This CVS Pharmacy sucks! They never have the prescription your doctor sends in and tells you to have them send it to the South Eola location at the last minute! So then you have to wait even longer. Also, beware because once a pharmacist didnt know where my prescription was and claimed they sent it to south Eola and had me drive all the way there just to be told that it was at the NORTH Eola location. Which was verified by the same person who sent me to that location originally. She did apologize, but it was a waste of my time and gas!

Safety dividers at the checkout, Disinfecting the places and all safety measures are being taken care over here. And minute clinic is one of the best service they give along with the wide range of medicine available in the store.

DO NOT use minute clinic. Terrible service !!! Unless you want to waste your time. Even with an appointment the waiting times are ridiculous.

Stood in line for 10 minutes only to find out no one knows where the key is for the propane tank cage. Full cage of tanks outside, no one could find the keys. The employees working couldn’t have cared less, manager didn’t even come out to look for the keys just yelled to the cashier where they were supposed to be. Obviously a poorly managed location, go to the Walgreens across the street. CVS you need to fire the incompetent manager at this location, what a joke!

This Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They get to know their patients and they genuinely care about you. Pharmacists have to deal with a lot, they are always busy, I do not think they get enough credit! If you need a pharmacy that goes above and beyond, this one is the one to try out.

I wanted to follow up to my previous review where I gave this business zero stars. The pharmacy has greatly improved and we have gone the past several months with no errors. It’s only fair that I give a hard off to this store for improving quality of customer service. Thanks!

Worst store. I very rarely go to CVS. Mostly I go to Walgreens. Based on my yesterdays experience with them, I will try not to go there ever. I was buying a few things and didnt have the CVS card. Usually, the cashiers have their own card to help such customers. This cashier did not do this and charged me $2.48 for something which could have been $0.99 if he could scan his own card.Plus, the doctor on this clinic was also worst. She failed my sons physical just because his grandfather died of cardiac arrest. He has been passing sports physical from DMG for years. I did not have insurance this month and therefor had to go to CVS to save some money for physical.

Sign on each restroom says Employees Only. Just weird. Makes me think I should consider avoiding the area altogether.

Staff at front is not very helpful. They act like customers are burden on them. Really need training on customer service and how to help customer in a proper way.

Worst cashiers! worst attitude! every now and then I have a nice one. but Eileen is the worst of them all. I hate going there unless i really need to. It just so happens it is the closest to my job and I only get a 30 min break. Ugh! they act like people are wasting their time always irritated to do their job!

The pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Pharmacy technician, Jazmine recognizes me when I come in and calls me by name.

Customer service is sorely lacking. The workers look disheveled with their shirts untucked and dirty. Manager Shawn clearly doesnt take customers complaints about the attitude of Eileen seriously as he himself was very confrontational. Will be avoiding cvs at all cost. Cross the street to walgreens!

This CVS is big, clean and well stocked. If you have an Xtra care card, you can earn rewards to use towards next purchase.

Great pharmacy great staff always helpful

Very unprofessional. I got there and they were throwing a football and the manager was swearing. The CVS card wasn’t working and the manager didn’t even care and just said whatever

Went there today and theres signs on the restrooms saying employees only. I asked someone that worked there if there is a public restroom and they said no. Really theres no public restroom!!

Went to the drive thru and the girl is rude and not helpful- like she was put out in doing her job!
