have some of the most cleanest restrooms Ive ever seen.And thats really saying something, if youve ever had to be inside a gas station bathroom. They must really care about their customers

I live in the vicinity, and as such I frequent this business quite often; I enjoy coming to this location. They have some of the friendliest people in the area, the gas prices are always competitively priced, and more often than not, they are a few cents lower. I would unequivocally recommend this business to anyone reading this. 👍✌

Customer service Sucks, the workers will call you names, say slick stuff underneath their breath. Have the I don’t care attitude. Literally worst customer service. A girl that works there started arguing with me after something she did. Then called me blind and told me to gtf out of her store.

Great prices, always. But credit card machines a lot of times out of paper and diesel pump wont even accept a credit card.

There is TWO common themes in the reviews and the atmosphere at this location...RUDE STAFF, BROKEN EQUIPMENT.Store manger Abel told us to take our business and leave bc we had the audacity to remind him that the same pump #6 is STILL broke and STILL not blocked off. We told him 2 weeks ago about it. We were in yesterday, as we work close by and fill a generator a couple times a day, and noticed it was still broke and nothing blocking it, so i called in Abel was off so i spoke to Assistant manager Victoria...I was frustrated when I explained the pump to her this is DANGEROUS gas will continue to pour out. I also told her I couldnt clean the gas off of my generator bc there were no paper towels and I was unable to get my receipt bc there was no paper in the machine. Victoria told me there was a ticket in for the pump but wouldnt block the pump, she said they were to busy to change the receipt paper and they only had 1 package of towels and they were being used inside. So I called 1800 number expressed my concern and the lady I spoke to said she would contact the store to at least get the pump blocked. I was content with that as I thought the safety risk was being taken care of. Went back this morning at 845am to fill our generator and the pump was being used by someone and they were inside the store with pump going trusting the pump was safe he came out in time to stop the pump before there was another mess. We went inside and asked the store manager Abel to come outside and look at the pump thats when he told us to leave. He said hes been there for 7 years well look at the reviews they reflect his poor customer service. I have video proof of 90% of this. Abel does not care about the customer or their safety period. Im willing to bet that pump is still being used right now, but I was told to leave so I dont want to get in trouble for checking. Avoid this gas station if its a must please dont use pump 6. And stay near the pump

Abel (manager there) and his assistants run a really good ship. I love the service and deals here, and the lot is always tidy for its location.

Excellent, clean station. HAS CRUSHED ICE! Clerk was incredibly polite. Bathrooms were clean.

They ate always very friendly and eager to help you out!!! They have the best prices on cigarettes (if you smoke) and always great prices on gas!!! I recommend this place for everyone that is in the area!!!

The restrooms were clean, but the men’s room had no toilet paper, & the women’s was just about out. Also, there was no changing table available to change my baby’s diaper, despite there being ample space available to install one.

I came in with my daughter on Wednesday night and got two fountain pops at about 10 pm... I cant remember Our cashiers name but it was the young Hispanic man and he was sooooo very respectful and kind to us and everyone else he helped😊 and the lady working with him was super nice as well I let her know the womens restroom needed tp, and she was very sweet didnt act like I was inconveniencing her by letting her know this..(which has happened numerous times at other gas station lol) just thought id let managment know the night crew is doing great on a very busy wednesday night😊
